I and my husband had to stay there for some business. The room was clean and fully equipped. What I loved the most was the heated pool—it was amazing. The price was impressive. I will definitely go back again.
Disappointed. I hold Hilton to a higher standard than Holiday Inn or Motel 6.
We had low shower water pressure and let the front desk know. They indicated that there was a water problem that was repaired and all should be well the next day. It wasn't.
The in room coffee maker did not work.
Won't stay there again. May try the Holiday Inn instead.
Glisteningly new and clean. The bright and modern scheme match the ladies at the front desk! I wish more places could model this approach. My brother and I were on the tail end of a touch business trip. This brightened our journey. We will return. I subtracted 1 star because of the loud families on either side of me - past 11. Little kids on the warpath.

ゲゲストThe checkin was frustrating, we had to wait in line and couldn’t check in because I couldn’t find my license which was no fault of theirs however once we found it we got back in line to check in and was told that the room was not ready so we walk out of line and received a text that the room was ready so we had to go and wait in line agaiin. We requested ground floor close to elevator because of issues. We realize that requests are not guaranteed but 4th floor way down the hall? This was our third stay with no previous issues We will not return to this hotel.
ゲゲストTo begin with the front desk clerks were great and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was closed & it was June 1st, so that was a bummer. They advertise a gourmet breakfast, to my surprise --- it wasn't even close, no cream for the coffee, one of the juice drinks were out , no yogurt, then to top it all off ----
The waffle machine was disgusting!!! Dirty, & when I asked about the lady making a waffle ahead of me about her waffle sticking to the waffle maker,the host said ” well, it's because all of the non stick coating on the waffle maker is worn off” & the hotel was supposed to be getting a new one!!! When I wiped it with a napkin - black stuff appeared on it... So needless to say NO Waffle for me Today!! The waffle maker shouldn't have even been in use! Wow. And the temperature of the sausage Links were cold to the touch!!

ゲゲストBy far the staff at this hotel was so much more helpful and welcoming than any hotel I have ever previously stayed in. Good night staff was so friendly and willing to help answer questions. Good morning staff and breakfast stuff we're constantly checking on customers and making sure everyone had what they needed and were taken care of. Our room on the third floor was huge, spacious, included two giant Riverview windows, and was cleaner than any hotel I've stayed in previously. Lastly, I have to mention that the breakfast buffet was more delicious and larger than any breakfast buffet of other hotels. We stayed for one night, myself, my boyfriend, and my 6-year-old son. Not a single complaint and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the downtown Evansville area!!
ゲゲストWe arrived an hour early for check in but the lady at the counter pointed at sign that they are still cleaning the room. I understand but the parking lot was empty, and surely there was at least one ready. However I understand its a rule for a reason. She seemed troubled that we were there wanting to try to get unpacked early. If it was exceedingly clean I may not write a review. However there was a used coffee pod still in coffee maker, and the bathroom coulda used some additional cleaning. Toilet had stains and tubs corners were dirty from buildup.
ゲゲストI ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY ARE TELLING ME TRIP.COM NEEDS TO REACH OUT TO THEM DIRECTLY. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS. THE ROOM WAS NEXT TO THE ELEVATOR AND THE MECHANICAL ROOM. IT WAS SO NOISY WE DIDNT GET MUCH SLEEP. THE SHOWER HANDLE WAS BACKWARDS AND WHEN A PERSON CAME TO EXPLAIN THAT, WE ASKED ABOUT THE NOISE. HE SAID PEOPLE IN 108 (our room),208 & 308 ALWAYS COMPLAIN. THERE ARE 60 ROOMS AND 10 CARS IN THE PARKING LOT. IT WAS TOTALLY UNNECESSARY TO BE IN THAT ROOM.
