This was the first time to stay in Aryduta. This hotel has a good Fitness facility and Breakfast was nice as well. If possible, I want to stay this hotel next time again.

インターコンチネンタル ダゴ パーカー バンドンは、バンドンで最も豪華なホテルの 1 つです。バンドンの北側という最高のロケーションにあり、森、ゴルフ コース、さまざまなレストランに近い新鮮な空気と、特に夕方には素晴らしい街の景色を楽しめます。今回訪れたのは、学校の休暇後に遅れた誕生日を祝いたいという娘の特別なリクエストによるものです。今年の初めにこのホテルを訪れましたが、娘はとても感銘を受け、今回も訪れるようリクエストしました。 私たちの家族は、世界クラスの水準と、フロント オフィス、F&B、ハウスキーピング、ゲスト リレーションズの並外れたおもてなしのおかげで、この美しいホテルに毎年のように戻ってきました。 チェックインは、フロント オフィス マネージャーの Wirianto Prowo 氏が手続きを手伝ってくれ、部屋が良好な状態であることを確認してくれたおかげで、とてもスムーズでした。娘は皮膚アレルギーがひどく、眠りが浅いので、ホテルは私たちの清潔で静かな部屋というリクエストに応えてくれました。 私たちは、子供連れの家族向けのとても美しいユニットである Kembang Villa に滞在しました。ユニットはとても広く、バスルームには大きなジャグジーがあります。独立したリビングエリアとベッドルームがあります。奥には大きなクローゼットの廊下があり、中くらいの大きさの作業机があります。部屋はとてもモダンで、ベッドの横のいくつかのエリアとリビングに、通常の USB とマイクロ USB タイプ C を備えた最新の電源プラグがあります。チャンネルがフルの 2 つのスマートテレビがあります。 小さな問題に遭遇しましたが、チームは迅速かつ強力なサポートで問題を解決し、私たちがこのホテルでの滞在を楽しめるようにゲストを継続的にチェックしてくれました。滞在を楽しいものにしてくれたエリック氏とエヴィ氏に感謝します。 子供を連れて行ったので、このホテルでは子供向けのさまざまなアクティビティを提供しています。リーズナブルなビッグ キッズ クラブ、家族で楽しめるプレイステーションとニンテンドーのある映画館、その他のアクティビティのあるバウンシー キャッスル、乗馬、ゴーカート、ロック クライミング、ゲーム機などの有料アクティビティなどがあります。プールは適度に大きく、素晴らしい景色が楽しめます。ジムはかなり良いのですが、部屋が少し暑いです。 最後に、朝食です。市内で最も充実した朝食の 1 つです。毎日メニューが変わるので、飽きることはありません。今日はチキン カレーのライス ケーキなどの地元料理を試しました。昨日はたくさんの調味料を添えた黄色いご飯を食べました。アメリカン スタイルの朝食と寿司も提供しています。シェフは質の高いエッグ ベネディクトも作ることができます。バンドンの他のホテルでは作れないと思います。朝食時に辛くない料理を提供するために特別な努力をしてくれたエンティス シェフには特に感謝しています。 全体的に、このホテルを強くお勧めします。次の休暇にまた来たいと思います。

ボゴール・プンチャック地区で最高の高級ファミリーホテル... プルマン ヴィマラでの滞在は素晴らしい体験です。子供たちは大喜びです。ホテル内にはたくさんの施設やイベントがあります。障害者に優しく、家族連れにも優しい...スタッフは皆フレンドリーで親切です。朝食は美味しくて種類も豊富です。マッドカウステーキは大満足です。 高級とは「メンダン メンディング」がないことです。全体的に見て、とても価値があります。 提案: 特に初めての訪問者やよく訪れる訪問者にとって、もっとわかりやすく、わかりやすい道が必要です。各階、交差点、施設に標識や地図、あるいはテレビモニターやインターホンを設置してください。 各階の廊下に激しい雨や強風が入らないように、道沿いにもっと長いキャノピーが必要です。 とても滑りやすく、子供やお年寄りが滑ると危険です。

最近、クラウン プラザに宿泊する機会がありましたが、最初から最後まで本当に素晴らしい体験でした。到着した瞬間から、スタッフのおもてなしとプロ意識が際立っていて、本当に歓迎されていると感じました。 部屋は広々としていて、完璧に清潔で、モダンなアメニティが備わった美しいデザインでした。ベッドは信じられないほど快適で、ぐっすりと眠ることができました。また、高級なバスアメニティや窓からの素晴らしい景色など、心のこもった配慮も嬉しかったです。 ロケーションも大きなプラスでした。便利な場所にあるため、ビジネスでもレジャーでも、街を楽に探索できました。コンシェルジュ チームも素晴らしく、滞在中素晴らしいアドバイスやサポートを提供してくれました。 全体的に、クラウン プラザでの滞在はあらゆる点で期待以上でした。贅沢さ、快適さ、卓越したサービスが組み合わさったこのホテルは最高の選択肢です。私は間違いなくまた戻ってきますし、思い出に残る滞在を求めている方には強くお勧めします。

メイソンパインには何度も泊まりました。最初はパンデミックの最中、メイソンパインの建物がまだ改装中だった頃でした。今でもとても快適なので、お気に入りのホテルです。まさにステイケーション体験です。どこかに出かける必要はありませんが、子供たちはホテル内でたくさんのアクティビティを楽しめます。近くにはレストランもたくさんあります。

We recently stayed at this stunning 8-bedroom private villa in the Dago area of Bandung, and it exceeded every expectation for a family reunion/group getaway. Nestled in the cool highlands, the villa offers breathtaking natural surroundings with lush greenery everywhere, both outside in the beautifully landscaped grounds and inside with thoughtful plant integrations that make the space feel fresh and alive. All the rooms facing a stunning hills. The layout is incredibly practical for larger groups: • 2 underground floors, each with 2 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms total downstairs), perfect for privacy or families with kids. • Ground floor features a massive, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need, a large dining table for group meals, huge tv with comfy sofa, and a fantastic sound-proof karaoke room that kept the fun going late without disturbing anyone. • 2 upper floors, each with 2 bedrooms (another 4 upstairs), all comfortable and well-appointed. Every bedroom is ensuite (private bathrooms), and the villa comfortably sleeps 16–24 people depending on extra beds. One of the absolute highlights is the private heated swimming pool, a game-changer in Bandung’s chilly highland weather (we loved dipping in when temperatures hovered between 16–24°C). The water stays perfectly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler evenings. The pool area feels luxurious and relaxing with those mountain/city views. Everything is provided thoughtfully: unlimited mineral water, complete kitchen setup (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), clean linens, WiFi, and plenty of space. The huge parking area in front easily accommodated multiple cars, no stress about parking at all. The design embraces nature beautifully, lots of glass for natural light, open spaces, and that signature Dago greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet still close enough to cafes and attractions. If you’re looking for a spacious, fully-facilitated private villa for a big family, friends’ trip, or celebration in Bandung, this place is highly recommended. The heated pool alone makes it stand out in the cool climate. We’ll definitely be back! Rating suggestion: 5/5 stars Would stay again? Absolutely!

The hotel provides excellent service in every aspect. All the staff are being very nice, friendly, and helpful from the very start we came until we left the hotel. In addition, I took a note about the water when having a breakfast, the next day the representative approached me and showed some gratitude for filling the survey and gave me complimentary cake. It was the cake I love that I mentioned before. Thank you to Mr. Lucky & all the F&B staff for the nice gesture. And for the hotel itself, the atmosphere, location, food - everything was great! Will definitely come back another day. Keep up the good work! 😊

ロケーションは最高です。人混みが好きな人にとっては、ホテルを出ると、決して静かではない Jalan Braga に出ます。 私の意見では、部屋にカーペットが敷かれているため、清潔さが少し欠けており、最初に入ったとき、非常に埃っぽく感じます...すぐに掃除機をかけるように頼みます。ほこりアレルギーのある人は避けた方が良いでしょう。

滞在は快適で、部屋とバスルームは比較的清潔でした。最高の景色を堪能するには、ゴルフコースに面したグランドデラックスルームがおすすめです。ただし、周辺エリアは道幅が狭いため、徒歩での観光は難しいかもしれません。そのため、ブルーバードタクシーを利用するのが最適な移動手段です。特に気に入ったのは、午後9時まで営業している温水インフィニティプールで、ゆったりとくつろぐのに最適です。唯一の欠点は、レストランのメニューにベジタリアンとビーガン向けのメニューが限られていたことです。

The access road to the hotel was quite surprising, as the location feels very remote and far from main areas. At first, it raised some doubts, but upon arrival, the concept of the hotel as a hidden getaway became clear. The property and parking area are spacious, and the cool, windy atmosphere is definitely a positive aspect. That said, the room experience did not fully align with the price point or the expectations of a four-star hotel. The deluxe room felt rather small, with very limited space for praying. Several basic details were also missing or poorly maintained: a broken bedside table that was only available on one side, no toothbrush cup or hand soap in the bathroom, and an overall interior that felt dated, with peeling paint visible in several areas, including the room door. The door lock also did not feel particularly secure, which affected comfort. When I raised these issues and requested a room change, the front desk staff responded promptly and moved me to a better room. This quick response is appreciated. However, the explanation given suggested a lack of internal coordination, particularly between housekeeping and the sales team, which ideally should be better managed. On the positive side, the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. Dinner at the restaurant was acceptable—nothing outstanding, but satisfactory. There are limited activities available for adults, and due to the hotel’s secluded location, guests should plan their own transportation. Ride-hailing services and taxis are available, but waiting times can be longer because of how hidden the hotel is. Overall, the hotel offers a calm environment, a large property, and pleasant weather. However, in terms of room size, basic amenities, and interior condition, the experience feels closer to a 3.5-star hotel rather than a full four-star standard. With better room maintenance and attention to small but important details, this hotel could significantly improve the guest experience.
