プラヤ・デル・カルメンのアパートメントホテル

女性は一人で旅行し、良い場所を見つけてそれを見つけます!!!部屋は白くて清潔できれいでした。居間と寝室の間、そしてベッドとクローゼットの間に引き戸がある方が良かったです。カップルや2人の友人が部屋を共有するときに快適に旅行できるように、独立したゲスト用トイレがありました。シャンプーやボディウォッシュの香りも贅沢なハーブでした。キッチンには調理器具、洗濯機、乾燥機、食器洗い機が完備されています。私はすべての洗剤を購入する必要があります!!!ジャグジーは戸外でさらに良く、私は一人で旅行していたのでビーチに行くのはとても気が進まなかった。朝食は建物内のカフェで食べましたが、量は少なかったのですが、サービスは清潔で、働く人も良かったです。アイロン台がないのは不快でした!!!私は最初に1日予約し、それが好きで、もう1日延長しました。他の場所に比べて少し高額でしたが、また使いたいです！

I lost my iPhone on the first day, leaving it behind on the transport van that brought us from the Cancun airport to the hotel. Daniel et al at the Concierge desk persisted late that first evening and tracked down the driver that had my iPhone. I got it back the next morning and was able to jumpstart into vacation mode! The location of the place was excellent, with beach access and very close to the lively fifth avenue. Had breakfast once, it was very good. I would not hesitate to stay there again. We had two bedrooms, a big fridge and microwave in a pretty well stocked kitchen. The internet worked reasonably well too. Everyone who worked there was friendly in their interactions. The place is quite appealing and on the beach, but better access for beach swimming are short distances to the north and to the south.

これは素晴らしい小さなホテルです。部屋はとてもきれいで、2つの椅子と小さなテーブルがあるバルコニーから素晴らしい海の景色を眺めることができました。タオルと寝具は清潔で魅力的でした。小さいながらもかなりのプールがありました。スタッフはフレンドリーでした。エアコンはうまく機能しました。ミニ冷蔵庫はプラグが切れていて、使ったことがありません。場所は素晴らしいです。あなたは通りのカートから一日中新鮮な果物を買うことができるParque de los Fundadoresに直行します。角にアイスクリーム/コーヒーショップがあります。ビーチ、レストラン、ショッピング、タクシー乗り場、ADO駅からすぐです。私はビーチを 2 ブロック歩いて、INTI ビーチ クラブで $ 50 で素晴らしいマッサージを受けました。Casa Melissaのフロントデスクは真夜中に閉まるので、その後チェックインできません。また、プロパティには午後11時に閉まり、セキュリティでのみ開くゲートがあります。私は11時過ぎに外出したことがないので、それが簡単かどうかはわかりません。それがあなたにとって重要な場合、Wi-Fiはロビーのみにあります-客室ではありません。一人旅としてとても安全だと感じ、去るのは悲しかったです!

Stayed for 28 nights and hotel was wonderful. Right in the heart of everything. Very convenient location. Hotel manager Norma made us feel welcome and comfortable. Always had a smile on her face and answered all our questions. All staff was great. Never had any issues which gave us piece of mind. Will stay there again . Thank you Norma.

Absolutely shocking, do not stay here! The experience from start to finish WILL be a bad one. Avoid like the plague. Let’s start at the beginning…. There were two people in front of me checking in when we arrived, it took the two staff just over 30 minutes to book these customers in. The staff (Raul and Cecilia) appeared to struggle to use the IT system and could not manage to work the card machine either. They held me at the desk 20 minutes before giving up and requesting I came back later to pay….. this was no speedy process either. They also ran a seemingly archaic paper system alongside the IT setup, just to slow things down a little further. There were no towels in the room, we rang reception and asked for some - only to be told that they had ran out. We had to ***** one of the beds and use the bed sheets to dry ourselves after washing. Very late on that night we managed to get hold of a couple of towels and when we got up in the morning to shower there was no water. Now I travel plenty and understand that there can be issues with water feeds, this is exactly what the staff blamed it on. Well, until I went to the restaurant opposite and found out that they actually had water. The breakfast was appalling. I wouldn’t feed it to a pig, in fact I’m not sure that a pig would eat it. Plenty of shell in the scrambled egg though, if that’s your thing……? A small tanker came and left, the hotel then had water. I’m not sure how long it will last, only time will tell. (Edit - it ran out again the same evening). I was lucky enough to rinse the soap from my burning skin, I have attached a picture- you can see the water is selected at full flow and also the minimal volume of water coming out of the shower head. The staff appeared to be anything but bothered about all of the issues and unfortunately couldn’t care less about putting things right. On the plus side the location is ok(ish) and the room was clean…. This clean room could be fully enjoyed upon managing to open the door. The key card system seems to have a bit of an issue. You can get the lift moving after swiping your card a small number of times, getting into our room though was a different story and always took around 20 to 30 swipes. I forgot to mention the pool, sat in the shade and very dirty. Nothing like the pictures we saw. This is not a review from a disgruntled customer, I am not that person. 2 nights of shocking accomodation will not spoil my fairly lengthy trip. I would stay here again, if it were $20 a night. £320 for two nights in this place - absolute robbery! There are some outstanding Air b n b’s around here for far less dollar and in a totally different league to this hole also, do yourself a favour and book one of those instead.
