I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY ARE TELLING ME TRIP.COM NEEDS TO REACH OUT TO THEM DIRECTLY. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS. THE ROOM WAS NEXT TO THE ELEVATOR AND THE MECHANICAL ROOM. IT WAS SO NOISY WE DIDNT GET MUCH SLEEP. THE SHOWER HANDLE WAS BACKWARDS AND WHEN A PERSON CAME TO EXPLAIN THAT, WE ASKED ABOUT THE NOISE. HE SAID PEOPLE IN 108 (our room),208 & 308 ALWAYS COMPLAIN. THERE ARE 60 ROOMS AND 10 CARS IN THE PARKING LOT. IT WAS TOTALLY UNNECESSARY TO BE IN THAT ROOM.

Passing through the area and made a stop at the Shrine of Christ's Passion. Needed a place to stay with a swimming pool and Hampton Inn provided. Expectations met and had a good night's sleep.
