This is a unique boutique hotel experience. The concept is a great one for artist lovers and those who crave something distinctive while across from the Port in Cagliari. Our room was stunningly decorated and a treat to come to. HOWEVER, it was unbearably small. I would recommend that you consider the largest room available. We had little room for our luggage and had to climb over things to get to the other side of the room. We are small statured people and it was still a struggle. The hotel is green conscious. Had great food, and the best coffee on the island. If you require dependable WiFi and internet, DO NOT STAY HERE. The connection dropped throughout our 5 day stay and on our last evening, the power went out for the entire evening, over a 12 hour period. For about 5 hours, the power came on and off, but kept kicking off. We were never provided with an explanation for it, just that our side of the building was affected and that they were looking into the situation. At 12 midnight, I demanded an explanation, and the staff person basically said that they were told the matter would be fixed by the city centre by 9PM BUT by midnight there was nothing that could be done according to the staff. By 9PM there was NO POWER to us until approximately 7AM and nothing was offered to us to make up for the situation. I asked for a refund for the evening but the working staff refused to accommodate us, they had no authority to follow through with anything. We had prepaid through our travel agent, who now tells us that we needed to deal with the hotel directly. Our time on Sardinia was a lovely dream come true, HOWEVER, this last night has left a real sour experience to our holiday.

The hotel is very well located in the old center of the city. All services are nearby, as well as good transport connections to the train station and the airport. The hotel is not suitable for people with reduced mobility because there are steep stairs. The apartments themselves are relatively spacious and functional. The downside was, at least in our room, that there was no window except for the stairwell. There was something wrong with the air conditioner in the room and it was really hot in the room. The bed was quite hard and the pillow was not bad. The fridge did not cool at all. On the other hand, the shower was really good and the bathroom spacious. The hotel didn't really have other services, but really all services are really close. However, I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cagliari.

Amazing stay at this hotel on our first visit to Sardinia! The staff were excellent, friendly and welcoming during our stay and always very happy to assist us. Rooms were cleaned to perfection, breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed a couple of relaxing bike rides along the promenade! Bus route is also excellent to the centre as taxis are few and far between. We cannot wait to return!

My wife and I stayed in a marina-view room for two nights at Hotel Aristeo. The room was stylish, clean, and had a nice view of the marina. The hotel location is great for exploring Cagliari by foot. The front desk staff were terrific and helped us a few times with dinner reservations, taxis, and excursions. Breakfasts were served in a common room. An attendant made espresso-based drinks, brought fresh orange juice, and took orders for eggs. Now, the following aren't negatives, but future visitors should be aware of a few things concerning the hotel and its surroundings. First, the hotel doesn't occupy an entire building. It seems to occupy only one or two floors of the building that it's in. Aside from the breakfast room, it didn't seem to have any other common areas, like a bar or lounge. We were fine with that. However, if you want a ”big hotel” experience, this isn't it. Second, and related, there isn't an obvious entrance with a huge sign. The entrance is around the side of the building with a few small signs, one of which says ”Aristeo.” Third, the hotel doesn't have parking on site. However, they will email you information concerning where to park just before your arrival. We parked at one of their recommended lots for two days. It wasn't expensive and seemed to be safe enough. Finally, and this is more about Italy/Europe than Aristeo, be prepared for construction anywhere in the city, including just outside your hotel. Apparently, the city was working on the road in front of Aristeo and found historical artifacts. That brought the road construction to a halt, but started archeological excavation! Fortunately, there was no street noise that we could hear in our room. In sum, we enjoyed our stay at Aristeo. Our room was nicely appointed. And it's in a great location with friendly, helpful staff. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Bellissima struttura, per la seconda volta noi non ci pentiamo di aver scelteo questo posto. Centrale, funzionale e ben servito. Unica pecca, il letto accanto alla porta non mi è piaciuto per niente, e soprattutto essendo la struttura occupata da incivili che urlavano ininterrottamente da quando entravano a quando uscivano, noi non abbiamo chiuso occhio la notte.

良い場所、静かで清潔、そしてシンプルで牧歌的な環境にうまく配置されています：美しいきれいな空気、丁寧でフレンドリーなスタッフ。

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits au Sardinia Domus, au début et à la fin de notre semaine de randonnée en Sardaigne. Très bien les deux fois. Bon à savoir : le petit déjeûner est un plateau prévu en chambre, type avion. Donc pas terrible. Pour le reste, l'accueil du samedi soir à 22h30 a été parfait. Le jeune homme qui nous a accueilli nous a proposé un parking privé à 50m de l'hôtel. Attention, rampe d'accès étroite et très pentue (un peu stressant tout de même avec une voiture de location). La 2ème nuit, nous avons mis la voiture au parking en plein de la station à 5 min à pied, mais c'était un peu plus cher.

I do recommend this accommodation Excellent Location very clean superb staff very quiet very comfortable and also I loved the shower :-) I had a lovely stay For me it was convenient because it was very close to the train station 2 minutes walking ( just one stop train ride from the airport ) and also I was using the train for my next destination Besides it’s very close to the center city You can walk to everywhere The host gave me good restaurants suggestions I would stay there again and again That’s the place to stay in Cagliari!!!

Ho soggiornato presso la struttura per tre notti e, nonostante la gentilezza dello staff, la mia esperienza è stata pessima. Possiamo infatti parlare di una vera e propria infestazione di scarafaggi all'ingresso dello stabile, per cui a ogni ora del giorno e della notte ne trovavo vivi o morti. Per due volte lo staff è intervenuto per rimuoverli, ma non è comunque ammissibile. Avrei voluto essere avvertita e avere la possibilità di scegliere se soggiornare là o no. Lo staff mi ha comunicato che è un problema comune alla città quindi mi chiedo perché non avvisare e perché le colleghe che soggiornavano nella stessa via non avessero lo stesso problema. A questo punto, almeno uno sconto sarebbe stato gradito. Lo stabile è piuttosto vecchio ma le stanze, situate al secondo piano, sono nuove e pulite, e dotate di capsule caffé, kit di cortesia, acqua e phon. La cucina comune è molto utile. Purtroppo c'è cattivo odore di umidità e la mia stanza non aveva finestre. C'era un cortiletto interno ma inutilizzabile per lo stato del tavolino e delle sedie, che non venivano puliti da un po'.

Lovely clean refurbished room. Excellent stay! In a quiet area of Alghero.

アルグロに近く、街から遠く離れた森のエリアに静かに位置しています。ホテルの建物の周りには広くて快適な庭があります。飛行機で一晩だけ残っている車に欠かせない!空港に非常に近く、荷物を持参せずに日の出から車を送るのが理想的です。大きな部屋、快適で清潔、正しいシーツ。朝起きるので朝食が食べられません。競争価格。B&Bに非常に近いとても良いレストラン。ゲストと利用可能な所有者。私は時戻ることをお勧めします。

I booked this hotel for a one night stay in a June through **********. My husband and I were flying into Alghero in the evening and leaving the next morning for other sites in Sardinia. Our flight was delayed and I emailed the hotel from the airport telling them we would be arriving rather late, around 10:30. When we arrived, there was no one there. We rang the bell and no one answered we called the number posted on the door for assistance for over 40 minutes and nobody answered the phone. We had no choice but to leave and find another place to stay - luckily we did. I phoned ********** who spoke with the hotel - they would not refund our pre-paid money for our stay. This was terrible service in my mind both from the hotel, and from **********. I have the record in my phone of the phone calls, and photos showing I was at the hotel. Still they saw fit to charge me for a room I did not use, even when I gave them as much advance notice as I could about the late arrival. I travel a lot for work and personally and have honestly never had such a terrible experience. I will not be using ********** anymore and certainly can’t recommend this establishment.
