イギリスランカシャーで、駐車場のあるホテル

Booked in for 2 nights, Room ok-apart from the tv is not a smart tv so you are stuck with a few channels, and you can’t even attach a firestick etc..and this hotel is new from last year(2024)…we also brought our dog and had to pay £20 per night extra can’t see the why, as I have stayed in plenty of Holiday inn’s around the world and there’s never been an extra fee.. The room Phone also didn’t work, so had to go downstairs and air my frustrations. For the amount we paid I expected a bit more from this hotel.

Hotel and facilities are outstanding. Two issues that greeted me when I arrived which took some of the gloss off. First the check in process was painfully slow (literally, I'm disabled) had to wait far too long to collect my card key. Definitely not efficient. Second had an additional charge of £14 for parking despite being a blue badge holder and no where close by as an alternative. Effectively taking advantage of my lack of mobility. Worse when I checked the website I had used to book a figure of £10 was quoted. Gripes aside this is a wonderful place to stay and the breakfast first rate.

Fair & Honest.   Negatives - 1) room (single with double bed) too small. 2) bar staff (gent) too cocky let the team down 3) no comeback when they checked my room out for cigarette smoke (from designated outside smoking area).    Positives -1) entertainment 1st class 2) all staff have obviously been well trained on how to respect customers.  3) very friendly holiday makers hotel  4) location

娘と一緒にバートンマナーホテルとスパに滞在しました....私たちは素晴らしい時間を過ごしました....到着から出発まで、スタッフはあなたのために十分にできません...朝食は本当にいいです...私たちは予約しませんでした夕食のためにレストランに行きましたが、他のゲストから言われましたレストランの食べ物が美味しかったって 私たちは間違いなく戻ってきます。

そこで、私たちはホリデイ・イン プレストンに 1 泊しました。長期滞在ではなかったので、私のレビューは本当に簡単にしかできませんが、私が見つけたことを述べます。部屋は十分なスペースがあり、とても素敵で、紅茶とコーヒー、テレビがありました。すべて予想通りだったので、特別なことは何もなく、ベッドはとても快適でした。駅から歩いて15分くらいで立地もよかったです。ルームサービスは午後 11 時まで利用できましたが、それは素晴らしかったですが、何も試しませんでした。追加料金20ポンドで朝食を注文しましたが、まあまあでしたが、特別なことは何もありませんでした。ベーコンが最高ではなかったので、私はずっと良く食べました。しかし、それは仕事をし、提供できるものがたくさんあったので、それは良かったし、文句を言うつもりはありませんでした。 これは近くのほとんどのホテルの2倍の料金だったので、実際にはもう少し期待していましたが、全体的にはまともな滞在で、問題ありませんでした。 また来ますか

素敵なホテルでしたが、メインデスクのスタッフはもう少し研修が必要かもしれません。全員が初めて宿泊するわけではないので、部屋へのエレベーターの場所や、ダイニングホールとエンターテイメントルームの場所も教えてもらえると助かります。ちなみに、ダイニングホールは1階にあります。😃
