Very good hotel located in a nice area in Dalian, Even though the staff did not speak English, they took really good care of us. Great experience overall !

部屋はとても広く、テーブル、椅子、ベンチ、キャビネットがたくさんあります。子供たちはロフトのレイアウト、特に素晴らしい景色が見える床から天井までの大きな窓がとても気に入りました。残念ながら、2日間雨が降ったため、日の出を見ることができませんでした。 B&B に宿泊する場合、大きなホテルのようなサービス設備は期待できず、洗面用具は自分で持参する必要があります。 B&Bの利点は、全体的なコストパフォーマンスが非常に高いことです。朝8時からチェックインでき、料金も手頃です。同じ場所にある大きなホテルだと1泊1,500円くらいかかります。ここに来る前にネットでたくさんの苦情を読んでいろいろ心配していましたが、2泊してみて、なかなか良い経験でした。

My recent stay was an exemplary model of what a seamless and enjoyable hospitality experience should be. From the initial greeting to the final farewell, every element worked in harmony to create a truly memorable visit. The service was nothing short of exceptional. The staff greeted us with genuine warmth and were consistently attentive without being intrusive. Whether it was the concierge offering insightful local recommendations, the housekeeping team maintaining impeccable discretion, or the waitstaff being both knowledgeable and patient, the level of professionalism was uniformly high. It felt less like a transaction and more like being welcomed into a well-managed home. The facilities were equally impressive and clearly designed with guest comfort and convenience in mind. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully appointed, blending modern amenities with a sense of comfort. The common areas, from the lobby lounge to the fitness center and pool, were maintained to a high standard, offering beautiful and functional spaces to relax or rejuvenate. Attention to detail was evident everywhere, contributing to an atmosphere of refined relaxation. As for the food, it was a highlight of the experience. Dining was a pleasure, with a menu that offered both classic favorites and inventive dishes. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality, each meal was beautifully presented, and the flavors were consistently excellent. It was clear that the culinary team takes great pride in their craft, making every meal something to look forward to. In summary, my experience was outstanding across the board. The impeccable service, superior facilities, and delightful cuisine combined to create a perfect stay. I left feeling thoroughly refreshed and already looking forward to the next opportunity to return. This establishment has truly mastered the art of hospitality.

Ctripで多くのホテルの評価を読んだことがありますが、そのほとんどはカビが生えていて、遮音性が悪いので、ついにホームステイを予約することにしました。とても良い家、そしてとても新しくてとてもきれい!あなたは6-8人に住むことができます、お湯も十分です、歯ブラシ、使い捨てスリッパ、完全な洗濯用品!滞在はとても快適で、子供たちはとても幸せです!プライバシーはとても良く、防音も良いです。早朝に外に他の乗客の騒音を聞く必要はありません。みんなに強くお勧めします!

今回の宿泊は、まさにリゾート気分を満喫できるオーシャンビューの部屋でした。ドアを開けると、目の前に広がる遮るもののない海の景色に息をのみました。ベッドに寝転がって日の出を見ることができ、部屋は申し分なく清潔で、寝具はふかふかでとても快適に眠れました。バスルームもウェットとドライがしっかり分かれていて良かったです。一番便利だったのは、階下へ降りてすぐビーチに行けること。急ぐことなく、いつでも好きな時に水辺で遊べました。夜は波の音を聞きながら眠りにつき、どんなホワイトノイズよりも効果的でした。スタッフの方々も親切で、要望にすぐに答えてくれました。これほどコストパフォーマンスの高いオーシャンビューの部屋は他にありません。次回もまたここに泊まります。

今まで泊まったB&Bの中で一番良かったです。欠点が見当たりません。部屋に入るととても居心地が良くて暖かいです。エアコンがついているのか、暖房がついているのか気になりませんでした。エアコンが事前についていたのなら、店主の心遣いが素晴らしいです！暖房が良ければなおさら良いです。今は暖房の効いたところは少ないですから。トイレの水洗には洗剤がたっぷり入っていて、とても丁寧です。シーツや寝具は超清潔で、どのホテルにも劣りません（誇張ではありません）！何度も遊びに行きました。MoujiやMoujuよりもずっと良いです。バスルームはとても広くてとても清潔で、アロマテラピーもあります。部屋にはとても大きなプロジェクターがあります！とてもクリアで、音楽を再生したり映画を観たりもできます！昼間の照明も素敵です！立地もとても良いです。海之雲やショッピングモールに行きたいなら、ベニスウォーターシティは遠くありません。階下に地下鉄の駅があります。店主はとても親切で、とてもフレンドリーに見えます。旅行でも出張でも、ここが第一選択です！もう一度強調しておきます!衛生面もとても清潔です！さらに、家はとても広く、レイアウトもとても居心地が良いです。とても良いです！お店が維持してくれることを祈ります！友達にも勧めてみます！今後も御社をお選びさせていただきます！

Our recent stay at the apartment was overall a positive experience. The location was excellent, situated conveniently near the university, which was our primary objective. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with shops downstairs offering various food options for our convenience. However, there were a few areas that could have been improved. Firstly, there was no daily cleaning service provided, which was a bit of a disappointment. Secondly, only one bath towel was provided, which was insufficient for our needs. On the first day of our stay, we were asked to wait due to a window being broken in the original booking, which although understandable, was still an inconvenience. The owner was polite and communicated effectively through phone, which was appreciated. The Ayi who was there to open the apartment for us was not as accommodating, however. She shouted at us for using one of the bath towels as a step-out mat from the shower, which we felt was an unnecessary reaction. Due to the fact that the tiles are slippery after showering,The shower itself was a bit inconvenient as it did not have doors, allowing water to easily flow out into the room but we managed to adjust the direction of the shower head and make it work. For future guests, we would recommend topping up the toilet rolls and toothpaste to ensure a more comfortable stay for three days . Overall, despite the few shortcomings, the apartment was comfortable and clean, and we would consider staying there again in the future.

3ベッドルームのアパートメントは、5人家族の私たちにとってまさに理想的でした。毎日の清掃は徹底的で、朝食も素晴らしく、サービスも最高でした。全体的に、期待をはるかに超える滞在でした。ジムは設備が充実しており、スパのサウナとバブルバスもとても清潔でした。 次回瀋陽に来る際は、必ずまた利用させていただきます！😀😀

前回は普通の広さのお部屋でシティビューだったので、今回はシービューを選択してみました。そうしたら、部屋がかなり広くて、1人ではちょっと寂しい感じです。笑 そもそも目の前が海ではないので、シービューと言っても、一部しか見えません、なので、これならシティビューの部屋でも良かったかなと思いました😊（あとこの部屋はとても広いので心が寒く感じるので💦）カップルや家族で宿泊の場合はとてもいい広さだと思います✨ 変わらず清潔ですし、フロントのスタッフの方もみんな優しくて、また泊まりたいです。 何よりショッピングモールと併設なので、スーパーでお土産を買ったり、スタバやパン屋さんで朝ごはん買ったり、レストラン街でご飯食べたり、とにかく便利です✨

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient.Everything was great, except that there was some noise from the neighboring room, which could be heard at night and caused a bit of disturbance while sleeping.If soundproofing could be improved, it would be an excellent place to stay.
