私のホテルの滞在の最高の部分はホテルのレストランでした。夕食と朝食のためにそこで食事をし、食べ物は良かった。特に、朝食ビュッフェは広がりが良かった。シェフからウェイターまで、レストランでのサービスは楽しくてフレンドリーでした。 Sourav、Rajesh Bhakat、Srideep、Trilokaの思慮深いサービスへの特別な言及!

This is very impressive hotel for price and quality. I had very good stay there. As an international traveler, I had limited choice breakfast, but as soon as I asked for scrambled eggs and French toast, it was ready within minutes. Room is big and spacious. Very quiet, you don’t hear any sounds outside. Hot water is good, but managing shower wasn’t the best, so it’s area for improvement. Very nice facilities like swimming pool and gym comparing other hotel in the area.

チェックインのときにスイートにアップグレードしてくれて、とてもよかったです。ビュッフェは朝はとても混んでいたので、特に仕事で急いでいるときの朝食は素晴らしい経験ではありません。スタッフは概して親切で親切で、交通手段の手配も手伝ってくれました。

Good stay. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Only problem with our room was it did not have window to outside. So no sunlight in the room. We did not realize when it was morning. Otherwise, very good stay.

The hospitality was excellent and breakfast was sumptuous . They provided hot meals and it was the best. Different types of idly’s served was just awesome.
Front office was caring and helpful and provided a very welcoming environment. Check in past midnight was fast and efficient . Rooms were large and the bed and pillow was of high quality . We were able to sleep within 5 mins. Aircon was clean and fresh.

staff are well trained with excellent services
the only thing that might to improve is their morning breakfast might be good to have more intercontinental choices instead of 90% of south kerala food... can always go to YouTube and check it out some of the good Asians and intercontinental food.

Отличное расположение, первая линия океана! Люкс с балконом и видом на океан. Но номер давненько не видел ремонта или хотя бы генеральной уборки. Обивка мебели в пятнах, коврик у кровати грязный. На 5 заезд и даже на 4 совсем не тянет.

Hotel Prayana offers a budget-friendly stay in Kochi, with a prime location within walking distance of North Station. One downside is the restaurant next to the hotel, which I would advise against due to its poor quality. Additionally, the absence of a complimentary breakfast was disappointing, especially for the price. the hotel offers good value for those seeking a quiet, no-frills stay. While it's not a luxury experience, it's decent for a budget option and provides a calm atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle.

ゲゲストШикарное расположение отеля, номер брали в главном корпусе. Красивая и ухоженная территория, персонал приветлив, всегда интересовались нашими пожеланиями. Бассейн небольшой, но у номеров с видом на сад и клубных есть свои бассейны, поэтому людей было мало, спокойно можно было разместиться на лежаках.
Не понравились навязчивые таксисты у въезда в отель. Вызвали убер, так они не дали водителю нас забрать! Пришлось подняться чуть выше (в сторону отеля Гоколам) и только там мы смогли сесть в машину. Очень неприятно, а для отеля такого класса не понятно почему разрешают стоянку такси, почувствовали себя не в безопасности! Имейте ввиду, если будете пользоваться убером, что на территорию отеля водитель заехать не сможет и даже к воротам, нужно пройти выше по дороге, только там можно будет сесть в машину, минуя эту мафию таксистов.

We had the most wonderful 3 night stay at this beautiful lake resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, so friendly, helpful, and genuinely accommodating.
The setting is absolutely breathtaking, and the whole atmosphere of the resort is peaceful and relaxing. A perfect place to unwind and relax.
The rooms were lovely, spacious, spotless, and really comfortable, with everything we needed for a perfect break. The food was another highlight, every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. A special mention to Jeeva in the restaurant, who made our dining experience even more memorable with such attentive and warm service but all of the restaurant staff were excellent and made every meal a pleasure. Also Anju who so lovely and again very attentive but I have to say every single staff member was so pleasant, which made our stay exceptional.
Can’t recommend this gem of a place enough, we are already planning our next visit!

DDR JANIRA KUMARIThey couldn’t find my booking, so i was stranded at the hotel lobby for few hours before i offered to pay again for my room only then they provided me with a room .. that too downgraded ..
even though i showed my confirmation email and with a corresponding email to confirm my room yet to the property, neither the hotel or the helpline from trip after that could detect my booking - after checking in - i spent another few hours with trip helpline to get the room i deserve - but trip reasoning was the booking was done through a chinese agent and they couldn’t get through .. so i wasted another few hours .. still i did not get my deserved room ..
i was thrown into a deep end corner room
with a terrible sound pollution.. i was here with an elderly who was terminal .. so it was a total nightmare .. nor the hotel staff or trip were helpful ..

ホテルには24-hourセキュリティとスタッフがいます。レストランの入り口からサービススタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーで歓迎してくれました!ホテルの看板ははっきりとマークされており、駐車場はとても便利で、隣に薬局があり、ショップは10-minute歩いてすぐです。周囲の環境は比較的静かです。
部屋は一般的に清潔で広としていましたが、ヘアドライヤーはなく、シャワージェルとシャンプーは使用され、少し汚れているように見え、使用をためらっていました。
さらに、ホテルには予約に空港送迎が含まれていましたが、チェックイン当日の繰り返しの問い合わせにもかかわらず、返信はありませんでした。そのため、フォームに記入しましたが、このサービスは提供されませんでした。空港到着当日、Uberでホテルに到着しました。ホテルがこのサービスを提供していない場合は、フォームを利用できません。不便になります!
