I had a really pleasant stay in the executive room at Verona Palace. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient, although it’s a bit tucked inside a small alley. Some amenities were quite basic, slippers were only available upon request, there was shampoo but no conditioner, and no tissue in the toilet but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. What I loved most was how spacious the room was, along with the view overlooking the futsal field and the Bandung sky. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again whenever I’m in Bandung :)

ウィズホテルでの1泊は素晴らしかったです。家族で2部屋（大人2名、子供3名）を予約しましたが、向かい合わせの便利な部屋を用意してもらえました。子供たちはプールで楽しい時間を過ごしました。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでした。朝食は美味しかったのですが、種類は多くありませんでした。ホテルはクブン・ラヤ・ボゴールの近くにありました。全体的に素晴らしい滞在でした。

場所は良かったのですが、トイレにビデのスプレーがありませんでした。チェックイン当日、ホテルの電話番号に何度も電話をかけましたが、誰も出ませんでした。幸い、アパートに到着すると受付係と警備員がいて、チェックインを手伝ってくれました。翌日、警備員にホテルとPICに連絡してWi-Fiのパスワードを尋ねてもらいました。

道端の戦略的な場所、涼しい雰囲気..部屋はとても広としていますが、トカゲの糞を見つけたので、清潔さは十分ではありません、、 ツインベッドが揺れていて、寝ているときに落ちるのが怖いです。エキストラベッドはありますが、枕や毛布はありません。 バスルームは広としていますが、鏡にはたくさんの汚れがあるので、少し怖いです😅 朝食の選択肢が少なく、味が少なく、メニューがなくなり、1時間待っても埋め戻しませんでした。朝食75kを追加すると、高価な感じがします😟

It will be a long review for this hotel. Location: it's not in the city center, the way to get here it could have traffic jams at certain times, with some rough patches. But if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place with beautiful lake views and a village vibe, this hotel is the perfect escape. Room: since this hotel is newly built, the room is quite clean and neat. The furniture in some parts already has a dent, and the glass cup is not clean enough. It will count in the Cleanliness part, although we see it as clean, but at some parts of furniture or amenities it needs more concern, as like the tissue box. A little suggestion from me, the hotel management needs to consider the environment of this hotel because it's too humid, so mold can be easier growing and pop up in some areas. Breakfast & Restaurant: the breakfast is good enough, they serve indonesian food and a simple western style (toast bread). I got a chance to enjoy dinner there, and I like the fried banana. Rate, Price, & Payment: They require a deposit of IDR 100,000 at check-in. The hotel prices are very affordable and fair for the service and facilities provided. Food prices at the restaurant are also reasonable, although some items are a bit overpriced. Unfortunately, when I checked in, the EDC machine and QRIS payment system were not working, so they only accepted cash or QRIS/bank transfers to a staff member’s personal account. Environment & Vibes: The hotel is quiet and peaceful. During prayer times, the call to prayer (suara adzan) from a nearby mosque can be heard, but it is not disturbing. The parking area is spacious, and there is also basement parking available. They have several meeting rooms & ballroom. Overall, This hotel is great and value for money. You may try and experience the peaceful vibes here.

Quite cheap with all facility i think quite complete. There is mini fridge, with pool for kids & adult. The location not too far from city. Maybe i will book again next timw

However, since many of the facilities are fully digital, there can occasionally be issues with the Wi-Fi connection, which may cause the door lock system to malfunction and not open properly. Other than that, the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

快適な場所で、冷蔵庫とケトルも完備されています。部屋は広々としています。スタッフはフレンドリーで、必要なスペアキーの手配もしてくれました。 朝食は美味しく、内容も充実していました。

Lokasi dekat pantai, jalan kaki sampai... Untuk makanan sarapan nya enak dan bervariasi cukup, tersedia jg buat yg ga biasa sarapan nasi. Cuma saat kesan masuk kamar hotel nya agak bau seperti lama gak ditempatin tapi nanti hilang bau nya, mungkin bisa dikondisikan saat sebelum tamu check in agar tidak bau pas masuk.

日本人です。ホテルはボゴール駅から想像以上に遠く、Grabで30分以上かかりました。近くにアストンホテル＆リゾートがあり、レストランやショップも多い賑やかなエリアのようなので、夜にGrabで出かけるのも良いかもしれません。 チェックインはスムーズで、スタッフは英語を話せたので非常に助かりました。デラックスツインの部屋は少し狭かったですが、清潔で手入れが行き届いていました。Wi-Fiも問題なく使え、Google TVも使いやすかったです。 一方で、部屋にタオルやヘアドライヤーが備え付けられておらず、フロントに電話して持ってきてもらう必要があったのは残念でした。 残念ながら、天候のせいか窓からサラック山は見えませんでした。プールは子供でいっぱいだったので、利用する気にはなれませんでした。 徒歩圏内にインドマートがあり、便利でした。ウェルカムスナックは奇妙な餅菓子で、一体何なのかよく分かりませんでした。 朝食は種類が豊富で美味しくいただきました。全体的に、次回もここに宿泊するかどうかは微妙なところです。
