Step out on the back porch to BBQ or sit at the patio table and soak in the view. The living room is perfectly situated between the kitchen and back porch. A half bathroom is available on this level as well. The Seafarers Beach House, a 1700 sq ft home, is artfully decorated with Seafaring themes. On the main floor, overlooking the Bay, is a fully appointed kitchen, cozy living room, complete with a large screen TV for enjoying the game, a full bathroom with laundry, and a bedroom with a King bed. A spacious deck, with lounge chairs and a BBQ grill, is accessed from the living room. For a small additional fee, a lovely cabin in the yard provides a getaway for 2 with a queen bed in the loft. Cabin guests share the downstairs bath in the main home. The Cabin is not available for independent rentals. On the 2nd floor, you will find two bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and a variety of books. The second bedroom has a King bed or can be converted to 2 extra-long twins.
