The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.

The hotel was very excellent. The staff was great, esepcially Jorge in the reception area. We stronglu recomend the hotel

私は健康上の問題を理由に計画よりはるかに長い@Santuarioをしています。ですから、ホステル自体だけでなく、素晴らしい雰囲気と雰囲気、十分なスペース(!)がある素晴らしいベッドセットアップ、そして部屋の中にミニルームがあるように、珍しい完全なプライバシーを高く評価する時間がありました。しかし、特に人:スタッフは素晴らしく、ゲストを本当に気にかけています。病気のときは、監視のような家族がいました。特に Stefy ”la chica del bar”、Kathy (清掃とキッチン)、Jose (メンテナンス)私を支え、私が彼らの助けのために最善を尽くしていると感じていると本当に興味を持って尋ねることを決して逃したことはありません.困難な瞬間に、私は適切な場所にいました、ありがとう!私を邪魔する唯一のことは、エアコンの管理でした:わかりました、それは夕方と夜だけで、非常に通常、問題は寒さを感じる人が誰にとってもエアコンをオフにするのに十分なことでした...そしてそれは暑かった...私は凍るのが大好きです、わかりました、しかし正しいバランスが最善です、それは誰がTシャツを着るのが寒いのかを示唆します、そして他の人は汗をかかないでしょう;-)

El hotel es precioso! Las instalaciones son excelente. La habitación algo pequeña para un hotel de esta categoría, pero con lo más esencial para estancias cortas. Lo mejor? El desayuno! Es de otro nivel! Croissant de almendra, huevos perfectos y un sabor muy intenso, recomendable!!! El personal muy servicial y atento. Nota 10 por ellos. Está a las puertas de Getsemaní pero no se escucha nada de la fiesta afuera en la calle, a media manzana. Por resaltar algo negativo: la puerta del baño no se cierra del todo y el aire acondicionado no funciona bien en recepción y salón de desayunos. Volveríamos de ojos cerrados a Osh!!! ❤️

4 night stay over the Christmas break, warmly greeted by Lordi in reception, our room was 306, first floor balcony with hammock, overlooking the pool and beach beyond, comfy bed and hot showers every day! The food was overall good,tortilla available for breakfast if you request, seafood dishes and chucharron very good. Particular praise for Juan and Kevin at the beach bars, Mike and Victor in the restaurant and Lordi for looking after us and her excellent coffee. 

Casa Santa Clara：雅高旗下的索菲特傳奇。也是城裡三家奢牌和當中規模最大的。圖中是花園，也是住進來歷史遺跡裏，可以在葱鬱的熱帶植物掩映，和斑駁的立柱古牆邊吃早餐，很妙！我這次也很感謝網友的推薦，也是雅高會員，所以就選了它。服務是預想的熱情老練，而且它是我第一家遇到的歡迎禮品送—一大袋哥倫比亞咖啡粉的酒店！感覺很用心！另外，好多人在卡塔赫納結婚呀，在這家也遇到盛裝出席的家族 見最後一張圖 哈哈哈

So cozy and lovely place🥰. Added one more night to my reservation because loved the harmony and peace that I felt on that hotel. The breakfast was amazing 200/10 🤩. Great variety of fruits,healthy and local food. Thank you so much to Andrey so polite and charming guy who helped me in everything; as well as Jorge who is so professional doing his work, Alfredo and kitchen girls, thank you for so delicious food. The rooftop is a dream but unfortunately don’t have (stable) bartenders to enjoy drinks.Sadly to say the general manager was unprofessional and unkind, must to improve his professional relation to drive a good management of a hotel of this category. I would love to go back in my next trip to Cartagena 🤍🇨🇴 . Recommendations: if don’t tolerate noise, don’t book the rooms next to the street.

All rooms overlook a central courtyard, which is nice but not practical as people are always passing by so you can’t leave the window open as you get no privacy. The curtain is not a curtain but a rolling blind, so either shut or open. My room happens to be on the ground floor, where the restaurant is. It may be better on the other floors. So just artificial light. There is also no desk in the room. Otherwise the room is decent and clean. The breakfast is simple but good with coffees, juice some fruit and an omelette. The place is secure and the reception have to open for you to go in and out. Location wise it’s pretty good as well as it’s within the wall but not where wll tourists hang out. Pretty safe Check in strictly at 3pm even if the room is available 😅

Perfect location. Quite a small room, but very clean. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK, but staff in the dining room, rather slow.

Staying here was truly amazing, from the hospitality to the comfort of the room, i felt at home, safe and happy. The food offered was delicious, i recommend the pasta with the shrimp. The waters in front and back offer a beautiful view of the sea and sky. I felt blessed to be able to enjoy this island and meet the community and the beautiful diversity nature had to offer. Swimming in front was so fun, and all the activities are a must! (Playa libre, oceonario, planktons..) Also, it’s beautiful to see the stars at night on the deck. I recommend! Just make sure you bring insects repellent and water shoes. Thanks to all the staff! ❤️
