ブルガリアの三大古都の一つで、歴史的にはかつてブルガリアの首都であった。1393年、オスマン帝国がブルガリアを征服し、都市は焼失し、現在の建物は後に再建されました古城は二つの山の上にあります。地勢は顕著で、バルカン半島の第二の都市です。六七百年近くの歴史があります。多くの古跡と名所が保存されています。景色が綺麗で、静かで美しくて、旅行する価値があります。縁に従って世界を見ます。

2世紀末、ブルガリアは独立して首都テルノヴォを設定しました。宮殿はチャレヴィッツ山とトラペジツァ山の上に建てられ、高い壁を築いて囲み、御林軍が警戒を抑えました。両山の間にはヤントラ川が流れ、清と澄んでいて、衆生と苗を潤し、生しく、王室の基業を二百年も延期させ、その規模と繁栄はコンスタンティノープルに次ぐ。14世紀末、オスマン帝国の鉄蹄とカーブは、厚い城壁を踏み破り、丈夫な山門を切り開き、百年の王朝は血まみれの瓦に浸水し、崩壊しました。今日、古代都市の宮殿の残骸の壁に立って、夕日の下で「山の外の青山ビルの外の建物」を見下ろす、「青山はまだそこにあり、夕日は数度赤くなりました」。
