ホテルはヘネラル・ルナの中心部から遠すぎず、近すぎず、とても静かな環境です。近くにはレストランやサーフスクールがあり、ビーチへはリゾートを経由して、または直接（遊歩道がいくつかあるので）アクセスできます。サービスは控えめで効率的です。朝食も満足のいくものでした。 部屋は清潔で設備も充実していますが、築年数が経っているのが分かります（錆びた配管など）。最近建てられたホテルなのに、少し奇妙です。ベッドは質が良く、エアコンは効きが良く、とても静かです。部屋間の連絡が取れる「ファミリールーム」がないのは残念です。 総じて、滞在するのに良い場所です。

Although there was some ongoing construction during our stay, it wasn't a major issue since we were out most of the day for our island activities, and the work had already stopped by the time we returned each afternoon. We also enjoyed dining at their restaurant. The food was delicious, and we appreciated that the chef personally came over to ask how we liked our meals. My only suggestion would be to add more menu options, as the resort is quite far from restaurants and convenience stores. Having a wider selection would be especially helpful for guests staying several days. The staff were all friendly, accommodating, and approachable. They assisted us with everything we needed before, during, and even after our stay, making us feel well taken care of. キングサイズのベッドは予約しないでください。部屋は狭かったです。エアコンは正常に作動していませんでした。Go Butuan で 2 回予約しましたが、2 回目の方が良かったです。2 回目の予約の部屋にはシングルベッドが 2 つありました。午前 5 時に火災警報で起こされましたが、どこにも緊急性はなく、スタッフからの適切な指示もありませんでした。それ以外は、私たちのニーズはすべて満たされました。

Находится в самом центре. Комната простая с удобствами( туалет душ в номере). Все просто и чисто. Если вы хотите тишины , то ее не будет. На первом этаже бар, где поют до 12:00 ночи. Но меня это не напрягало. Очень классная хозяйка Фили, радушная, с теплом ко мне относилась. Кормила, дарила маленькие презенты. Несколько раз возила меня на пляжи.

I chose this hostel based on YouTube recommendation. Location is perfect, very close to Cloud 9 and Jacking horse surf shop (where i took surfing classes). It's not very noisy area, quite secluded from nearby shops and hotels. Which is perfect. Carlos at the reception was very very helpful and friendly. I took all the recommendations on restaurants, shops, laundry places. You can also rent a bike from the hotel. Besides there is a good community, they organize pizza nights, outings together, which is super fun if u are travelling alone and want to make friends. People that stay in this hostel are mostly Europeans. I did not have issues with sleeping in a room, everyone was respectful and clean. Bed has a curtain for privacy, light, locker and quite enough space. Showers are clean and i was lucky with hot showers. Overall, very good experience and def would come back again.

帰りたくなかった！ この宿が本当に気に入りました。部屋はすごく快適で、正直言って、フィリピン旅行中一番のベッドでした。本当はもっと長く滞在したかったのですが、満室でした。それも当然ですね！ 雨の日でもバーのおかげで楽しい時間を過ごせました。スタッフも素晴らしかったです。 シアルガオに来るなら、ぜひここに泊まってください（ただし、事前に予約を！）。

リゾートは広々としていて、部屋に行くにはゴルフカートに乗る必要がありました。歩いても行けますが、部屋までの通路は荷物を置くのに理想的ではありません。私たちが予約した部屋は素晴らしく、スマートテレビがありました（ただし、ログインするには自分の認証情報が必要です）。広々として居心地が良かったです。プールはそれほど大きくはありませんが、十分でした。子供用プールはそれほど深くないので良く、ウォータースライダーはいい感じです。子供の遊び場も子供が楽しめるものでした。Wifiもすべてのエリアで強力です。滞在中の唯一の問題は、朝食ビュッフェでした。まだ午前8時頃だったにもかかわらず、ほとんどの食べ物がなくなり、補充に少し時間がかかりました。全体的に、私たちは滞在を楽しみました。近いうちにまた訪れたいと思います。
