Stayed at the Aston Court Hotel for one night. On arrival, the reception staff was very good and quickly got me checked in. The room was nice but did have a bit of a musty smell when I first entered but after having left the window open for a bit was ok. Good secure free car park at rear. All in all a nice stay and great location. Thank you.

Needed convenient stopping point from Surrey to Chestefield, one night, for a funeral. Location ideal. Despite proximity to M1 itself, road noise was not excessive. Receptionist was really welcoming; gave me a choccie bar and bottle of water. You can stroll to the services for Mcdonald's or Costa - and WH Smith etc, (if open). . The overall decor is a bit 'tired' but everything was clean, bed fresh, coffee/tea facilities. Would have preferred the radio to be fitted by the bedside not table across the room (!). Freeview TV quite adequate for one night........ Bedroom was huge (guess it would double up as a family room at times) - and possibly I could have taken my dog with me, in which case the extra space was great. For functionality cannot fault.

Staff great,great location but run like faulty towers,Manuel could appear at any moment,shame becoz it's in an ideal location but very confusing layout,no lift n difficult to navigate when u are tired r drunk 🥴

The manager at this IBIS was a genuine 5-Star success. He was professional, courteous, focussed and helpful. Having stayed in numerous 5-Star hotels in Japan, Hong Kong and Shanghai in the past 20 years (and trained staff at several hotels including Hyatt and Hilton), this guy would easily fit in with any one of them. He is that good. For an example of how customer service should look at all hotels in 2022, visit this IBIS.

Lovely hotel and a great place to stay the only disappointment was the uncomfortable mattress.

市内中心部に位置し、多くの場所へのアクセスが容易な素敵で快適なホテルです。

素敵なホテル。フーバーで行うことができます。素敵な快適な良い駐車場とスタッフ。

午後3時にチェックインできます。部屋とバスルームは広いですが、窓は部屋よりも小さく、建物の反対側の他の部屋の窓は見えません。窓はロックされており、開けられません。フロントに連絡して、ホテルのすべての窓を開けられないと言ってください。 、しかし換気設備のため、生活は退屈ではありません。ベッドは快適で清潔です。WiFi速度が遅い。場所は市内中心部に近く、駅まで徒歩30分です。ホテルのサービス態度は悪く、前払いは3泊しました。家で緊急事態が発生したため、2泊しました。私は何度もホテルと交渉しました。ホテルは残りの1泊の前払い料金を返金しません。

衹要去總部出差必選這裏，酒店餐飲很好，非常喜歡和享受，樂在其中，周邊有奧萊店，吃喝，購物什麼的都可以。

田舎の古いホテルですが、部屋と交通機関はかなり便利で、価格は手頃で、周囲の環境は良好です
