But unless you book one of the villas, expect a decent walk to reach the beach area. 🍽️ Breakfast: Simple and Local The buffet breakfast is designed mainly for local guests. You’ll receive paper coupons to enter, which adds a slightly old‑school touch. The food is straightforward—not a luxury spread, but enough to start the day. 🛗 Elevators: Bring Your Patience One of the biggest quirks is the elevator wait time. It can take 6 to 15 minutes just to go up or down, especially during peak hours. It’s manageable, but definitely something to factor into your schedule. 🎟️ Thoughtful Staff Moments A lovely surprise: the staff helped us collect expired tickets from various attractions so we could add them to our scrapbook. You cannot swim in the ocean anywhere near Kamei or Atlantis due to safety restrictions. 🌊 Plan Your Activities Wisely If ocean time is important to you, plan ahead: • Head to Wuzhizhou Island for diving and proper beach activities • Look for yacht trips or water sports in other parts of Sanya • Enjoy the hotel pools and walking areas nearby instead of expecting a beach experience 📝 Final Thoughts Kamei Hotel is a solid, practical base for travelers who want comfort and convenience near Atlantis without the premium price tag. It has quirks—slow elevators, distant ocean activities, and a maze‑like parking garage—but with the right expectations, it offers good value and a relaxed atmosphere.

Our family of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) from Singapore recently stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate the New Year. As our first trip to China, we were blown away by the beauty of Sanya and the hospitality of this villa. Exceptional Service & Elderly Friendly The service was immaculate from start to finish. The complimentary railway station transfer was a lifesaver. The manager, who was also our driver, was incredibly punctual and went above and beyond to assist with our heavy luggage and my grandfather’s wheelchair. A special mention to our young housekeeper; despite the language barrier, his warmth and professionalism made our check-in effortless. The villa is perfect for multi-generational families—the ground-floor bedroom was ideal for my grandfather’s accessibility. Fun for the Whole Family The basement was the highlight of our stay. Our children spent hours learning pool, while the arcade machine in the bedroom brought back great memories for the adults. Outside, the back gate leads directly to the beach. We were right next to the Crowne Plaza, where they have buckets and shovels prepared for kids to share and a kiosk selling a great variety of popsicles to enjoy by the sea. Location & Travel Tips Haitang Bay is stunning. It features the world’s largest duty-free mall and arguably the best beaches on the island. For Muslim Travelers: Halal food is more concentrated in Sanya Bay and Yalong Bay, so plan your meals accordingly if staying in Haitang Bay. Guest Discounts: Be sure to ask the staff about yacht charters! We enjoyed a great discount on a private boat trip just by staying here. Weather: For those coming from Southeast Asia, the weather here is perfect in late December—dry, sunny, and very comfortable. Helpful Notes for Future Guests Room Layout: The top-floor bedroom has a unique open-bathroom design and no wardrobe. It’s a stylish arrangement, but good to know for privacy planning. Skin Sensitivity: A few of our family members have very sensitive skin (like eczema) and reacted to the swimming pool water. This is just a note for those with similar skin types, and perhaps something the villa can look into for the future. The Beach: The waves can be quite strong and the wind can be high, so do check the tides before heading out. Conclusion Watching the 1.1 New Year fireworks and drone displays away from the usual crowds was worth every cent. Sanya is a clean, safe, friendly, and beautiful city. This villa is a hidden gem that we would recommend to anyone. We could actually see ourselves living here!

これは巨大なプールのある巨大なヴィラで、部屋は広く、アメニティは宣伝されているものです。唯一の失望は、摩耗が非常に明白であることです。このヴィラが素晴らしいかもしれないのは残念です。部屋はきちんとしていて清潔ですが、ワードローブの中にはカビと欠けている衣類レールがありました。また、外のスペースの掃除は素晴らしかったです。 地下室にはゴミだらけの部屋もあり、別荘は有料の宿泊客が宿泊するスペースではなく、ダンピングスペースとして使われたような気分になりました。 しかし、スタッフは素晴らしかったです!すぐに問題を解決できるので、とても親切で幸せです。すべてのスタッフに感謝します、あなたは素敵でした! 私たちは小さな家族に過ぎず、プールと素敵なスタッフのためにまた来るので、私たちはこのヴィラでの時間を本当に気に入りました。

ウェルカムドリンクでマンゴージュースをいただきました。氷は頼めば入れてくれます。 全体的にゆったりとした設計で他の宿泊者とあまり会わず、ゆったりとした時間が流れてリラックスして過ごせました。 シャワールーム、バスタブが広め。 ベッドはツインかダブルか選べて、ダブルと言ってもキングサイズはあるとでは？と思うほど大きくてぐっすり眠れました。 ソファが部屋の広さの割に少しこぢんまりな印象でしたがベッドを一台にしてもらったためそのせいかも。 朝ごはんの種類が豊富で空間も広いので混雑なく楽しめました。パンがおいしかったのが嬉しい。 夕食はホテルでBBQセットをオーダー。何度か催促し時間より1時間ほど遅れて到着しました。バレンタインデーで混み合っていたとのことですが…. ボリュームがすごく、シーザーサラダ、伊勢海老ととうもろこしが美味しかったです。 ペットボトルのお水は頼めばフリーで追加できます。 オーシャンビューではないですが、泊まって良かったです。

Lots of tropical plants nearby, feeling like living in tranquility gardens. Good place for people who love to live in an environmental friendly place.

無敵のシービュールームに宿泊しましたが、海の景色がとても綺麗です！ホテルの環境はとても良く、小さなヴィラと大きなプールが備わっています。サービスもとてもよかったです。部屋まではウェイターが荷物を運んでくれました（エレベーターのない 3 階建てのヴィラです）。ホテルを出るとき、ティファニーのシルバーのネックレスを置き忘れてしまいました。後でホテルに電話したところ、ウェイターがベッドサイドテーブルの隙間から見つけてくれて、SF Expressで自宅まで届けてくれました。落し物拾い、ありがとうございました！唯一の欠点はベッドルームが狭すぎることですが、バスルームはかなり広いです。

場所は素晴らしく、旅行に便利で、部屋は清潔で無臭で、寝具は快適でよく眠れ、サービスは熱心で、価格はいっぱいです、次回来てください! 環境は静かで騒しくなく、衛生的な詳細が整っており、フロントデスクは迅速に対応し、経験は完璧です～ ホテルの環境は静かで、防音は良く、安心して休むことができ、衛生状態は標準に達し、心配はありません。フロントデスクは効率的で、サポート施設は完璧です。出張でここに滞在するのはとても心配がありません～

別墅位置不錯，去海邊走路就可以，去市中心開車10多分鐘就到了，可以自己買菜做飯，廚房免費使用 餐具齊全。看到了一個差評很擔心，過來後發現還是很不錯的，適合一家人或者團建的朋友，空間大，桌球麻將機都有，院子裏有私人泳池不對外的。我們在別墅裏做做飯吃點喝點很隨便。房間裏有什麼需要找管家隨叫隨到。整體來説不錯的一次旅行。但是如果有的朋友想要那種酒店專業保潔清潔過的衞生和環境就不要選擇這種民宿別墅，別墅還是有一些死角，比如沒人去的露台，比如做飯後要自己清潔廚房等，就是像家一樣的感覺，隨意些私密些。和酒店是沒有可比性的。有時候看差評也是要有自己的分析哦～以上就是我住這幾天的真實感受和一些小建議。
