The Imperial Palace was reformed to imitate the system of Qianqinggong. In the first year of Jiaqing (1796), Emperor Qianlong, the emperor of Emperor Tai Shang, held a "thousand-man banquet" in Xinzheng, where he passed on the throne to teach the treasures. The banquet was held for the elderly over 90 years of age. There were more than 5,000 banquet ministers, old people and those who did not attend the banquet.
