設備はまあまあでしたが、4 つ星の宿泊施設に期待するほどではありませんでした。仕上げは古そうですが、まだ使えます。朝食ビュッフェは良かったです。バンガス アラ ポブレは味付けがよく、ボリューム満点でした。本物のフルーツ ジュースも 2 種類あり、良かったです。

Good location, easy to find. Room is fine, but not that clean (especially the Aircon). Staff is very kind. Some amenities are not included, such as, hot water and slippers. Overall it is indeed a 3.5 star hotel. I'm Satisfied.

All in all the stay is good, except mobility. If you are a commuter there is no public transport in the area. The property should consider partnerships with taxis and other public transport for their guests who don't have vehicles. Or might as well add on's services as a hotel shuttle.

Clean and accommodating stagf. No room service since they don't have restaurant, tbough there's one infront of the hotel lobby. TV cable channel is not working. Sink is too small.

食事と朝食はまあまあで、それほど素晴らしいものではありませんでした。駐車場はいつも満車で、追加の駐車スペースもありますが、かなり歩く必要があります。私たちは 1 つの部屋にシングル ベッド 2 台を注文しましたが、キング サイズ ベッドが 1 台しかありませんでした。どうやらスイート ルームに「アップグレード」されたようですが、スイート ルームには個別のベッドはありません。それでも全体的には素晴らしい体験でした。

スタッフとオーナーの温かい歓迎に感謝します。皆さん本当に親切でした。食事は美味しくて安く、部屋とリゾートはよく整備されています。スキューバダイビングもできますが、団体旅行にダイバーがあまり多くいるとは思わないでください。家族と行きましたが、とても良かったです。

This place is a notch above everywhere else I’ve stayed in Antipolo. Western style showers, cold AC, excellent service… Everything was great. I highly recommend.

The place is far more beautiful than how it is described online. A good view of Taal is what makes it magnificent for visitors and couples who want to escape the noise of Metro. Excellent quality service for a decent price. Complete amenities and the room is very spacious. It has its own TV, refrigerator for storing food and a large mirror. The toilet is also separated from the shower. Free breakfast is also great. The hotel has its own parking lot for guests. Overall, the place is great. Will probably get back here. Will also recommend to friends.

ロケーションは良く、食料品店や他のレストランが近くにあります。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切です。しかし、チェックインしたとき、床がとても汚れていました。娘は靴も靴下も履かずに床を歩いたので、足がとても汚れていました。また、トイレは悪臭がしました。7階の廊下はとても不気味で、他の部屋の音が聞こえます。バルコニーのカーテンも汚れています。また、トイレの水圧が低いです。プールも汚れていて、砂がたくさんあります。全体的にこのホテルの清潔さは最悪です。子供に優しいホテルではありません。

AagrixDuring our stay at Hortz Hotel and Resorts in Tagaytay, Philippines, we found the surroundings to be wonderful—peaceful and calm, offering a perfect retreat from the city. The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the beds are large and comfortable, easily accommodating two people. The toiletries provided were satisfactory, and overall, the rooms were quite clean. However, we did notice a few small insects and some dust on the bed, likely due to the trees surrounding the area. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel is a great place to relax and unwind. The serene environment and adequate amenities make it a pleasant option for a short getaway.

Mababait at magagalang ang mga staff and may malasakit sa mga guests. May senior kaming kasama pero may available silang service para d mahirapan pag akyat Good place for barkadahan. Maraming akyatan para ma explore ang buong place pero sulit naman. Di available ang bonfire dahil umulan pero pede naman mag fishing Complete ang gamit sa kitchen. Must bring: towels, toiletries, sponge, dish washing, kitchen towels, tissue/paper towels. Pede magluto. Limited ang kakainan sa labas so better magdala ng food. We availed the Big cabin with 10 available beddings. Excess of 10, need to pay 500 per pax for set up of addl beddings, can accommodate up to 15 pax. 4 bathrooms. Maganda ipasyal ang mga bisitang galing abroad at makapagbonding ng matagal.Definitely babalik kami and will recommend to our friends.

匿匿名ユーザーI must say it is one of the best places I have ever visited! The views are absolutely outstanding and truly exceptional. Unfortunately, we were unable to witness the sunrise or sunset due to the rainy weather during our stay.
However, despite the rain and colder temperatures, I found it to be incredibly fun and relaxing. I am truly speechless with the breathtaking views and the wonderful facilities at your property. It really does leave a lasting impression.
That said, I did encounter a small issue with the pillow in our accommodation; it appeared to be dirty and seemed not to have been changed, as there was a saliva stain on it. I believe this is an area where improvement could be made to enhance the guests' experience.
Additionally, while I found the food to be on the expensive side, I understand that the quality and experience may justify the cost.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend your property to others. Thank you for the wonderful experience, and I hope to return in the future!

FFam TravelerIf you're looking to a place just to sleep, this would be it but if you're looking for some hotel to enjoy it's amenities. This is not the place for it.

Minor Comments:
We have to wait 45 mins since they didn't expect our check in but, the fix it right away.
The hotels are clean, but not an A+ clean. You cannot walk on the room floor without slippers, it will get your feet black.
I have my wife and my kids with me. The younger one enjoys the stay but oldest gets bored about 3 hours of staying. Aside from the ice cold pool, there's nothing much to do. The gym with 2 equipments is not working but I think in time, it could be better.
Since they told me that they're kitchen is on maintennace. Even an ice, or a complimentary drinks was not included.

AAnn89立地は最高で、ナスグブのダウンタウンまでトライシクルで1回。食料品の買い物やマクドナルドなどの一般的なファーストフード店での食事ができます。料金はたったの20ペソです。ビーチは黒や濃い色の砂なので魅力的ではありません。でも、近くの小島に行って白い砂とより透明な水を楽しむこともできます。ボートをレンタルするだけです。部屋はあまり清潔ではなく、エアコンがとても古くてメンテナンスも行き届いていません。小さなバスルームは悪臭がします。給湯器はありませんが、レストランで温水/冷水を得ることができます。Wifiはまあまあで、客室エリアまで届きますが、より強い接続が必要な場合はレストランや受付エリアに近づく必要があります。このリゾートには改善すべき点がたくさんあります。でもナスグブのこのエリアは夕日の眺めが最高です。

LLISAThe place is just near to our event place. Excellent accomodation. The owner is very nice and helpful. Letting us to check in early as per my request during my online booking. The place is very beautiful, cozy and peaceful. The owner upgraded our room for no additional cost, from standard to junior suite, from junior suite to family room. The room is so clean and comfortable, making us sleep so well, recommendable place to stay when in tanauan. Thank you to the owner, the staff are so mindful and helpful, thank you. Will definitely go back to this place when we are in tanauan. Thumbs up.

AAnthony Tabunanスタッフは素晴らしく、親切です。私は場所が好きで、公共交通機関や他のランドマークにアクセスできます。部屋は清潔で広いです。4人収容可能ですが、1人か2人用の部屋がないと思うので一人で泊まりますが、価格はリーズナブルです。彼らはプールを持っていて、私はバスタブ付きのバスルームが好きです、それはとても広としていますが、蛇口は機能していません。バルコニーもあります。必要に応じてリゾートを歩き回ることもできます。ステイケーションや家族/友人の宿泊に最適なステイケーションにおすすめです。

DDarennラグナのカヴィンティにあるイスラ デル アントニオで本当に楽しい時間を過ごしました。場所はとても平和でリラックスでき、街から休憩したい場合は完璧です。景色は美しく、エリア全体が静かでプライベートな雰囲気です。
スタッフはフレンドリーで話しやすく、場所は清潔で手入れが行き届いていました。水泳、たむろ、友達や家族と自然を楽しむのに最適な場所です。全体的に、素晴らしい経験であり、間違いなくまた訪れる場所です。

ゲゲストOne for the budget solo traveller. Basic room, with tv and aircon. I noticed that you can hear noise when someone walks along or arrived at the hallway.
Tagaytay weather is very cold, no hot and cold shower but the room has electric kettle, so i boiled water before taking a bath :)
There are few eateries outside serving goto and lomi.
From the hiway ,its a slight long walk from the bus stop to this transient home. Overall enjoyed my stay because its budget friendly
