ニューカレドニアプロヴァンス・スッドで、プールのあるホテル

サービスは素晴らしく、フロントから清掃スタッフに至るまで、出会った全てのスタッフが丁寧で好感が持てました。彼らはとても親切で、心から歓迎されていると感じ、まるで自宅にいるかのように快適に過ごせました。部屋は非常に広々としており、バルコニーも完備されています。 しかし、ホテル全体は老朽化が進んでおり、部屋からは不快な臭いがしました。内装は非常に古く、テレビも使えませんでした（ホテル側には伝えていませんが、もし伝えていれば対応してくれたことでしょう）。バスルームの目地にはカビが見られ、プールは日当たりが悪く老朽化しています。さらに、敷地も手入れが行き届いておらず、荒れた印象を受けました。イル・メトル島にある別のヒルトンはボートでわずか20分の距離にあり、そちらが非常に素晴らしいことを考えると、ヒルトンブランド（またはオーナー）はこのホテルにあまり注力していないように感じられます。 周辺にはレストラン、カフェ、バーはたくさんありますが、スーパーマーケットはなく、徒歩圏内には小さな商店が一つあるだけです。ここから二つのカジノへは徒歩で簡単にアクセスできます。モーゼル港からは、昼間の交通状況で車で約10分程度です。私はホテル内の食事は利用しませんでした。 正直なところ、イル・メトル島のヒルトンの水上バンガローに直接向かうことを強くお勧めします。このホテルは避けて、むしろヌメアのこの地域へは日帰り観光で訪れる方が良い選択でしょう。

緑な囲まれたロッジ、綺麗なビーチは目の前。ホテルの方々はとても親切にサポートしてくださいました。島内にお酒は売ってませんが、レストランでは注文可能。イルデバン産のロブスターはオススメです。

Agréable d'être accueillie par du personnel notamment lorsque les vols à l'arrivée à Nouméa sont tardifs. Avantage d'avoir une cuisine équipée pour faire ces repas et un parking couvert notamment lorsqu'il fait chaud. Sa proximité avec la baie d'Anse Vata permet de s'y rendre à pied.

Located in a very beautiful place and all staffs are super kind and helpful. The food choice was a bit limited but acceptable considering the location (island). Strongly recommend to stay there for a family vacation.

Excellent séjour. L’accès au spa était très appréciable.

Le Cadre du Sheraton est exceptionnel. Le personnel est chaleureux. Le buffet du pdj est bon. De nouvelles installations comme la salle de jeux est idéal pour les enfants. Plus de promo. ferait venir plus de clients.

Staff and hotel are very accomodating during a time when the airport was closed and tourists required to stay longer than intended. All of the staff were friendly, greeting you with warmth and doing all the can to look after you. Hotel in a very good location. Very short walk to the beach and restaurants. Pharmacy and mini marts nearby for any supplies as well. I hope to come back to Noumea one day and would gladly stay at Le Lagon Hotel
