Booked a room last minute after getting stuck in Punta del Este. I arrived around 9PM and was greeted at desk by the owner who luckily for me he speaks English. It's a family business. They were very accomodating. I am from the UK and had no charger for local plug. The guy at the reception who stayed overnight, was very friendly. He lend me a charger. I also had a delicious breakfast the day after.

I was in Punta del Este for a conference and chose this hotel on the recommendation of colleagues from the region. There are only four rooms on each floor and so you are treated to a fantastic view of Punta del Este through the glass windows that surround your room. For an even better view, drop by the gym on the 17th floor. Rooms are spacious and designed minimalistically. In case you plan to eat in, note that there are no utensils, cups or plates that you can use, although there is a small refrigerator where you can store some supplies. The hotel is located very near a supermarket and some nice restaurants. Service is friendly and efficient. Breakfast does not start until 8 am, but they were flexible enough to start breakfast an hour earlier during our conference. I appreciated their effort to add something different to the lovely breakfast spread every morning, and to make sure that there was a balance between healthy fare and the tempting but not too healthy desserts.

Excelente ubicación, frente a la playa. El hotel es muy funcional , a mi criterio necesitaría un poco más de modernización en el mobiliario de habitaciones , que son muy pequeñas, y baños. El desayuno, es bueno en la calidad de productos, pero carece de variedad del mismo. Es un hotel silencioso donde se puede descansar bien. La atención del personal es buena. En la zona hay hoteles por el mismo precio o similares, no frente a la playa, que ofrecen mayores comodidades.

Went to Punta del Este for a wedding and stayed 3 nights at Bonne Etoile Hotel. It is a relatively small, family-run hotel. Staff were outstanding and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We chose a superior double room: comfortable bed, AC and ceiling fan. Shower had good water pressure and very good hot water. Breakfast was very good with options. It has the best location in Punta del Este. Excellent value for money. Will definitely return.

Todo muy bien, excelente, un detalle muy importante la piscina climatizada estaba muy fría, no logramos meternos de lo fría que estaba y como nosotros muchos huéspedes. Otros fueron y dejaron sus quejas por este motivo. Y la respuesta del conserje del Spa, no quiero colocarla aquí porque no es apropiada. Pero deben solucionar ese tema. Independientemente del día y fecha del año. Gracias

Great hospitality, beautiful architecture, installations and amenities. Comfy bed, high-end quality in every detail, it's great having also kitchen and balcony. Complete breakfast with options to choose from fruit and yogurt to scrambled eggs with bacon. The staff is super nice and willing to help, you can even have breakfast and roomservice to the room. Perfect stay!
