部屋はかなり広く、市内中心部にあり、装飾はヨーロピアンスタイルとロシアスタイルで、近くにはスーパーマーケット、バーベキューレストラン、その他のレストランがあり、駐車場は少し混雑しています。建国記念日なので、事前に予約しませんでした。その結果、他の人よりも多くの費用がかかりました。数百ドル、他の人に尋ねると、それは私よりも少ない費用です。悲しみを叫ぶ、あなたは愚かなロバです!

We came to Snow Town without any itinerary and honestly had no idea what to do there. What truly stood out was not only how clean and well-maintained the hotel and rooms were, but the exceptional hospitality we received. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely taken care of. The breakfast was very good and especially comforting in the cold weather, adding to the warmth of the entire experience. Due to my busy schedule, I wasn’t able to secure transportation from Location A to Snow Town in time. Amazingly, the team went out of their way to help arrange transportation within 24 hours—while I was already at the airport on my way to Harbin. That alone speaks volumes about their dedication and care for their guests. A heartfelt and special thank you to Xiao Zhi. He was with us every step of the way—guiding us, checking in on us, and always making sure we were okay. He helped us plan our itinerary with genuine care and never once tried to sell or push any activities. Everything he did came from a place of sincerity. He truly wanted us to enjoy Snow Town, and that made all the difference. Some may feel the price is higher compared to other accommodations, but it is worth every single cent. You are not just paying for a place to stay, you are paying for genuine care, exceptional service, and heartfelt hospitality that makes you feel truly valued. From the reception staff, to the cleaners, to those serving breakfast, every individual played a part in making our stay so special and unforgettable. This experience exceeded all expectations, and I would recommend this place without even a moment of hesitation. I would 1000% encourage anyone visiting Snow Town to book with them—you will not regret it. Our experience would have been completely different without them. We chose this hotel for its convenient location, as we had an early morning train departure from Harbin West Station the following day. The hotel is directly across from the station, just an 8-10 minute walk away. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and offered a fantastic street view, especially beautiful at night.

I booked for a family of 5 (2 adults + 3 kids) for a room from 24 Dec. However we were assigned Room 210, a room with no ventilation (window facing inwards (i.e. wall), where the heat from the heating system were trapped in the room, resulting in a very hot room. We were unable to sleep well due to the heat, we were literally sweating. Feedback to the staff (female which looks like the manager) but were just brushed off that was due to central heating system and different customers may feel that it's not that hot. Well, it's not the same for every room. I feel like telling off the staff to ask her to stay for herself to experience the heat! We took a look at the other rooms (with windows facing outside) when we walked passes and it's not the case. Fortunately we were just staying for 1 night, so we just endure that. Anybody staying here, ask for the rooms with ventilation and defintely do not take Room 210!

エグゼクティブラウンジのアフタヌーンティーもイブニングライトミールも種類は多くないものの、質は良いと思います。子供たちは1階の子供の遊び場が大好きです。 アリサさんはチェックイン前にWeChatを追加し、事前に部屋を手配し、スリーピングベッドをアップグレードしました。コンシェルジュ、フロントデスク、ハウスキーピング、ラウンジのスタッフは皆とても良いです。 ただ、ホテルは確かに古いので、シャワールームは狭いですが、部屋は窓を開けて換気できるので、4月でも暖房がまだある北では夜も窓を開けて寝る方がずっと涼しいです。

實話實説，從停車進酒店門到前台辦手續，我整個人都不好了，上了點評裏那位海派驢友的當，也許是商家廣告也未可知，總之順湯旺河過來本以為要住進林間結果被直接按進了人間，這落差讓我沒法兒有好氣。還是服務員一路的好脾氣終於讓我想起了涵養二字，忍氣住進店。説是客棧，服務、衞生、設施都很到位，屬於那種外面老鄉，裏面精緻的風格。早起太累沒跟着孩子們去鹿苑玩，一個人躺在大床上看外面的雲，一會兒具象，一會兒抽象，一會兒快，一會兒慢，倒是好看的很。客棧後面是一個文化站似的設施，院子很大，空曠，一早就聽見有管絃樂隊的樂手又吹又拉，後來大約是人到齊了，開始合練，一個上午，單就合練一句，心裏感慨一個樂團想拉好一支樂曲是一件多麼複雜的事情。心情好了，開始發現沒住林間的好處是去哪兒都方便。蜿蜒的伊春河匯入湯旺河一路向前，河流為這座城市添了幾分風致，小巷裡麪包店後身就是伊春河，河口有一座林城書屋圖書館，是伊春森工集團建設的，一層是借閲空間，二層是自習室，沒有空座，彷彿小城的讀書人都聚在了這裏。離店時天陰陰的，服務員貼心的送了我一把傘，謝謝，也謝謝兩份肯德基早餐，心意領了

給了超五星的評分是有原因的，第一次入住是四年前，當時是陪男友學習想找個環境好的酒店，那是御楓還沒有連鎖店，被環境和服務就震撼到了！價格是物超所值，房間大服務非常好。今年去哈爾濱剛好也住的御楓，問了工作人員才知道原來和大慶是一家，難怪裝修風格都很像。作為本土品牌御楓做的真算是行業頂尖標準，之前很多次都沒有給評價，欠御楓的好評這次要補上！從前台到服務人員每個人都熱情洋溢，更驚喜的是這次離店經理送了客房禮物是一套指甲鉗套裝，我老公是指甲鉗愛好者家裡有很多套，之前也收到過全季的，沒有對比就沒有傷害，御楓送的禮物都這麼用心太讓人感慨了，不是那種應付了事的禮物，總之特別喜歡。再次感謝御楓所有工作人員提供的好環境，推薦每個來黑龍江的遊客選擇這裏。

このホテルは本当に期待以上でした！立地が最高で、ショッピングにも観光にもとても便利です。部屋は清潔で明るく、寝具は柔らかくて快適、設備も充実していて手入れも行き届いています。ランドリールームやジムもありました！部屋の中の物は動かせるようになっていたのも嬉しい驚きです。朝食の種類も豊富で味も美味しく、サービスもとても丁寧でした。次回もぜひここに泊まりたいです！

Stayed at Haitou Inn and overall had a pleasant experience. The price is affordable and reasonable for the location. There is a small slide for kids to play during winter, which my children really enjoyed. The bed uses traditional kang heating — it is warm, but may feel a bit hard for those who are not used to it. Simple breakfast is provided for free. The owner was helpful and it was easy to arrange transportation from Harbin to Snow Valley. Communication was smooth via WeChat.
