Posizione favolosa, tra ristoranti e negozi e perfetto per un comodo check-in mattiniero. Stanza pulita e comoda, letto confortevole e bel bagno. AC con macchina tipo pinguino molto rumorosa ma una volta rinfrescata la stanza si può anche spegnere. Pareti sottili che facevano sentire anche il bambino che tossiva nella stanza a fianco. Consigliato per la posizione ma portatevi i tappi

Hotel Starletは素晴らしい滞在場所でした Nice StaffとFast ResponseとMr Rullyをホテルマネージャーとして非常に謙虚で簡単に行く、サービスは心からこの場所に実装されています、プロパティは非常に2空港で簡単に旅行する人と家族インドネシアの多くの場所に行きます 最後に、しかし、少なくとも常にラインにこれを保持し、コンスタンススターレットホテルは最高です....👍💪

I had a layover in Jakarta, but not really enough time to leave the airport for my preferred off site hotel. Also the other airside hotel did not make any accomodations for arriving at 11AM and departing at 4 PM. I would have had to reserve 2 nights. Check in took moderate time. It was somewhat odd that I had to leave 50,000 RP deposit in cash. That is a very small amount of money for a hotel deposit. They stored my luggage onsite which was nice because airport check in was closed. This isn't really a hotel per se, rather it consists of space age looking sleeping pods. The pod is quite small for someone my size 6’4”, but I was able to lay down. They provided headphones (well worn) a bottle of water, a blanket, pillow, and slippers. There isn't much room for storage in the pod and they do provide a storage locker, but the attendant had to hotwire the lock so I kept my carryon in the pod with me. The air conditioner barely worked and the temp inside was 22C which was a bit warm for me. There is a decent sized TV on one end and some well worn headphones as well as USB charging port to charge up a phone or Ipad There is no bathroom. I had to leave the hotel area to use the bathroom in the terminal. It wasn’t a far walk, but a bit inconvenient since I had already put my shoes in the storage locker. There is zero sound insulation in the pod so you hear every word outside in the hall. Overall since I only had a 5 hour layover it was OK and nice to have a tiny bit of privacy. Considering the price it was a satisfactory place to relax for a few hours between flights

this is a highly recommended hotel, good facilities with good and friendly service, the rooms are clean, the mattresses are neat, the pillows are very soft, the fan is on. My friends and I were very happy and comfortable staying at this hotel

深夜到着&早朝出発のトランジットのため利用しました。 乗り継ぎ便が予定より早くなったこと、入国審査がなかなか進まなかったこと、ターミナル間移動に手こずったことなどがあり、2時間ほどしか滞在できませんでしたが、低価格で安心して横になれるので、大変満足しています。スタッフの方も親切でした。

このホテルは、CGK 空港から車で 15 分です。友人と私は、翌日の早朝のフライトの前に休むために、ここに 1 泊しました。 部屋は素敵で広々としており、快適なベッドと上質なリネンが備わっていました。スタッフは、大きな荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくれてとても助かりました。また、ホテルでは空港への往復シャトルバスサービスも無料で提供しています。 12 月の初めだったので、ホテルはホリデー シーズンに向けて美しく装飾されており、特にロビーは暖かく居心地の良い雰囲気になっています。 唯一の小さな欠点は、ツインルームを予約したにもかかわらず、歯ブラシやシャワー キャップなどのバスアメニティが 1 人分しかなかったことです。

スカルノハタ空港からわずか15分、レセプションで親切に迎えられたラジャさんは、以前ホテルに電話をしましたが、彼は電話に答えてホテルについて説明してくれた人でした。彼はまた、チェックインプロセスを手伝ってくれました。部屋は清潔で少し広としていました。私がお風呂に入ると、ガラスのドアから水がこぼれ出る間、バスルームにはガラスのドアに問題がありました。おそらく簡単なシール剤が役立ちます。アメニティは私によく提供されましたが、ミネラルウォーターはボトル入りではなく、客室の廊下で提供されました。ボトル入りのものを手に入れたいです。

The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

もう言うことを知らない、wwww。サファイアスカイホテルに滞在したのは今回が2回目です。ホテルに到着すると、スタッフはいつも温かい歓迎をします。また、すべてのスタッフはコビッドの流行中にスタンドアット手続きをうまく行っています。よくやったサファイアはそれを保つ!!

フロントのシャロンさん、モニカさんがいろいろと教えてくれるのでとても助かります。 サービスも良いと思います。 朝食メニューもたくさんあり飽きません。 洗濯も当日の夜にはクリーニングが完了します。 日本のテレビはNHKワールドが見ることができます。 プールもありトレーニングジムで運動不足を解消できます。予約をすれば近くのショッピングセンターに送迎もしてくれてサービスはとても良いホテルです。 いろんな国のホテルに泊まっていますが今までで1番サービスの良いホテルです。

コンサート会場の横にあるので立地は最高。近くにコンビニもあって便利。コインランドリーは徒歩15分くらいのところにあり。朝食は美味しいが、スプーンやフォークの場所が分かりづらい。喫煙okにもびっくりした。テラス席には座らない方がいいと思った。部屋などは綺麗。タオルはバスタオルと足マットしかない。フェイスタオルなし。コンディショナーがない。ここの会場でコンサートがあればまた泊まりたい。

私はここに3泊しました、部屋は広々としていてきれいでした。サービスは良いです。場所はカラワチ市中心部から少し離れています。大きなスイミングプール。しかし、マイナスポイントはジムで、無料ではありません、あなたは支払わなければなりません。このホテルはアパートメントが併設された複合施設なので、安いランドリーサービスや安い食べ物が見つかります。
