ホテルは比較的清潔で、サービスも良かったです。基本的にはきちんとしたリゾートホテルです。朝食はまあまあです。 設備面では、プールは比較的大きいですが、標準的なものではなく、子供が遊ぶための円形のプールのようなものです。ジムには期待するものがすべて揃っていましたが、小さかったです。 ホテルの裏側には換気設備があり、騒音が大きいため、眠りが浅い方には不快に感じるかもしれません。 最後に、Ctripのビッグデータは顧客を有利に利用していると言いたい。同じホテルをCtripで予約すると700元以上かかりましたが、他のプラットフォームでは100元安かったです。私はCtripに非常に失望しました。

We stayed 3 days and 2 nights. Overall, the staff were great. Food was good and the kids enjoyed the swimming pool.

All in all the stay is good, except mobility. If you are a commuter there is no public transport in the area. The property should consider partnerships with taxis and other public transport for their guests who don't have vehicles. Or might as well add on's services as a hotel shuttle.

The location check, the room check, the service awesome with free pool access during your stay, and free refillable water. Santorini vibe. The food lang sa loob mahal, pero worth it.

思い出に残る滞在でした。月に1、2回、頻繁にここに滞在しています。5日間滞在しました。 しかし今回は、初めて生まれた赤ちゃんを連れての滞在でした。夫はソレナドに行きました。ホテルから無料のシャトルサービスがありました。地震に遭遇しましたが、その時部屋にいたのは私と赤ちゃんだけでした。避難する必要があり、非常口を使いました。スタッフはすでに警戒していました。赤ちゃんと私が避難所で無事に避難すると、スタッフが私たちを助け、椅子と水をくれました。その後、再び同じことが起こるかもしれないので、下の階に移動させてくれました。夕食時には、ミックスフルーツを無料でくれました。赤ちゃんはまだ人混みにさらされることが許されていないので、朝食時には、代わりに食べ物を部屋に持ち込むことを許可してくれました。 全体的に、私たちはいつもここで素晴らしい時間を過ごせます。 また必ず戻ってきます！

13 室しかない、とても素敵で快適なホテルです。部屋は広く、設備も整っていますが、ベッドだけが古さを感じます。ルームサービスはリクエスト制です。レストランのサービスは素晴らしく (リチャード)、食事もおいしかったです。マニラからわずか 2 時間半で、プールサイドと海辺でのひとときを楽しみました。

The place looks' good, lots of trees, fresh air and clean room that fits a family of four. But with great place comes the great walk up and down the stairs.....hahaha not for the old age Lolos' and lolas' who can barely walk. But, overall we enjoyed our 22 hour stay. Thanks for the discount vouchers as well Trip.com

The place is far more beautiful than how it is described online. A good view of Taal is what makes it magnificent for visitors and couples who want to escape the noise of Metro. Excellent quality service for a decent price. Complete amenities and the room is very spacious. It has its own TV, refrigerator for storing food and a large mirror. The toilet is also separated from the shower. Free breakfast is also great. The hotel has its own parking lot for guests. Overall, the place is great. Will probably get back here. Will also recommend to friends.

ロケーションは良く、食料品店や他のレストランが近くにあります。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切です。しかし、チェックインしたとき、床がとても汚れていました。娘は靴も靴下も履かずに床を歩いたので、足がとても汚れていました。また、トイレは悪臭がしました。7階の廊下はとても不気味で、他の部屋の音が聞こえます。バルコニーのカーテンも汚れています。また、トイレの水圧が低いです。プールも汚れていて、砂がたくさんあります。全体的にこのホテルの清潔さは最悪です。子供に優しいホテルではありません。
