ホテルは空港から少し離れていますが、幸いシャトルバスサービスがあります。受付係はとても親切で、私たちの質問すべてに答えてくれました。ただ、複数のホテルが1台のシャトルバスを共有しているため、空港からホテルまでの送迎に時間がかかり、到着まで約1時間かかりました。時間に余裕があるなら、このホテルを検討してみるのも良いでしょう。

4泊させていただきましたが、環境もとても良く、泊まりに来ていた上司や友達もとても話しやすかったです。以下に利点と欠点をまとめます。
メリット: 1. 当店は別荘地に隣接する民家で、喧騒の中に静かな環境で、車の音も気にならず、周辺施設も充実しております。 2. 海南大学南門まで徒歩10分以内、アーケードを自転車で10分以内、雲東図書館までは少し遠いですが、タクシーで15分程度です。西秀ビーチ行きのバスで40分ほどかかります。 3. 隣に野菜市場があり、そこで自炊ができます。みんなでお金を出し合って夕食用の野菜を買いました。最近食べている魚介類は本当に満足です。
デメリット: 1. 遮音性があまり良くないので、部屋間の話し声は聞こえませんが、人の歩く音はかなり聞こえます。まずは横にあり音が一番静かな209号室がおすすめです。
2. 調理器具や箸の衛生状態は非常に平均的で、将来的には使い捨てのカップを使用します。改善されることを願っています。

部屋はとても清潔で、衛生状態も良く、サービスは特に良かったです。ホテルに遅れて到着したので、衣類を一着洗濯しました。夜勤の人は夜中に洗濯を手伝い、朝早くに撤去しました。サービスはとてもよかったです。フロントのXiaochenさんは責任感があり、熱心です。荷物の運搬も手伝ってくれて、サービス精神も旺盛です。全体的にとても満足しています。空港送迎サービスも非常に充実しており、非常に良かったです。次回は海南に来るのを楽しみにしています〜

Staff are all really friendly and enthusiastic. The facilities are quite new and well maintained. The hotel is near the fast train station, 20 minutes by walking or a cheap short ride if you bring heavy luggage. There is a convenient washing machine free of change. Staying here was a nice idea to use the Spring Festival to explore the North of the island avoiding the masses and firework noise in the South these days. I stayed longer than I had planned, and I hope to come again next time

新しくオープンしたホテルで、部屋は広く、家全体がスマートで、新しい部屋と物資はきれいに装飾され、衣類を乾かすためのバルコニーがあり、ホテルにはセルフサービスのランドリールームがあり、ドアに無料駐車場があり、十分な駐車スペースがあり、ビュッフェ式朝食は健康的で清潔でおいしいです。スタッフは温かく丁寧で、サービスも良く、滞在する価値があります。

このホテルは便利な場所にあり、数多くのレストランにも近いので、一泊の滞在に最適です。ホテルの空港シャトルは近隣のホテル数軒まで運行しており、このホテルは送迎の際の最初の降車地点と、降車時の最初の降車地点となっています。フロントデスクからは朝に何度も電話をいただき、シャトルのスケジュールを確認できました。本当にお得です。

Very near to the airport with free shuttle that comes every 30 minutes. Room is clean and there are eating places 5 minutes walk away. Great hotel for transit or short stay.

Kamei Hotel is best described as an apartment‑style complex rather than a traditional resort, and that shapes the entire experience. If you’re looking for a comfortable, budget‑friendly stay close to Atlantis without paying Atlantis prices, this is a practical choice—just come with the right expectations.
🏨 Apartment‑Style Setup
Rooms feel more like serviced apartments, which is great if you enjoy extra space and a home‑like layout. But unless you book one of the villas, expect a decent walk to reach the beach area.
🍽️ Breakfast: Simple and Local
The buffet breakfast is designed mainly for local guests. You’ll receive paper coupons to enter, which adds a slightly old‑school touch. The food is straightforward—not a luxury spread, but enough to start the day.
🛗 Elevators: Bring Your Patience
One of the biggest quirks is the elevator wait time. It can take 6 to 15 minutes just to go up or down, especially during peak hours. It’s manageable, but definitely something to factor into your schedule.

📍 Location: Great for Atlantis, Not for Ocean Activities
Kamei’s biggest advantage is its proximity to Atlantis. If you want to enjoy the water park, aquarium, restaurants, or just the general vibe, this hotel is perfectly placed.
However, we were not aware that the activities we wanted—like swimming in the ocean or taking a short, affordable yacht trip—were much farther away. You cannot swim in the ocean anywhere near Kamei or Atlantis due to safety restrictions.
🌊 Plan Your Activities Wisely
If ocean time is important to you, plan ahead:
• Head to Wuzhizhou Island for diving and proper beach activities
• Look for yacht trips or water sports in other parts of Sanya
• Enjoy the hotel pools and walking areas nearby instead of expecting a beach experience
📝 Final Thoughts
Kamei Hotel is a solid, practical base for travelers who want comfort and convenience near Atlantis without the premium price tag. It has quirks—slow elevators, distant ocean activities, and a maze‑like parking garage—but with the right expectations, it offers good value and a relaxed atmosphere.

HHweiling OwThe place was hard to find. There are tonnes of shop lots at the bottom of one entrance, and the other entrance had a large open area with stairs that goes up. The security guard I asked did not recognise the name, and there is no obvious signs that I could pick up. (I cannot read mandarin). I dont think there was any other way aside from contacting the person via the app. Even if you found the entrance, there is no obvious reception area.
We had to ring the contact person on the Trip.com app, and I had family who could speak mandarin to help guide the rest of the process. He is helpful and quick to respond. He brought us through a metal door, to a dark alleyway with lifts inside. If we weren't in a group of seven, I would have worried about my organs at this point.
There was a bit of a juggle with my cousins and my side of the family. So I ended up staying in the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT. The layout of the three bedroom apartment (located on the 18th floor) that we ended up in is similar to the two bedroom apartment with the lounge carved up to create a new bedroom. apartment is quick to respond. The two bedroom apartment (located on the 25th floor) felt bigger and cleaner, and had better views.
From here onwards, it is the review for the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT: We ran out of toilet paper and had air-conditioning issues. The contact person is quick to respond and solve our issues. The beds are hard for my body that is use to a softer version. There is no daily cleaning services that suits us. They supply toothbrushes, shower caps, body and shampoo wash in the bathroom, and disposable towels. The towels can be reused during the time you are there, but they are meant to be thrown away so they dont have the responsibility to rewash the towels. We didn't use the swimming pool on the third floor as we were too busy. It is RMB4 per use. They also supply a singular giant bottle of water. I think it was 5 litres. The air conditioning units in all three rooms work. Our view is a live view of how Sanya people live in Sanya, families in another building, the locals sitting on their balcony on a hot day.
You get a couple of tags to tag into the building, out of the building, into the lift, and into the bedroom. There is also a code you can type in to get access into the building. When we left, the contact person helped us with getting a taxi to the hotel. It went through his account and we paid him cash rounding up to the closest amount. He did not want any more for helping us. He was extremely helpful.
This is one of the cheaper choices in Sanya - and my rating is for the price and location.

匿匿名ユーザーI have mixed feelings about this place. The best part is the location. You are on a main road with many shops, restaurants and bus stops as well as the beach. I also liked the pool despite it being a little too shallow. The view from my balcony was also great.
One problem was cleanliness. Never walk around the room barefoot cause your feet will get dirty. It also looked like the crockery and kitchen utensils were not cleaned before I arrived. As you can see some of the utensils were dusty!
Hot water was another issue. Obviously you need hot water to properly wash your hands and dirty dishes. However I only had hot water in the shower, not in the kitchen nor bathroom sink.
This leads to my next issue which is service. I told the staff about the lack of hot water on the Friday and they said they would fix it at some point during the day while I am out with my friend. I come back at roughly 9pm to find out there is still no hot water. On Saturday morning I remind them to fix it before I go out again, hoping when I return I will have hot water. While I'm at the beach I miss a call from them. Turns out instead of fixing the issue, they want to move me to another room with hot water. When I return from the beach I saw the message and told them I am ready to move to the new room. But they replied saying I was too late and they gave the room to someone else. (If I did take that room, does that mean the other guest would have my room and have to suffer with cold water instead of me?) Instead of taking responsibility for not providing hot water or trying to fix it, the staff tried to blame me and said I can't get hot water cause I was too busy to answer their calls. When I pushed back on that comment their next excuse was that a lack of hot water is a common problem in Hainan? But then they said they would check if there was a free room with hot water the next day (Sunday). However, they never contacted me about that again so I just gave up trying. If they couldn't fix the problem, they could have at least offered me compensation but they didn't. This experience made me feel dismissed and unimportant as a paying guest.
To sum up, I wouldn't stay here again based on my experience. If they were to give me a room with hot water in the shower AND in both sinks, that's great. However, I would still have to deal with dirty floors and cookware + tableware. It's definitely not the worst place I've stayed in but regardless it didn't meet my standards so I still wouldn't stay here if I return to Sanya. Disappointing.

服務：在攜程預訂好民宿之後，工作人員便第一時間與我取得聯繫，發送了詳細的地址，根據導航，直達門店！Check in全程絲滑，車直接停在地下車庫，然後管家帶我們上樓。車庫乘坐電梯，直達房間樓層，超級方便。管家很熱情，響應也很及時，能夠在第一時間處理我們的需求，不僅專業，而且周到，能站在客人的角度去思考和解決問題。
環境：整棟公寓高大巍峨，白天遠看像一座豪華遊輪，到了晚上燈火輝煌，十分好看！房間裏物品擺放整齊，提供了電磁爐、蒸鍋、刀具、碗筷等日用品，冰箱、洗衣機、電吹風也是一應俱全！更為用心的是，衣櫥裏擺放了應急用消防呼吸面具，門口也擺放着滅火器和雨傘，這是在其他民宿很少見的！陽台很寬敞，已經配備了晾衣架，洗衣曬衣一氣呵成。站在陽台遠看，山水風光無敵！
交通：民宿位於保利海棠灣，距離林旺夜市僅需一公里左右，騎車五分鐘便可抵達。從這裏出發，無論是去免税城，還是去三亞市區，以及去後海村、皇后灣沖浪，都很方便。如果想要購物，可以去cdf三亞國際免税城，如果想要吃飯，夜市是選擇之一，另外就是海昌夢幻不夜城！
總之，推薦大家放心入住！

ゲゲストфото соответствует действительности. по хорошему - квартира требует косметический ремонт. кровать большая, удобный жесткий матрас, не продавленный. диван по возможности заменить. хозяин по просьбе предоставил необходимую посуду - кастрюлю и блендер. даже когда отключили газопровод (ввиду замены трубопровода), предоставил электрическую печку. также как-то не было напора воды, хозяин прислал работника, тот проверил, что села батарейка для счетчика воды, заменили батарейку и вуаля. главное - не стесняться и говорить обо всем хозяину. решает все очень быстро. по просьбе предоставили электрический мопед за адекватную цену, что очень удобно посетить ближайшую округу и местные деревеньки. расположение до моря - 1 километр. совсем рядом остановка автобуса. две едальни - рядом, одна поближе, рядом с озером, вокруг которого хорошо совершать вечерний променад, вторая немного подальше, не доходя до моря. территория жилого комплекса ухоженная, удобная, есть бассейн. понравилось сама территория по сравнению с другими, рядом расположенными жилыми комплексами (осмотр уже на месте). в целом - рекомендую.

当初は2日間滞在して帰る予定でしたが、ここの雰囲気に感銘を受けてクイーンサイズのベッドに泊まり、その後ユースホステルに泊まりました。 どの部屋タイプも快適でした。
部屋は清潔で整頓されており、ベッドシーツは太陽のような香りがします。大きな畳のベッドはまさにココナッツの木々が風に揺れる音を聞きながらとても癒されます。鉄フレームではなく無垢材を使用しており、マットレスや枕はすべてラテックス製で、トイレに使用されている紙製品も上質なものを使用しています。公衆トイレとシャワーは広くて明るく、まったく憂鬱ではありません。日中はリビングルームで涼しい空気を楽しみながらみんなとおしゃべりでき、夜は庭でのんびり過ごすのが理想的な生活です。

PPaul. SHotel has 6 floors with 1 lift. Average size room. Big windows, Queen bed with 2 pillows, 2 bedside tables. 1 round table with chair. Std amenities with paper cups. Laundry has 1 washer and 1 dryer. Separate bath/toilet, bath, face towels. Floor towel mat. Small area but OK. Water flow out and wet toilet area although separated. No rain shower. Big slippers. Adequate hangers and hooks. Power sockets not well placed. Good location opposite People's Park. Buses to everywhere including railway station and airport. Plenty of food stalls, restaurants, convenience stores, shopping malls nearby. Very popular hotel. Breakfast simple but good.

匿匿名ユーザーWe visited the homestay and it felt really homely.
However, there are some shortcomings which i personally don’t feel very pleasant about.
We reached there earlier than the supposedly check-in time as the flight was a redeye flight, we were told to wait. During waiting, we were told to fill up the visitor form but some of our phones can’t do the submission due to unreceived OTP.
Also, this is a residential apartment so Taobao items are not kept at front desk. It’s delivered to nearby pickup point which can be across the street or at the edge of the area.
Before entering the residential building, security guard will request for your details, once again. And every time you enter you have to get access from security. This is something that is very tedious, especially when the security swapped shift.
The house, although homely, was very humid and stale. There was supposedly an aircon in the living room but was removed. Visiting in summer was a torment. Unit is electrical saving in the sense that you have to activate the button behind the main door everytime you open and close the door. If you dont, it will deactivate the electrical supply.
With that said, you have to return to a extremely hot and humid unit every single day.
Kitchen was dirty, unkept. Toilets have foul smell of drainage, sewer flies were observed as well. Common toilet right beside the main door appeared to be translucent, which got the user getting paranoid over the silhouette when showering, especially in the night.
Housekeeping wasnt done for our 3 nights stay.
We came back to untidy room and was told that cleaner had knocked off despite uncompleted jobs.
When asked for essentials like toilet rolls and mineral water, it was the cleaner aunty who delivered, while taking her time and nagging at our request for delivery.
We paid for extension because our return flight was late, but cleaner aunty came in even before our agreed time. Just so that she can knock off on time after cleaning the unit.
