「First room – Deluxe Room: Unfortunately, the room was quite disappointing. It was dusty and dirty, with hair, a fake eyelash, lots of dust, and quite a lot of gecko droppings. 😅 Not sure if it’s because the hotel is quite far into the countryside or the room wasn’t properly cleaned before check-in.
After a few hours, we requested to change rooms to the Presidential Suite and honestly, what a big difference!
The Presidential Suite was superb, spacious and very comfortable. Highly recommended, especially for Malaysians who need a comfy place to rest after an 8-hour journey from Banda Aceh. 🥹❤️
The view is absolutely amazing! Pagi-pagi, suasana sangat tenang dan sunyi, with the beautiful sound of the azan and zikir in the background. Truly peaceful and calming. 🌿
A few things could still be improved, especially basic facilities like providing an iron in the room.
But overall, the Presidential Suite was superb and highly recommended for this area! The view and peaceful atmosphere are definitely worth it.

ゲスト私たちはホテル アヤニに 2 泊しましたが、とても満足しました。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。部屋はまあまあで、それほど広くはありませんが、清潔でした。エアコンと電気ポットがあり、機能しました。バスルームはまあまあで、お湯はたっぷり出ますし、シャワーも本当に良かったです。寝具は清潔で、ベッドも良かったです。Wi-Fi があり、完璧に機能しました。朝食はビュッフェで、ほとんどが地元料理でした。残念ながら温かい料理は冷たかったです。ホテルは市の中心部にあります。ホテル自体はきちんと整頓されており、ここに泊まることを間違いなくお勧めします。

Had such a lovely stay at Hotel Hilani! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel super welcome — big smiles, quick check-in, and they were always ready to help. One of the staff even greeted me by my name, which honestly gave such a nice vibe ✨
The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed to just relax. I really loved how calm and peaceful the atmosphere was — perfect after a long day.
Service stayed great the whole time, and you can tell the team really cares about guests. Overall it was such a smooth, stress-free stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy place with genuinely friendly hospitality 🤍

Hotelnya sangat nyaman.. semua berfungsi dengan baik.. hanya saja air kolam-a saat itu kotor. Entah belum dibersihkan dari mandi² weekand.. tp saat itu kami kunjungi kolam-a sudah hari senin sore.. apalg kolam anak².. jorok banget, banyak daun & air-a seperti berminyak.. tp dari jauh bersih kq kelihatan-a krn dasar lantai yg biru.. 😅

ゲストEverything was good eventho after flood in Aceh. I stayed during the flood season. The area wasn’t flooded, but there were power issues and unstable internet, so the hotel operated on a generator. Very friendly and polite staff. Room also clean. But the bathroom was not safe. The shower head fell and hit my shoulder while I was showering. Breakfast was good. I really liked the bihun goreng. The nasi goreng was a little bland, but it wasn’t a big issue. Ouh yaa, hotel near to Sate Matang stalls and souvenir shop. Can shopping at night because souvenir shop closed on 11pm.

Jack Sarawak全体的にはまあまあでした。広くて清潔な部屋（バスルームが少し老朽化していてシャワーが詰まっていた点を除く - 317号室）ルームサービスはまあまあで、朝食は最高でした。一番がっかりしたのは屋上での食事の質です。ピザを注文しましたが、きちんと調理されていませんでした。ウェイトレスに伝えたところ、同じピザが温め直されて戻ってきましたが、小麦粉/クラストはまだきちんと焼けていませんでした。また、システムには価格マッチングがあります。AgodaでRM50安い価格を見つけましたが、予約から24時間以内なので請求できません。対象外なら価格マッチングのロゴを付けるべきではありませんでした。非常に誤解を招く表示です。

ゲストI had a great stay at this hotel .The staff were very helpful and friendly. They even assisted me with booking a motorbike.
The hotel was clean.
After I check out,the staff kindly allowed me to store my luggage at the reception.This gave me the oppurtunity to explore Banda Aceh before my scheduled ferry to Sabang at 4pm.
Overall, the hotel was great .
