HiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment. The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot. Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours. The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions. HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place. All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

2025年11月13日から18日までこのホテルに宿泊しました！フロントは24時間対応で、ロシア語を話すスタッフのジェマさんは完璧な英語を話し、あらゆるニーズに対応してくれました！朝食は素晴らしく、写真を添付し​​ました。部屋にはシャンプーとシャワージェルもありました！キッチンがあり、そこで料理ができたのでとても便利でした！ホテルの近くにはカルフールというスーパーマーケットがあります！ロシア人のビクトリアさんは朝食に美味しいコーヒーを作ってくれました！このホテルには、スマートホームのような据え置き型のエアコンというユニークな特徴があります！私たちは503号室に宿泊したのですが、ドアがうっかり開けっ放しになってしまい、夜はとても寒かったのですが、すぐに解決してくれました。マスターのルカさんを呼んでクローゼットを移動させ、しっかりと密閉してくれました。その後の夜は快適に暖かく過ごせました！バチカンも近いので、ホテルはとても便利な場所にあります！ただし、サン・ピエトロ大聖堂方面から62番と64番のバスに乗ることをお勧めします。地下鉄は絶対に利用しないでください！地下鉄の階段は非常に急で、スーツケースを持って登るのは大変です！バス停から降りることをお勧めします。行き方を写真付きで紹介しましたので、ぜひご覧ください！すべて徒歩圏内です！

部屋はかなり広く、まるで小さなスイートのようでした。設備としては電気ケトル（壊れていて、新しいものに交換してもらいました）とカプセルコーヒーメーカー（水漏れしていましたが、使用は可能でした）がありました。バスルームは狭すぎ、シャワーはさらに小さく、シャワーヘッドの取り付け位置がおかしいせいで、どこに立てばいいのかわかりませんでした。 4日間滞在しましたが、毎朝全く同じ朝食でした。ビュッフェではなく固定のセットメニューで、お腹いっぱいにはならず、飢えることもないといった感じでした。しなびた葉っぱ数枚、ミニトマト数個、目玉焼き1つ、小さなベーコンが1〜2枚、トースト1枚とケーキ1切れ、コーヒー1杯とジュース1杯、そしてヨーグルトが1つ。まさに「食べ飽きることはないが、お腹が空くこともない」といった内容です。 一番言いたいのはフロントの女性についてです。運悪く、口コミで言われている「最も不愛想な女性」に当たってしまいました。まるで私たちが彼女に多額の借金をしているかのように、終始冷たい顔で不機嫌でした。ヨーロッパを何度も旅行していますが、こんなにひどいフロントスタッフは初めてです。この仕事が好きではないなら、別の仕事を探せばいいのに、なぜ毎日ここでイライラしているのか、寿命が縮むのではないでしょうか？🧐 以下は夫の評価です。どうしても何か言いたいようです🧐 このホテルに借金でもあるかのように扱われ、非常に驚いています。スタッフの女性は、このひどい仕事に不満があるようで、チェックイン中ずっと怒っていました。たとえ人生が彼女に公平でなかったとしても、顧客に八つ当たりすることはできません。なぜなのか、今でも疑問に思っています。

While the space was compact (typical for central Rome), its clever design maximized functionality. Though not mentioned in the listing, we were pleasantly surprised by the quiet neighborhood despite being within walking distance to major attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. If you prioritize cleanliness, responsive support, and a central location, this rental is a fantastic choice. Perfect for travelers who value efficiency and a stress-free experience in the Eternal City!

エグゼクティブルームを予約しましたが、ヨーロッパにしては広めの部屋でした。雰囲気、清潔さ、セキュリティはどれも素晴らしかったです。チェックインは早朝だったので、事前に電話でオンラインチェックインを済ませました。フロントデスクは午後11時以降は閉まっているので、ご注意ください。 残念なことに、午前3時のフライトで空港に向かう予定でしたが、フロントデスクがホテルの住所を間違って伝えてしまったのです。ドライバーに電話をかけましたが、英語が話せず、結局30分も待たされ、結局車が到着したのは30分後でした。危うくフライトに乗り遅れるところでした。本当に恐ろしい体験でした。
