The Apartment is well equipped with a modern Italian kitchen ,and two recently refurbished bathrooms .Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and all rooms have ceiling fans . The Apartment is secured with wrought iron so doors and windows can be left open to enjoy the ocean breeze.There is a large lounge: Dining Room which opens fully onto a Double Balcony ,overlooking the garden and resort size pool . The main bedroom has en-suite Bathroom there is a second Bathroom in the hallway both have electronic safes .The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer ,microwave ,oven ,hob and small appliances .Full time housekeeper onsite and Laundry Facilities are in a separate building , private car park out front . This is a lovely ONE BEDROOM self contained ground floor apartment in a 2 storey villa 200 metres from Mullins Beach. It is spacious with a well furnished open plan living room with very comfortable seating, TV, Wi-Fi. The dining area has a large dining table and seating for up to 6 persons. A large well equipped kitchen. Ceiling fans throughout, air conditioned bedroom, bathroom with bath tub inclusive and shower room. Warawee cottage is well designed, airy and set in over half an acre of beautiful tropical manicured gardens. This delightful cottage is secure, tastefully furnished and comprises one bedroom with vaulted ceiling, shower room, separate fully fitted kitchen and a lounge-diner. It has its own private terrace surrounded by hibiscus, ginger lilies and bougainvillea. A wood gazebo with table and chairs for you to enjoy alfresco dinning and sun beds for topping up the tan. It is secluded and offers privacy. There are ceiling fans throughout, Air conditioning in the bedroom, satellite TV, with sports channels/package, WiFi and secure parking. There is outside night lighting which can be operated manually if required. The walk to both Gibbs or Mullins beaches is level and takes 3-4 mins. The housekeeper is on site 5 days weekly usually from 09.00 her days vary according to guests needs. Wendy has been with us for 26 years. She is utterly trust worthy and a fountain of local knowledge; so if you have any queries about the bus or shops, just ask. We can arrange for a taxi to collect you from the airport, you pay him direct. Wendy cleans the cottage twice weekly, when linen and beach towels are changed. She often meets and welcomes new guests on arrival, but there is an information booklet giving all details you will need if she is unable to greet guests. An email is sent a week before arrival giving full access details.Although there is a pool available in the garden, it is attached to the main house.
