Access to the property requires using the August Home mobile application. There is no physical key access.2. Health and safety remains my top priority! A professional, thorough cleaning and sanitizing process is conducted between guests. Everything from the refrigerator to the remote controls and light switches are cleaned and sanitized. Due to this lengthy cleaning process, late check-outs or early check-ins are extremely difficult to accommodate.3. Please remember that you're staying in a private residence in an upscale residential neighborhood with families and kids, not a hotel. Please treat my home with the same respect you would your home. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP.4. The entire city of Alexandria is a pet-friendly community and you may run into other neighbors’ pets during your stay while strolling about the neighborhood.5. This is a 3 level home so one must climb stairs to the reach the lower and upper bedroom areas.6. Absolutely no parties or events. This property is equipped with a noise sensor (NoiseAware). The luxurious, French-styled Carriage House is a 3-bedroom villa at the historic Church Point Manor (built in 1860). With a first-floor, King-bed room and two upstairs, queen-bed rooms, the Carriage House can comfortably host up to 6 guests. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, it’s own thermostat and central A/C and heating unit, and a fully-stocked coffee bar. The front door opens to an intimate and cozy foyer and dining area and continues into an expansive living room with a 50" TV and a wood burning fireplace. Three arched carriage doors open to the outside, allowing guests to enjoy an indoor-outdoor space from the foyer or living room. Enjoy a match of tennis or pickle ball on our secluded tennis court, or play a round of bocce ball on our charming grounds (equipment included).
