AAdaliaxu服務非常好!環境很好，交通方便，這所城市值得細心去品味，享受，非常友好的城市。酒店工作人員很nice.酒店周圍環境也很美。該用的設施都有了。

ゲゲスト11/6〜7日の2泊3日で宿泊しました。
ホテルの部屋はきれいでしたがシャワールームは水垢が目立ってました。
しかし普通に宿泊する分にはとてもよかったです。
空港に近いため飛行機の離着陸音がよく聞こえますが窓に厚みがある為そこまで気になりませんでした。
また近くにスーパーや飲食店があり食事を摂るには便利だと思います。
また約800m離れた場所に電車の駅もあるため空港、バンクーバーのダウンタウンにも行くことができます。
バンクーバー行くために利用しましたが便利でした！
またフロントへ言えば空港への送迎も予約できますのでとても便利でした。
バンクーバー空港に近いホテルをお探しの方にはおすすめです。

ししゅんたぁぁぁぁぁ国内線、国際線ともにバスが出ています。
出発ロビー三階から出ていて今回は国内線から乗車しました。
出て一番右にシャトルバス乗り場があります
は30分ごとに出ているみたいです。
2個ホリデーインがあるので乗車したらドライバーの方に聞くのがいいかも！
チェックインもスムーズにでき部屋も広く電子レンジがありました。(チェックインの際に空港までのバスの予約ができました)
ホテル目の前にコストコがあり、歩いて5分くらいで中国食材のでかいスーパーがあります。リカーショップもあり。
朝食はスクランブルエッグとソーセージ、ベーコン、パンやバナナ、ヨーグルトなどもありました。
値段も手頃でおすすめです！

ゲゲストNice property. Very ridge on early and late check-in and check out. Check on time is 1:00 and it is an extra $50 to check in early. Check-out time is 11:00 and can be extended to noon without a fee but beyond that it is $50. Breakfast is a little bit light with no hot foods.
Great pool and water slide along with a hot tub. I had a suite, and room size was good, almost a mini condominium.

PPianist with no handsThis hotel was built in 1885 with historical background according to the pictures on the wall. It would be more informative if there was a more thorough descriptions next to the pictures and become a museum like Inn.
We stayed in the Superior King room with balcony, the river view was excellent. This little town is very tranquil with relaxing vibe. We loved to stay in the balcony, unfortunately, there is no any BBQ or stove for cooking here, or we would love to stay more days. There is also no sun umbrella or shaded place in the balcony, and it could be very bright and hot even during 11C in the summer.
Our room is the closest to the car park, but we can’t access the stairs directly down to the car park. Instead, we had to detour in the hotel, walked the a few levels of stairs with passing two doors to the car park. There are more than a dozen of stairs in the hotel. Elderly and anyone with leg or back problems need to be aware of it.
Our room has been renovated recently. Everything maintains in very good condition, besides of the air conditioning. The air conditioning system was connected to another three rooms in the same isle. If any of the room turns on the heater while everyone is using the cool mode, the air conditioning will be shown in error.
Thanks for Meghan that she was willing to come back to the hotel for us in 5 mins even it was out of her work time. She has been very helpful and nice during our stay. She is the best front desk I have seen on this island.
We were happy with our stay, even we noticed that the noisy music from the pub right under the hotel level not only on in the weekend until midnight. However, we felt that compressor next to us had been noisy all day. We only felt quiet after we turned off the bathroom ventilator, air conditioning and closed the window.
There was also two washing machines and one dryer on site charging only CAD$2 for each laundry. I think this is the cheapest laundry service on the island.
The last but not least is the bath towels. We can’t stand with it snowing with crushes. I would suggest people bringing their towels. And the water pressure was too weak like a garden pot watering.

Our family reserved 6 rooms for our special occasions, we all had a great time at this hotel. They really took good care of us during our entire staying .
Very comfortable bed and the center of everything. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

ゲゲストAbsolutely stunning view. Cabin was older but very charming, we made the most of the fireplace in the room and enjoyed a view of the lake from our balcony. Bathroom was clean with everything we needed. Coffee also provided in the room which was nice. I read the beds were uncomfortable on other reviews and I’d partially agree - not the best but again not the main reason or expectation for visiting emerald lake. I will say the pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable.
Staff were very friendly and attentive. Shuttle service was easy. Restaurant was pricey but overall good. No wifi or signal in the room is something to be aware of, but heightened the experience in my opinion. Overall, great!

バスや水上バス乗り場も近くにあるので、有名スポットには行きやすかったです。
ホテルは少し古いように感じました。また、部屋に入った瞬間、独特な匂いがします。ファンを回したときにも焦げ＆カビ臭さがあったので、匂いに敏感な人は気をつけた方がいいです。また、部屋にあったコーヒーマシーンが汚かったです。お湯を入れるところにコーヒーの粉が詰まっていたので、自分たちで何回も洗いました。キッチン用品が充実していますが、一度ゆすいだり洗ったりした方がいいと思います。

素晴らしい
MMikki LizIt was my second time staying at this hotel.
There were two things I really needed to mention.
First, I turned on Netflix and started watching a movie around 8:00pm but I fell asleep shortly after. Around 9pm someone started knocking on my door very loudly, which woke me up. I then heard someone outside saying, “Hey, lower the volume.”
I was honestly super confused because the TV wasn’t even that loud???? and the knocking itself was louder than the TV and was what actually woke me up. I didn’t open the door because I found it creepy.
After that, I called my friend, and he suggested I contact the front desk. When I called, the lady told me their housekeeper had already checked and there was nobody in the lobby anymore (which makes sense because it had happened around 20 minutes earlier). She also said other people shouldn’t be able to access guest floors without a key card. When I asked whether anyone staying beside me had complained, she said nobody was staying next to my room, and the guest next door had only just checked in.
Maybe it was just someone passing by, but it was still really weird and uncomfortable. I’ve stayed in many hotels in different countries and have never experienced something like this before.
The second issue was that both the internet and TV stopped working at night and were still not working the next morning when I checked out, which was really frustrating. I mentioned it during checkout, and the front desk staff simply said the whole building was having the same issue and they were trying to fix it 🥲
The good thing is they’ve now fixed the access issue, so everyone needs a key card to access their floor.
The hotel itself is brand new, very quiet, and clean, which is why I chose to stay here again. Since it’s owned by Hilton, I honestly expected the staff to be a bit more professional when speaking to customers.
The housekeeping staff were all super friendly though.

ゲゲスト部屋は本当に広々としていて、眺めも最高、清潔感もあります。市街地の中心にあるので、どこへでも歩いて行けて便利です。ホテルのサービスは素晴らしかったです。電子レンジを借りようとしたら、なんと部屋まで持ってきてくれて使わせてくれました。これは本当に感動しました！もちろん、チップもはずみましたよ。ただ、駐車料金が少し高めなのが気になりました。
