オスロフィヨルドで最大の小さな島。夏には島は草木が生い茂り、景色が美しい。島には11世紀のシトーシアン修道院の廃墟も保存されています。ここはかつてオスロの防衛システムの一部だったため、古い軍事建築や施設も見られます。
