Good view of city, nearby metro and many affordable food places! A lot of space in room, nice ammenities like washing machine, really nice stay in Hohot

The service is okay for the price, but its location is very convenient as it’s located near the city centre and near the subway entrance.

ホテルの正面玄関が工事中でした。ホテルに入るには裏口まで回らなければなりませんでした。停電があり、階段で最上階に上がらなければなりませんでしたが、電気錠のせいで部屋に入ることができませんでした。

The hotel is really close to the Genghis Khan Square and is a close drive to the Hailar Dongshan Airport as well. Overall the room was simple but satisfactory and clean. Breakfast options consisted of simple Chinese dishes that you'd expect from offerings in any small hotel. The only complaints that I had was that the TV didn't seem to work, the bathroom door couldn't fully close as the ledge prevents it from closing all the way, and all towels are one-time use disposable towels.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hotel was cozy, clean, and equipped with modern smart amenities. The location was convenient, situated near the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia. The staff were friendly and helpful, although communication in English was limited. One inconvenience was that the power plugs were not compatible with round-pin sockets.

The receptionist lady at the hotel was very friendly, kind, and welcoming. The hotel is located in a very convenient area in the city center, which was a great advantage. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom was not satisfactory. The hotel did not provide enough bottled drinking water according to the number of guests staying in the room. I believe it is important to provide clean bottled water based on the number of guests and beds in the room. This does not cost much for the hotel, but for tired travelers who have been on a long journey, it is a small but valuable comfort. There were also no porcelain cups available for drinking tea in the room. In addition, some foreign guests were talking loudly, coming in and out of the hotel, and making a lot of noise until around 2 a.m. This made our stay uncomfortable and disturbed our rest. We had traveled a long distance and were extremely tired, so we decided to overlook these issues and requested to extend our stay for one more night at the same hotel to get some rest. However, the hotel increased the room price, which was disappointing. Furthermore, although the agreed check-out time was 2:00 p.m., we were asked to leave after 12:30 p.m. As a result, we could not finish our lunch and had to check out at around 1:30 p.m. We hope the hotel can pay more attention to respecting the agreed check-out time and providing better service for guests in the future. I sincerely hope the hotel management will pay more attention to these issues and work on improving the quality of service for future guests. Wishing your hotel continued success.

駅から近いにも関わらず、とても広く清潔でした。この価格でお水までついていたり、チェックイン後も荷物を預かっていただいたり、非常に助かりました。ありがとうございました。

Excellent service, clean apartment and near to Hohhot Grand Mosque and halal food street
