HiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment. The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot. Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours. The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions. HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place. All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

2025年11月13日から18日までこのホテルに宿泊しました！フロントは24時間対応で、ロシア語を話すスタッフのジェマさんは完璧な英語を話し、あらゆるニーズに対応してくれました！朝食は素晴らしく、写真を添付し​​ました。部屋にはシャンプーとシャワージェルもありました！キッチンがあり、そこで料理ができたのでとても便利でした！ホテルの近くにはカルフールというスーパーマーケットがあります！ロシア人のビクトリアさんは朝食に美味しいコーヒーを作ってくれました！このホテルには、スマートホームのような据え置き型のエアコンというユニークな特徴があります！私たちは503号室に宿泊したのですが、ドアがうっかり開けっ放しになってしまい、夜はとても寒かったのですが、すぐに解決してくれました。マスターのルカさんを呼んでクローゼットを移動させ、しっかりと密閉してくれました。その後の夜は快適に暖かく過ごせました！バチカンも近いので、ホテルはとても便利な場所にあります！ただし、サン・ピエトロ大聖堂方面から62番と64番のバスに乗ることをお勧めします。地下鉄は絶対に利用しないでください！地下鉄の階段は非常に急で、スーツケースを持って登るのは大変です！バス停から降りることをお勧めします。行き方を写真付きで紹介しましたので、ぜひご覧ください！すべて徒歩圏内です！

このホテルに1泊しました。まず良かった点から言うと、マネージャーとフロントのスタッフは本当に素晴らしい印象でした。皆さんとても丁寧で、親切に助けてくれたり、アドバイスをくれたりして、良い印象を与えようと努力してくれました。また、家具は比較的新しく、このカテゴリーのホテルとしては朝食もかなり良かったです。残念ながら、私にとっての良い点はここまでです。 次に、正直な悪い点です。人生で最高のホテルだったとか、「10つ星」に値するとか書くことはできません。なぜなら、特に高額な料金を支払った場合、正直なレビューを残すことにしていますから。この部屋の料金は不当に高すぎます。現在、私はニースの中心部で同カテゴリーのホテルに宿泊していますが、その差は歴然です。部屋は広く、清潔で、静かで、スタッフも同様に感じが良く、そして何よりも、絶え間ない騒音なしにぐっすり眠れることです。 ホテル自体を見つけるのは非常に困難で、電子キーも非常に使いにくく、地域は特に一人旅の場合、最も不快で危険な場所の一つです。もしあなたが女性で、ローマの散策後に夜に帰る予定があるなら、テルミニ駅周辺の地域は絶対に避けるべきだと強く勧めます。地元のイタリア人でさえ、そこが市内で最も危険なエリアの一つだと警告しています。 部屋はとても騒がしかったです。エアコンの効きも悪く、ほとんど眠れませんでした。絶え間ない叫び声や騒音で、まるでホテルではなく、通りの中にいるような感覚でした。部屋は非常に狭く、まともなクローゼットさえありませんでした。 このホテルを出るとき、心から解放された気持ちになりました。それがおそらく、私の印象を最もよく表しているでしょう。 別に奇妙な状況がありました。レイトチェックアウトをお願いしたところ、良いレビューを残せば無料でできると言われました。しかし、レビューは正直であるべきであり、サービスと「引き換え」に書かれるべきではないと思います。私は宿泊にかなりの金額を支払いましたので、自分が本当に思っていることを書く権利があります。 繰り返しになりますが、スタッフ自身はとても感じが良く、丁寧です。しかし、個人的にはこのホテルには二度と宿泊しませんし、残念ながらお勧めすることはできません。

Perfect for travelers who value efficiency and a stress-free experience in the Eternal City!

エグゼクティブルームを予約しましたが、ヨーロッパにしては広めの部屋でした。雰囲気、清潔さ、セキュリティはどれも素晴らしかったです。チェックインは早朝だったので、事前に電話でオンラインチェックインを済ませました。フロントデスクは午後11時以降は閉まっているので、ご注意ください。 残念なことに、午前3時のフライトで空港に向かう予定でしたが、フロントデスクがホテルの住所を間違って伝えてしまったのです。ドライバーに電話をかけましたが、英語が話せず、結局30分も待たされ、結局車が到着したのは30分後でした。危うくフライトに乗り遅れるところでした。本当に恐ろしい体験でした。

Domenchino Luxury Home offers a fantastic location in Rome, though it might be a bit tricky to find initially. The owner, however, was incredibly helpful, responding promptly to our messages and sending someone to assist us when we were having trouble locating the property. While the hotel doesn't allow late check-outs, they provide a convenient storage area for belongings. The location is ideal, with a 15-minute walk to the train station and a short distance to a renowned church. Though we only stayed there for a night, it was quite spacious and modern. You could fit 3 people there comfortably, especially we the extra bed and there is also cooktop and other necessities if you need (etc. shower products and hairdryer). Overall, Domenchino Luxury Home is a great choice for travelers seeking a central location and excellent service.

ヴァチカンメインの旅行だったのでこちらを利用しました。ヴァチカンまでゆっくり歩いて10-15分で到着します。Ottavianoのメトロ駅は出口が複数あり出た後どちらへ向かえばアコモデーションなのか迷うのでスマホのNaviは必須です。カフェやトラットリアも周辺に多くあります。 部屋はローマの歴史地区なので勿論古いですがリノベされていてバスルームも数日おきに掃除はされていますので不潔感は無いです。節水のためだと思われますがシャワーの出は非常に悪いので女性は困ると思います。長時間かけてようやく全身洗えます。洗面台の水は勢いよく出ますが蛇口が長く固定されていて動かせないので顔を洗う時邪魔で顔を避けると水がシンクからこぼれます。トイレの水はボタンが硬いですがちゃんと流れます。アメニティは小さいボトルでシャンプー、ボディーシャンプー、ボディークリーム、固形石鹸のみで、歯磨きコップはありません。コップ持参をお勧めします。浴槽は無くシャワーのみです。 比較的安全な場所だと思いますが窓もドアも防音性がゼロなので周囲の音がよく聞こえます。部屋の上下隣、廊下の音もかなり聞こえるので夜寝る時は耳栓をしました。おかげでぐっすり眠れました。ローマの5つ星ホテルと同等の価格設定ですが家族旅行に適した広さと立地、利便性を考えれば満足した 滞在となりました。又利用したいです。エレベーターは映画のようで(極狭ですが)一見の価値ありですよ。 一つだけ…料金に掲載されていない清掃費用を宿泊前に30€請求されました。予約時の料金と異なる上、 清掃料金を取られるとはどこにも明記されていなかったので戸惑いましたが、ローマ人の手法なのかなと思い、チップと思い文句言わずに払いました。

一人旅できました！1人では十分の広さです。2人だと少し狭いかもしれません。Lサイズのキャリーは広げられます。お部屋も素敵でバルコニーがあり、すごく良かったです！！フロントの方も親切ですし、清掃も毎日綺麗にしてくれて、ボトルのお水の補充もしっかりしてくれます。ケトルやコップ、コーヒー、紅茶、ドライヤー、ハンドソープ、シャンプー、ボディソープ、ボディクリームまであります。タオルも十分に補充してくれます。REGの駅からは徒歩7.8分ですが、メトロの駅は徒歩20分くらいです。しかし散歩がてら歩いても楽しかったですし、何よりホテルの居心地が良かったので快適でした。ランドリーも地下一階にあり、洗剤も用意してくれています。(これらも無料です)乾燥機もありますが私はあまり乾燥機が好きじゃないので部屋で窓にかけて干しました。他のお客さんも洗濯物を干すラックがあるので、それを利用していました。アイロンもあったので便利です。バルコニーは全部屋同じく川側を向いていて、川の反対側ではお店があり夜は少し騒がしいかもしれません。窓を閉めたら音は聞こえません。Wİ-Fİ も問題なく使えました。またローマに来ることがあればこのホテルに泊まりたいです。
