فندق اكثر من رائع وخصوصا رجل الامن الذي على الباب وموظف الاستقبال أيهم كلهم ذو اخلاق عاليه جدا جدا ...نتمنى لهم التقدم دائما

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. I genuinely felt like royalty throughout my entire visit. Every single staff member — from housekeeping to the restaurant team and the pool attendants — went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I have never experienced such outstanding hospitality before. The hotel manager, Mr. Eyad, deserves special recognition for his professionalism and kindness. He personally assisted me with a late checkout, as my flight was scheduled later in the day, which made a huge difference. I would also like to commend Ken and Duncan from the restaurant staff, who were remarkably attentive, courteous, and warm. Each morning, they anticipated my preferences, bringing my latte and omelet without me even having to ask. The hotel’s location is superb, offering breathtaking views of both the sea and the pool. The cleanliness was impeccable, with housekeeping service provided twice a day, and the quality of the food was excellent. Every detail exceeded my expectations. This was, without doubt, one of the best experiences I have ever had. Jordanians are among the kindest people I have met, and I am already looking forward to returning in the near future.

Останавливались на одну ночь. Хороший пляжный отель. Туристов мало, наверное из-за близости Израиля. Свой алкоголь проносить нельзя, у них есть в отеле. Для сравнения - бутылка игристого вина в магазине стоит 12-15 динар, в отеле - 60! Пейте под забором отеля). Договориться можно пронести, но только если у них что-то возьмете. А так -всё хорошо). Завтрак хороший, большой выбор. На ужин ходили за территорию отеля.

非常に便利で、プライベートビーチがあり、エイラへのアクセスが含まれています。チェックインからチェックアウトまで、サービスは素晴らしかったです。

This hotel under major renovation, the room is outdated, not clean for sure, I checked in and I was super tired after 12 hours of flight all the sudden falling asleep right away when I wake up to use the bathroom I find out it’s full of urine and the shower full of see sand, I called the room service at 3 morning and I asked them to clean it especially I wasn’t able to use the bathroom, I had to clean it my self, since they ignored me, the breakfast was great has a lot  of different selection, over all I give it 4out of 10 I can’t believe it has the intercontinental franchise.

紅海に面し、春の花が咲きます。ホテルにはプライベートビーチと複数のスイミングプールがあり、独自のスイミングセンターはさまざまなサービスを提供し、価格は手頃です。風が強すぎて水に入ることができないのは残念です。温水マッサージプールに浸かることができます。価格は広として快適です。夕食はシーフードのグリル盛り合わせとシーフードパスタを注文しました。味は良かったです。ビュッフェ式朝食もOKでした。紅海での休暇に最適な場所です!

Прекрасный отель, вежливый , доброжелательный персонал, во всем стараются для гостей . Продлили бесплатно номер на несколько часов, всегда помогали с любым вопросом. Прекрасый завтрак с большим разнообразием блюд. С удовольствием рекомендую

Attention l’appartement une chambre se situe au niveau inférieur sans vue sur l’extérieur. Cela n’est pas précisé lors de la réservation sur trip.com. De plus, les photos de l’appartement de correspondent pas car on y voit un balcon avec vue mer mais il n’y en a pas. Et la moitié de l’hôtel est en rénovation. La piscine sur le roof-top n’est pas accessible.
