Calmando is a luxurious waterfront villa nestled between two palm fringed sandy beaches. Located in the quiet area of Crown Point (Spring), it is in walking distance to the beach and a restaurant. It is a short drive to Port Elizabeth where you can enjoy a selection of restaurants, cafes and boutiques. With over 2200 sq. ft. of living space Calmando is perfect for relaxing and enjoying island life. Upon entering the villa, you will notice there are eastern views from every room. Calmando has two well sized bedrooms each with a queen bed, en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The full open kitchen offers you Corian counters, a raised breakfast bar and stainless-steel appliances (fridge, convection oven, over the range microwave, gas conventional cooktop). The eastern facing living room is bordered by large glass doors that fill the space with natural light.
