If you want to experience the city life of Kigali the 2000 Hotel Downtown is just the right place for that. The hotel room is tidy and comfy. Service of the staff exceptional and very good. Highly recommended for when staying some days in Kigali

環境: ロケーションは良く、翌日バスに乗るのにとても便利です 衛生状態: かなり清潔 設備: 最も基本的な設備で、エレベーターはありませんが、荷物の保管を手伝ってくれます サービス: サービスはとても良く、私が予約した当初の部屋には Wi-Fi がなかったので、アップグレードしてもらいました。

着陸後、初めて間違ったホテルに来ました。間違いがあったことをはっきりと示してくれたスタッフに会いましたが、まだビスタホームにいました。短い審議の後、彼らは私に私が予約した基本的な部屋よりも価値のある部屋をくれました、そして私は十分に感謝することができません。 とても辛抱強く親切な人。キガリにいるときはいつでも、他の場所には行きません

Great Hotel close to the Central Kigali district with easy commute into the car free zone. Food & Drink is very reasonable price and of good quality. Swimming pool unfortunately is in the shade from the afternoon but still a pleasant area to sit around and enjoy a sundowner. Great Barista Coffee, steak dinner is highly recommended. Afternoon Buffet is reasonable and has a fantastic choice of good quality foods, deserts & fruits

Rwanda is home to five Top 300 luxury hotels, out of these five stars hotels 2 are Top 50 Luxury resorts located outside Kigali. Kigali Marriott along with the other two 5 star hotels in Kigali edged their way into the very exclusive Top 300 hotels Global list. Despite not having the most expensive franchise brand they earned it by the genuine attentive friendliness of the employees (quality + quantity), the street where the hotel is located is beautiful and meticulously clean, safe to walk at anytime. The food at all hotel restaurants is very appetizing even if you are thinspo. The water pressure and quality is perfect both in Shower and Tub, the curtains, linen, robes, and towels are very clean. In Kigali Marriott you feel the permanent undetected presence of a Great person a guardian angel...Whose priority is to keep everything perfect ...this always a good sign of Great Luxury Hotel 👍 If you are fortunate to afford Living in Kigali Marriott while in Rwanda 🇷🇼, do it...You will be welcomed by smiling Anna or of her equallybattentive peers at reception every morning!... If you want anything...anything at all..feel free to ask the conceirge desk and they will eagerly make it happen! The food is tasty as I mentioned this already... I have no photos of unengaged food... Good food triggers impulsive outbursts 😊

私はMサファリクラブに滞在するのが大好きです。私の部屋は写真に示されているように、かなり広としていました。とても清潔でいいです。ゲストハウスは中心部に位置し、キミロンコ市場、スーパーマーケット、レストランまで徒歩圏内です。敷地内にはレストランがあり、宿泊施設を離れることなく素晴らしい食事を楽しむことができます。スタッフとオーナーはとてもフレンドリーなので、滞在を延長しました。キガリで予算の、快適で快適な場所を望む人にこの場所をお勧めします。

I had such a wonderful stay at the hotel! 😊 It’s super clean and in a perfect location. The only little downside was that breakfast isn’t included for standard rooms over $100. Other than that, I absolutely loved it! The restaurant and bar deserves ✨ ✨ ✨ ✨ ✨

マイナス点 • ツインルームを予約しましたが、利用できるものはないと述べました。彼らが2階で私に見せた最初の部屋は、レストランやイベントスペースからの大きな音楽と振動のために非常に騒しかった。彼らが提供した隣の部屋は道路に面していましたが、壁は防音ではなく、外の騒音は非常に邪魔でした。 • マネージャーと話をしようとしたとき、日曜日にはマネージャーがいませんでした。マネージャーがオフの場合、誰かが彼らのために行動するはずです。 • レストランにはたくさんのハエがいました。柔らかいゆで卵と硬いゆで卵の両方がありましたが、「硬いゆで卵」でさえ半熟でした。ちゃんと煮込んだ卵を頼んだところ、厨房のスタッフの一人が不快な目で、頼んだ後もまだ熟していない(写真)。男性のキッチンスタッフは不親切で、卵料理を快適に注文することは不可能でした。 • 廊下のライトは自動的にオフになり、暗くて不気味になります。 ポジティブポイント • 快適なベッド、ウェルカムドリンク

シングルルームは部屋に窓無し、風呂場にのみ小さな高窓。エアコンなし。当然風が入らず暑い。キガリで晴れると、このホテルのエアコン無しのシングルルームには暑くて居ることができない。シングルルームには、冷蔵庫もない。テレビは電源は入るが、多くの部屋で(このホテルには宿泊4回目)何も映らない。映っても、チャンネルは3つのみ。朝食のパンのレパートリーは多く、カプチーノやカフェラテも旨い。果物の種類は多いし、野菜入りのオムレツは塩加減もとても良い。フロントの対応も良い。設備のみ、問題である。
