The room wasn’t very clean, but the location is excellent and the price is good. There is a washing machine available. However, the bathroom drain doesn’t work well and needs to be manually cleared. Housekeeping is not done daily, if you need tissues or towels changed, you have to request it. Drinking water is not free; even the four bottles provided are charged separately at supermarket prices.

部屋はとても清潔でした！ ！投影スクリーンの下には長いテーブルがあり、いろいろなものを置けます。プロジェクターにはたくさんのビデオ アプリがあり、すべて SVIP に対応しています。とてもパワフルです! ！ ！トイレもとても清潔で、乾湿分離されています。スリッパは使い捨てスリッパとバススリッパがあり、爽やかなミントマンボグリーンです～マウスウォッシュのカップは使い捨てカップで、とても衛生的です！ ！暖房は十分です。部屋には変な匂いはありません。部屋にはスマートホーム、小都小都があります！ ！部屋にはコンセントがたくさんあり、十分すぎるほどです! ！お店はとても良いです！ ！荷物を部屋まで運ぶのを手伝ってくれました。大きなスーツケース3つは超重かったです（笑）。エレベーターはありませんでしたが、階が高くなかったので、長時間登る必要はありませんでした！ ！ミネラルウォーターも無料です！とても思いやりがありますね！ 1階に電子レンジと冷蔵庫があるようで、とても良かったです！私たちは利用しませんでしたが、1階には公共のテーブルと椅子があります！立地も非常に良いです。どこにでも近いです。その後、妹が店を出るときにスーツケースが壊れていたのですが、お店の人が修理を手伝ってくれました！とても熱心です！大学生は嘘をつきません！写真を撮るのを忘れました、笑笑、ただ楽しんでいただけなので、数枚載せておきます

Harbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly. The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon. The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price. I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing. The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games. It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel. Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

終於得嘗試住一次LOFT，兩張1.8的床乾淨舒適睡得很舒服，用心裝飾有品味。滑梯海洋球池讓我孩子很開心，投屏也很小資。很多用品很用心，除了消過毒的用品之外還有一次性的。雖然不習慣用這種熱水器，但是熟悉了也還好，花灑連接口裂了師傅很快就來解決了問題。很滿意的一次住宿。話不多説，認真拍了圖給大家參考。

輕呈連鎖酒店非常不錯，入住兩家體驗感都滿滿，無論是服務還是環境都是十分優良，而且房間都是高空夜景，又經濟實惠，酒店去年新開業，屬實是行業裏的新將，衞生做的也很到位，床具整潔乾淨，浴室衞生間沒有污垢，前台能夠滿足基本的需求並提供幫助，服務態度也沒得説 美中不足的是閲讀燈上有積灰，房嫂可能沒注意到打掃，隔音效果不是特別到位，但不影響睡眠 但是這個價位還要什麼自行車，量大管飽，這種酒店建議全國推廣好吧，環境和入住體驗直接拉滿，非常放心

This hotel was very comfortable and a great stay! The hotel staff were so nice, they cleaned the room everyday and the facilities and location were nice too. It was good for the price and we had a very comfortable stay.

Travelling together with friends! We sleep well~ the hotel is nice and clean and the room is big enough for us to open 3 big big laugage~ very comfortable, service is also good very friendly. There is laundry and washing machines is free to use, only need to paid but money if you want to use dryer! Suggested! There is a lot of restaurant around and bus stop in front of the hotel

For someone with a lot of traveling experience yet always tight with my budget this was one the best place I have lodged in China here. Their services are good and they are very friendly and welcoming to foreigners like myself. They have 24/7 front desk services. The aunties there are very calm and understanding. Well it was really nice spending days there away from too much stress. Drop by to sleep comfortably anytime you are nearby. I strongly recommend the place. Luxury meets simplicity

プレミアムチケットが買えないならここにいてください！氷と雪の世界の南門から30メートルの距離にあり、ホテルからは観覧車が見えます！ロシア風の建築、高くて豪華、住みやすい。最も重要なことは、氷と雪の世界からわずか30メートルの距離にあり、道路を渡ってすぐに氷と雪の世界の南ゲートに到着するのは、すでに最高に幸せな存在です。気温が氷点下 20 度以上になってから入場してください。氷と雪の世界は本当に美しいです！氷点下20度以上の氷と雪の中、並ぶことになりますが、一言で言えば「それだけの価値がある」です！太陽の下での氷と雪の世界は純粋で、夜の氷と雪の世界はカラフルです。昨日、氷と雪の世界の解体が始まったと聞き、美しい思い出を残した氷の彫刻が溶けて解体されていくのを見て、さらに驚きました。残された良いものは写真だけではなく、かけがえのない思い出になります！氷と雪の世界の写真が数枚添付されているので、その美しさを心に留めて、そこに行ったことがある人も、まだ行ったことがない人もすべての友人に伝えてください。

我是來旅遊的 不是衝著電腦去的所有不評價設備 優點：出門就是地鐵口 很方便 缺點：住的一樓loft 隔音很差，電競酒店基本都是開來一起打遊戲的 隔壁打遊戲到凌晨聲音都可以聽得一清二楚，廁所非常的冷，但是房間暖氣還是挺足的。
