スウェーデンヴェストラ・イェータランド県で、スパのあるホテル

We had great time at the Gothia Towers. The dinner in Heaven 23 with sunset view was the highlight. Easy access from and to the airport with regular bus stopping only 150m from the Hotel. Would stay here again👌.

午後7時30分に到着すると、「アップグレード」された部屋だと告げられました。部屋は狭かったので、元の部屋がどんな様子だったのか本当に気になりました。ベッドのマットレスの下に敷かれたカバーにはシミがあり、見栄えが悪かったです。ロビーに行ってみましたが、誰もいませんでした。仕方なくレストランへ向かいましたが、午後8時でした。店内は半分ほどしか埋まっていませんでしたが、なんと閉店時間だと告げられました。5月16日金曜日のことで、メニューボードはまだレストランの入り口に貼られたままでした。 フロントに戻り、金曜日の午後8時にレストランがディナーを提供していない理由を尋ねました。 受付係は呆然とした様子で、通常は少なくとも午後9時まではディナーを提供していると言いましたが、それ以上の対応はしてくれませんでした。ただ、レストランがたくさんあるアベニューまで15分ほど歩けば行ける、とだけ言い、近くのレストランは教えてくれませんでした。結局、偶然にもすぐ近くの「ル・ピガール」という素晴らしいレストランに行くことになりました。おそらく競合ホテルの最上階にあるお店です。素晴らしい食事で、客をもてなす術を知っているレストランでした。 要するに、残念ながらヨーテボリのプロフィルホテルズ・オペラについては良いことは何も言えません。 ヨーテボリは素晴らしかったのですが、次に訪れる際には、オペラには絶対に泊まりません。料金が高すぎる上に、サービスも水準も伴っていません。このホテルにお金をかけるのは全くの無駄でした。残念ながら、思い出したくない場所なので、写真も撮りませんでした。

The hotel’s location is excellent — just a short walk from the central station, which made getting around very convenient. However, I was disappointed by a few aspects of the stay. The hotel provides grey towels, which I found unappealing; white towels generally give a better sense of cleanliness. Breakfast was adequate, though some of the fruit offered was of poor quality. I also had concerns about the room’s cleanliness. After our first night, it didn’t seem like the room had been thoroughly cleaned — the drinking glasses we had used weren’t replaced, and some visible stains we had accidentally made were not wiped down. Additionally, the iron in the room tripped the power on both occasions we tried to use it, which was quite frustrating. The refrigerator in our room wasn’t working properly, so the drinks we stored inside remained warm. I also found the 11:00 a.m. checkout time to be inconvenient, as a later checkout would have allowed for a more relaxed departure.

I booked this hotel for my birthday and it was honestly the best decision ever ! It was amazing, luxurious, staff were very nice and friendly . Housekeeping was done daily, we had a beautiful view to the garden and the pool. Would definitely come back again. Be aware there is a deposit you have to pay, £100 per night with a credit card or £200 per night with debit card which wasnt made clear on the website. Deposit was returned fairly quick.

Service was excellent from the moment I got there until the minute I checked-out. Hotel is very clean and lots of amenities for travellers. The location was a little out of town but there's a great bus link and if you're feeling upto it just over an hour's walk. Food was very good and a large selection of hot and cold food for breakfast as well. Only mark down is for the location as it's outwith the city centre, other than that there's plenty to do in the hotel or nearby. Although it's great if you just want some peace and quiet.

The shower gel and shampoo smells heavenly! Friendly staff too. Great view of the river.

Amazing hotel, the room was lovely with great decor. The most comfiest bed I’ve ever stayed in, Spa was absolutely worth the hype clean and the food portion was extremely filling and breakfast options were great too.

環境は美しく、とても静かで、湖に近く、天気と水泳が良く、素晴らしい食事環境で、自動運転の休暇に適しています。広い駐車場があり、フロントデスクのサービスはとても良いです！ ！ ！
