カナダノバスコシア州の3つ星ホテル

ホテル自体には全く不満はありませんが、レストラン「Hidden Gem」については文句のつけようがありません！ 近くにレストランの選択肢がなかったので、ほとんどの人はホテル内のレストラン「Hidden Gem」に行くことになりました。席に着くまで少なくとも20分、注文を受けるまでさらに20～30分待ちました。でも、夫が注文したビールは驚くほど早く来ました！料理が出てくるまでまたしても長い待ち時間でした。夫はTraditional Clubを注文しましたが、全く問題ありませんでした。私はシーフードプラッターを注文しましたが、これが今まで食べた中で最悪の料理でした！パン粉をまぶしたホタテを食べたら、いつもより色が濃くて、ホタテがゴムみたいでした！エビも焼きすぎでしたが、少なくとも食べられました。ビールで揚げたハドックは食べられなかった。端っこは固すぎて切れなかったので真ん中を食べてみたが、衣も魚も生焼けで、衣はふやけていて魚は嫌な臭いがした。ウェイターの注意を引こうとしたが10分経ってもダメだったので、彼のいるカウンターへ行きテーブルに来るように頼んだ。料理、特に魚を見せたところ、彼も私と同意見でまずいと言った。彼は料理の乗った皿を持って店に入り、数分後に出てきてシェフが料理は食べられると主張したと言った! 写真に撮っておけばよかった。彼はもう1皿作ると申し出てくれたが、この時点で食欲がなくなっていた! あるいは食事代金の50%を支払うつもりだった。私たちは同意せず、ウェイターはマネージャーに電話した。彼女が来た時、彼女は本当に不愉快で敵対的な人で、サラダを半分とホタテとエビを1尾ずつ食べたので、食事の50%を支払うように要求してきました。さもないとホテルから追い出すと脅されました。すでに午後8時を過ぎていて、長い運転の一日の後だったので、私たちはもう我慢の限界で、50%は払うけどひどいレビューを書くと言いました。彼女は私たちが請求書を受け取る前に戻ってきて、結局、料理を見たから食事代を請求から外すと言いました。謝罪も何もありませんでした！ 本当にがっかりしました。帰国前にもう一度、ノバスコシアの美味しい新鮮なシーフードを楽しみたかったのに、こんな目に遭ったのです！ レストランのスタッフやマネージャーとこんなにひどい経験をしたことはありません！

Got a good checked in and request amenities service is good. Staying for 5 days with my whole family. On the third day our bathroom flooded I don’t know what happened. They transfer as to a queen bed and a couch. Just accepted it as I do t want to deal with the incident overnight. Fully understand if no rooms available to accommodate us. But they did attended to our needs so far. But pretty much over all stay it was a ok. The hotel seems old but maybe preserving the looks of the hotel. Needs some upgrading.

設備:施設がたくさんあり、プールエレベーターもあり、全体が比較的標準的なヒルトンホテルです。 環境:環境はとても良く、ホテルは快適で整頓されていて、タオルはあまり汚れていません。床が少し汚れていることを除いて、寝具はあまりほこりっぽくなく、よりきれいです。枕もたくさんあり、テレビであなたの名前を書くことさえあります。それから、あなたは入って歓迎すると言いました。防音もとても良いです。他の人が外で叫んでいますが、実際、部屋全体がとても広くて美しいとはあまり聞こえません。トイレもそうです。また、ホテルに非常に近いです。 サービス:ハファにもう少し遊びに行きたいので、荷物を早く来て、フロントデスクが荷物を預けてチケットをいくつかくれるので、サービスは素晴らしかったです。フロントデスクはとても丁寧でとても素敵です 衛生:素晴らしい。

素晴らしいホテル...フレンドリーなスタッフ.....ホットブレックファースト。プールは暖かい側で化学物質NDで少し高かったが、それでも素晴らしい!!

Very pleasant establishment. Clean room, friendly staff, good food for a dinner takeout and breakfast the next morning. We came in around 8pm from long ride and was greeted with a smile and an offer for takeout dinner from the restaurant on sight when it closed at 9pm. Room was clean, hot shower with good pressure, comfortable beds with warm bedding, good working A/C and a beautiful balcony view, all reasonably priced. Breakfast next morning was friendly, accommodating, fresh and better than a typical hotel included breakfast. Wonderful restaurant atmosphere and design! For the first hotel that is outside the Francophone sphere for my trip, I would rate 6 to 7 stars or even higher.

Our family of four really enjoyed staying at the Moxy Halifax. The hotel is fairly new and has a very cool vibe to it. The staff were friendly and service was top notch. We stayed in the room with 4 bunk beds and it came with 4 free drinks at the bar. The beds are spacious enough for my husband and I to share a bed. The amenities provided by the hotel were excellent. They have an amenities cabinet where you help yourself to toothbrushes, toothpastes, body lotion, sanitary pad extra towels etc. Highly recommended!

Very modern room with no carpet! Vinyl flooring in the main area and marble floor in the bathroom. The bed and pillows were soooo comfortable. I was there for work and needed to use the wi-fi to connect for a meeting - all good and ports too plug in located ono the desktop, no digging underneath.  The food was great, beautiful restaurant. Staff were very friendly. Morning breakfast even featured an omelette station, made fresh by the chef to your liking.  Would definitely stay there again!
