This is a large 3 bedroom on the top floor of a stacked duplex (the lower level is a completely separate unit). Each unit has a private entrance and deck. The fenced yard and fire pit are shared spaces.You will be surprised at how spacious and comfortable the layout is. There is a large living room as well as a lounge area, dining room and huge kitchen which leads out to a private deck. The master bedroom has its own full bathroom.
