Villa Blanca is a newly built 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom luxury villa located in the gated, private community of Porters Place, St. James. The villa is architecturally designed to facilitate a seamless flow between the indoors and outdoors. Villa Blanca’s design is modern, with exquisite furnishings with splashes of color that represent the island. The private courtyard is 1000 sq ft / 92.9 m, it features a 20 ft / 6m pool, pool loungers, reclining chairs with ottomans, outdoor couch, outdoor dining room set that seat eight and an outdoor bar area.
