HiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment. The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot. Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours. The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions. HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place. All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

午前11時チェックアウト、午後3時チェックインというのは、時間配分をしっかりしないといけませんね。ここのスタッフは融通が利かない印象です。 最近のローマは本当に暑い日が続いています。私は数日間続けてこのホテルに宿泊していたのですが、シャワーに問題がある部屋を割り当てられました。午後に部屋の交換をお願いしたのですが、彼らは「できません、明日修理の人を呼ぶので」と言いました。 システム上ではまだ交換可能な部屋があることを私が伝えると、スタッフは「私たちのページをじろじろ見ないでください」と言い、私の予約情報を確認しようと、わざわざチェックイン情報に切り替えていました。私は最初から「〇〇号室のシャワーが壊れている」と伝えていたのにです。 そして、私は彼女に「今見ているチェックインリストは8月のものなので、私の7月の予約情報は確認できませんよ」と指摘しました。 最終的には、Ctripのカスタマーサービスにフィードバックを送り、自分でシャワーヘッドを修理しました。その後、フロントがようやく「部屋を交換できますよ」と遅れて言ってきたのには、思わず笑ってしまいましたね（笑）。 Ctripの迅速な対応には感謝しています。ついでに、中国の皆さんに注意喚起としてこのレビューを書きました。海外での宿泊中は、安全に気をつけ、積極的に自分の権利を守りましょう！

Most beautiful place Very clean and modern I recommend No problems with the staff

We arrived in Rome late at night with our child, but the host provided very detailed instructions and thoughtful support for the check-in, so we were able to check in safely and without any difficulty. Thanks to the host, we were able to start our trip in Rome comfortably and enjoyably. Although this is a hostel, our room was surprisingly spacious, and the small but cozy shared kitchen was very convenient to use. The elevator system seemed a little complicated at first, but once we understood and followed the rules, it was perfectly safe to use and actually became a fun and unique experience. The location was also excellent. There are metro stations within easy reach in both directions, making it very convenient to get to the major tourist attractions. The neighborhood itself felt safe, pleasant, and comfortable, which was especially reassuring when traveling with a child. This was a wonderful place to stay and a great way to begin our first trip to Rome with our child. Thanks to the kind and helpful host, we were able to start our Italian journey with such wonderful memories. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Though not mentioned in the listing, we were pleasantly surprised by the quiet neighborhood despite being within walking distance to major attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. エグゼクティブルームを予約しましたが、ヨーロッパにしては広めの部屋でした。雰囲気、清潔さ、セキュリティはどれも素晴らしかったです。チェックインは早朝だったので、事前に電話でオンラインチェックインを済ませました。フロントデスクは午後11時以降は閉まっているので、ご注意ください。 残念なことに、午前3時のフライトで空港に向かう予定でしたが、フロントデスクがホテルの住所を間違って伝えてしまったのです。ドライバーに電話をかけましたが、英語が話せず、結局30分も待たされ、結局車が到着したのは30分後でした。危うくフライトに乗り遅れるところでした。本当に恐ろしい体験でした。
