南アフリカリンポポ州で、バーのあるホテル

the Location was great and the restaurant staff were friendly and provided us good service, which is unfortunately the two positive parts of our stay. when we arrive, the reception experience was very poor. No Information was given about the lodge or breakfast until I asked, and we were not even accompanied to our room. The condition of the room was disappointing. The shower and floors were dirty to the point where you could not shower without wearing flip flops. Housekeeping was also below standard. During our 2-night stay, the room was not properly cleaned, the bins were not emptied, dishes were not washed properly and both the bathroom and floors remained dirty. Only the beds were made. This was a very disappointing experience.

剛剛結束🔚在臘腸樹Safari Camp的美好三天，不得不説這是非常難忘的一次經歷。臘腸樹位於巴盧萊私人保護區，位置卓越，景色秀美，離Hoedspruit機場很近，營地所有員工都非常友善、慷慨、熱情和熱情，很是專業，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺同時，與大自然和各種生物有了親密的近距離接觸，同行的荷蘭小夥伴們都是sososoooo nice，暖心而又愉快的經歷。 不得不説下營地的嚮導司機Themba和Lite，野生動物追蹤技巧非常高超，為人熱情，驚人地讓我看到了Big 5，集齊了非洲五霸，早上的Safari很神奇，親眼目睹了獅羣圍獵野狗羣的難得場景🎬，驚險刺激，野狗屬於瀕危物種，其中一衹小狗由於方向誤判，很可惜的被獵殺了。克魯格公園就是大自然的一個掠影，這就是自然，自然界的動物們也各有各的生存奧義。此外在司機和嚮導的帶領下，還看到了罕見的黑犀牛母子，來了個懟臉的大眼瞪小眼，實在是太難忘了。另外營地旁邊的飲水池也可以有各種動物來喝水，看到了羚羊 長頸鹿🦒等等。 還得一提的是營地的工作人員還貼心的準備了暖水袋，真是太暖心了。想説的有很多，總結就是這是很值得來體驗的一個地方。我想我還會再次歸來！

We had an amazing time at Shangri-La. All the staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. They did everything they could to make our stay memorable. I honestly can’t name the best staff member as they were all incredibly helpful. The breakfast was really good and the restaurant has a varied menu with tasty dishes and a good wine selection.

This is the perfect place for nature lovers who also want real comfort and luxury. The lodge is exquisitely decorated and it was a pleasure to sit with a coffee and watch bush bucks, warthogs, kudu and all types of birds come into the garden. Walking around the lodge I came close to giraffes, zebras and more. It was breathtaking. I stayed for 2 blissful nights and enjoyed delicious home cooked meals, a wonderfully comfortable bed and hot baths each day. I hope to come back in future!

This hotel exceeded all our expectations in terms of quality, luxury and service. The hotel is a short drive from the local airport and is perfect for safari. We used it as a base to visit different sections of KNP. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back. The facilities at the hotel are excellent and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Всё было на высоком уровне. Встретили очень доброжелательно, красивая ухоженная территория. Уютные номера, в которых было всё необходимое. Чай, кофе, вода в неограниченном доступе в течение всего времени. В стоимость номера было включено два сафари. Наш гид(Сидни) постарался максимально показать нам разнообразные дикого мира Южной Африки. Отдельно спасибо поварам, всё было очень вкусно и приготовлено с душой. Особенно вечернее барбекю . Ещё хочется сказать, большое спасибо, девушке менеджеру , которая нас встретила и всегда готова была откликнуться на наши просьбы и решить любые наши проблемы. С удовольствием вернёмся к вам снова, потому-что вы подарили нам незабываемые впечатления!

We had a wonderful stay. Although the room we booked wasn't available, we were upgraded at no additional charge. The accommodations were very clean, and the staff was friendly. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful.

水が逃げるスロットだったので、バスルームの洗面台の排水口は塞がれているようです。 朝食会場はとてもうるさく、シェフは良かったが、人が終わった後、テーブルは汚れていた。  それ以外は家族連れに最適なホテル

They close at 11 pm.so make sure you arrive early ...Service was okay ..Friendly receptionist l.found them.about to leave...l booked wrong date they had to adjust for me without charging me extra ...

This is a private safari lodge where 2 game drives a day is included as well as full board. The staffs were friendly and the place is clean. The chef prepared food according to your dietary needs.
