Wir waren echt begeistert von dem Hotel. Wir werden in Dezember wieder dieses hotel buchen. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und hübsch eingerichtet.

I stayed at the Altes Kaufhaus for 2 nights whilst travelling aboard for work. The hotel was only a short 10 minute walk from the station and was very central to the pubs and restaurants. The rooms were excellent and very clean, would happily stay again.

The lobby and corridor's need a overhaul the room was ok but the bathroom was spot on and clean Overall fine for a bed for the night but charged far too much just because there was a agricultural event on in the city

The location is convenient as hotel is located at the border of inner city of Luneberg. The reception staff is gentle with multi-language.

スタッフがいるがレセプションから遠い最上階にいるから、レセプションに到着しても中々チェックインできない。呼び出しベルを用意してほしい。

リビングルームはとても素敵で、部屋はとても素敵で、ベッドは良く、景色は美しく、ハノーバーモールのホテルは良いです

ホテルの場所はとても良いです、鉄道駅から徒歩10分未満。 フロントのドイツ人老婦人はとても熱心で、たくさん紹介してくれました。 非常に費用対効果が高く、全体的な満足度。

全体的に大丈夫です！
