Great location—only about a 5–7 minute drive to the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk and main strip. The price was affordable, the room was spacious, and most importantly, it was clean. The only downside was that the room felt a little dated and oddly designed. There was a closet area built into the wall with no hanging rod, while a separate armoire took up space in the room, which seemed unnecessary. The couch also looked dirty, so we covered it with an extra blanket before sitting on it. Overall, it was a good stay for the price and location, but the room could definitely use some updating to make it feel more modern and inviting.
The staff were super accommodating. Manager got us Top Floor suite after I was unsuccessful with that through *******. All of the hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was perfect for us. Parking was great. Location is near anything you’d need. Free HBO and place did not smell of smoke.
Probably about ready for new mattresses, at least in suite we were in and lavatory is kind of low. Perfect height if you’re 5’ tall though.
I was very impressed with the staffand cleanliness of the motel. I enjoyed that there was both soft and firm pillows and even more so that the pillow cases were marked as such. One couple in our group had room 218 and the shower head was spraying water on the ceiling and the paint was peeling off because of it. All else was great. Ralph meant to mention it when he checked out and forgot. Folks, it's a great place to stay.
Everything was good. Breakfast was very good. The door to the room was way too heavy to open. We were able to open it but if a guest was a senior or handicapped, they may not be able to get in or out of the room. For two people staying 2 or more nights there should be 2 shampoo and conditioners. Make-up remover isn't really necessary since most women travel with this type of toiletries.
