ホテルはあらゆる観光アクティビティ、レストラン、桟橋へのアクセスに大変便利です。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで知識豊富、そしてとても親切です。朝食エリアでは、スタッフが清潔に保たれ、食べ物の補充も丁寧に対応してくれます。 コーヒーとドリンクは豊富で、どれも美味しかったです。 部屋は清潔で、アメニティも十分です。 カードを紛失した場合は、フロントデスクに報告する前に、キーカードの部屋番号を削除することをお勧めします。

スタッフはフレンドリーでとても親切でした。しかし、朝食は毎朝同じです。エアコンがうるさかったので、朝に別の部屋をリクエストしましたが拒否され、代わりにエアコンの修理を提案され、翌日交換されました。結局、2晩エアコンなしで寝ました😥また、インターネットは非常に遅く、自分のインターネットを使わなければならず、Netflixを見ることさえできません。

キングサイズのベッドは予約しないでください。部屋は狭かったです。エアコンは正常に作動していませんでした。Go Butuan で 2 回予約しましたが、2 回目の方が良かったです。2 回目の予約の部屋にはシングルベッドが 2 つありました。午前 5 時に火災警報で起こされましたが、どこにも緊急性はなく、スタッフからの適切な指示もありませんでした。それ以外は、私たちのニーズはすべて満たされました。

帰りたくなかった！ この宿が本当に気に入りました。部屋はすごく快適で、正直言って、フィリピン旅行中一番のベッドでした。本当はもっと長く滞在したかったのですが、満室でした。それも当然ですね！ 雨の日でもバーのおかげで楽しい時間を過ごせました。スタッフも素晴らしかったです。 シアルガオに来るなら、ぜひここに泊まってください（ただし、事前に予約を！）。

I chose this hostel based on YouTube recommendation. Location is perfect, very close to Cloud 9 and Jacking horse surf shop (where i took surfing classes). It's not very noisy area, quite secluded from nearby shops and hotels. Which is perfect. Carlos at the reception was very very helpful and friendly. I took all the recommendations on restaurants, shops, laundry places. You can also rent a bike from the hotel. Besides there is a good community, they organize pizza nights, outings together, which is super fun if u are travelling alone and want to make friends. People that stay in this hostel are mostly Europeans. I did not have issues with sleeping in a room, everyone was respectful and clean. Bed has a curtain for privacy, light, locker and quite enough space. Showers are clean and i was lucky with hot showers. Overall, very good experience and def would come back again.

The location is very accessible to the very need of a guest because it's in the city center. The room is clean with a comfortable bed and linens. Me and my friends like the shower because it has hot and cold shower. The staff is very accommodating. 👍

it is accessible to SM Butuan with a few minutes walk but they might have to train staff for customer service experience.

The most I love with Flo is the Clean Bathroom, I've been to a lot of a hotels 4-5 stars but only jere in Floe where I didn't hesitate to use the bathroom barefoot. I wasn't able to took a picture of it. Also, the aircon on the other room can use some upgrades. The wifi Connection is way to slow, I needed to go to a resto or coffee shop so I can work. But overall it's worth the price.
