良かったです。チェックイン時にデポジットとして50カナダドルを支払いましたが、それは必要なかったと思います。昨日チェックアウトしたのですが、まだデポジットが返金されていません。

ホテルは内装もサービスも行き届いており、大変満足でした。 ただ一点、理解に苦しんだのは、冷蔵庫に私物を入れたいと伝えると、客室に備え付けの冷蔵庫ではなく、わざわざ別のものを運んでくるという対応でした。宿泊体験に影響はありませんでしたが、少し腑に落ちませんでした。

チェックイン サービスは素晴らしかったです。公式のチェックイン時間である午後 4 時の 1 時間半前に部屋を用意してもらえました。フロント デスクとコンシェルジュ サービスは親切で、迅速かつ効率的でした。滞在中に唯一残念だったのは、部屋の清掃に関する情報がなかったことです。後でわかったことですが、清掃はリクエストしないと提供されません。

Very nice staffs😘 Our family reserved 6 rooms for our special occasions, we all had a great time at this hotel. They really took good care of us during our entire staying . Very comfortable bed and the center of everything. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

広とした芸術的なデザインのスイートに感銘を受けました。適切なキッチン用品とランドリールーム。洗剤を持参するか、ロビーの階下で購入する必要があります。 スイート全体、特にバスルームのシンクエリアには、メイクアップに非常に良い照明があります。パティオの外にはガスで操作されたバーベキューがありますが、冬には使用しませんでした。 場所は良いです、ガソリンスタンドとスーパーマーケットまで1分、ラジウム温泉まで10分。 屋内プールとホットタブ、屋外プールが1つあります。残念ながら、ボードルーム全体を有料でレンタルする場合にのみ、ビリヤード台にアクセスできます。 次回はおそらく夏に戻って、ホテルの設備とゴルフコースをもっと探検するのが大好きです。

Absolutely stunning view. Cabin was older but very charming, we made the most of the fireplace in the room and enjoyed a view of the lake from our balcony. Bathroom was clean with everything we needed. Coffee also provided in the room which was nice. I read the beds were uncomfortable on other reviews and I’d partially agree - not the best but again not the main reason or expectation for visiting emerald lake. I will say the pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable.  Staff were very friendly and attentive. Shuttle service was easy. Restaurant was pricey but overall good. No wifi or signal in the room is something to be aware of, but heightened the experience in my opinion. Overall, great!

スタッフは親切で親切で暖かいですが、実用性は貧弱です。特にシャワーの実用性は、貧しい国にいるような気分にさせてくれます。スタッフはそれを修正するために最善を尽くし、気分を良くします(フロントデスクはすべての部屋のタオルを洗うだけでなく、フロントデスクの仕事をする必要があります)、しかし、事実は古くて悪いです(すなわち、シャワーヘッドとエアコン)、所有者は、より多くのスタッフを雇うために多くのお金を費やし、ホテルの改装を行う必要があります。

北米のラディソンホテルは、チョイスホテルズインターナショナルに買収され、ラディソンのシステムからは外れました。彼らは別のポイントシステムを使用していますが、ラディソンのブランドを借りています。ホテル全体のコンディションは他のRadisson Bluと同様に清潔で整頓されていました。サービスも標準的でした。Ctrip（実際にはパートナーの*******）経由での予約もスムーズでした。空港シャトルバスは30分に1本運行しており、所要時間は約10分です。運転手は荷物の積み下ろしを手伝ってくれました。レストランの料理も美味しかったです。早朝便で空港に泊まる際には良い選択肢だと思います。

Black Rock Oceanfront is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in Canada, It is upscale and luxurious. It is located within walking distance of the Trans Pacific hiking trail and the Lighthouse. It has a heated outdoor pool.and a hot tub overlooking the ocean, as well as a fitness room. There are two oceanfront restaurants. They offer the same menu. One is more formal while the other has a casual bar-like feel. The food is very good although pricey, like most places in Ucluelet and Tofino. Our room at the lodge was large. It had a spectacular view of Big Beach and the ocean from the balcony, which was large enough for more than 2 people to sit at. However, you could see and hear your neighbours enjoying their balconies too. There was a large, ultra-modern bathroom with a separate rainfall shower. There was also a 2-person bathtub located next to a covered glass window. If you uncover that window during daylight, you could see the ocean across the room and balcony. I prefer Ucluelet because it's quieter than Tofino, and would definitely stay at Black Rock Oceanfront again in a heartbeat.

A perfect little stay at Kamloops! The owner was very friendly. Could be a newly renovated location because we could smell a bit of the paint initially. Definitely recommend!
