ホテルは空港から車で5分と非常に近く、運転手が荷物の運搬を手伝ってくれます。2つ目のホテル、ヒルトンエアポートで降りることを忘れないでください。フロントデスクでクレジットカードでデポジットを支払う必要があります。VISAとMastercardの両方をお持ちください。そうでないと使えません。ホテルにはボトル入りの飲料水はありませんが、各階にウォーターサーバーがあります。ケトルはないので、ご自身でご用意ください。ただし、コーヒーメーカーはあります。バスルームはとても清潔でした。部屋のメインライトは1つしかなかったので、他のライトは自分で探す必要がありました。かなり暗かったです。フロントのスタッフはとても親切でした。部屋のエアコンはかなりうるさかったです。

立地は素晴らしいのですが、車でお越しの場合、小型車であれば駐車場に直接停められます。ただ、私たちの車はサイズが大きかったため、一泊55ドルのバレーパーキングを利用するしかありませんでした。しかし、部屋の清潔さは期待以上で、バスローブも完備されていました。フロントではスリッパの要不要を尋ねてくれ、無料の水もあり、高層階にアサインしてくれたりと、対応が非常に丁寧で親切でした。

Room is big and clean, and room service is good. However, sound insulation is bad. I could hear the kids in the next room screaming the whole night, as well as people talking along the corridor. What is worse is that the doors of the rooms will automatically slam shut after you exit, so you can hear the sound of doors slamming the whole night if it the hotel is busy. Light sleepers will have problems.

旅行の最初と最後に時差ぼけを解消し、リラックスしたいなら、ホリデイ・インは空港ホテルとして最適です！24時間運行のシャトルバスがあり、T3、T1への送迎が非常に便利です。初日の夜は空港に面した美しい景色で、飛行機を眺めることができました✈️。部屋は広々としていて清潔で、バスルームの床タイルには床暖房がありました！ベッドはとても快適で、ぐっすり眠れて朝まで熟睡できました😊。ホテル🏨はアウトレットからも遠くないので、ブラックフライデーやクリスマスなどの時期にはさらに良いでしょう！

建物は年季が入っており、部屋のカーペットが臭っていたのが残念。
朝食はホットミールやサンドイッチがあり、まあまあ良かった。
空港までシャトルバスがあったのでここに前泊したが、ここでなくても良かったかも。

ホテルはターミナル3から徒歩約10分です。荷物を受け取ったら、通路の突き当たりまで歩き、地下鉄で降りて、道を渡って約5分歩くとホテルに到着します。途中にシェラトンもあるので、間違えないように注意してください。
早朝の到着便だったので、事前にホテルに連絡して部屋を確保してもらいました。贅沢さや特別なサービスを求めていたわけではなく、このホテルはなかなか良かったです。海外のホテルは少し古いものが多いですが（それも無理はありません）、それでもかなり清潔でした。50カナダドルのデポジットを支払いました。部屋には旧式の暖房システムがあり、南部出身の私は慣れていなかったので、電源を切りました。使い捨てのトイレタリーもありませんでした。レストランは簡素でしたが、料理はまずまずで、自家製ワッフルと新鮮なフルーツが提供されていました。

チェックインしてみると、2ベッドルームスイートのはずが、同じ部屋にクイーンサイズベッドが2台、もう一方の部屋にソファベッドが1台あるファミリースイートで、バスルームは1つしかありませんでした！大人2組のカップルである私たちには不向きでした。そこでホテルスタッフにお願いしたところ、キングサイズベッドが各部屋に1台ずつあり、バスルームが2つある別の「2ベッドルーム」スイートに変更してくれました。こちらは以前の部屋よりはるかに快適でした。しかも、この部屋は高層階にあり、ナイアガラの滝の眺めも最高でした。おかげで、素晴らしい思い出に残る1泊を過ごすことができました！

ゲゲストマリオットホテルを我が国のホテルと比較することはできないのも事実です。彼らと我が国のマリオットホテルとの違いは大きいです。私たちはオタワ マリオット ホテルに 2 部屋予約しましたが、そのうち 1 つの部屋には独特の臭いがしました。私もマリオット会員なのですが、フロントに提示したところ、Ctripで予約したためポイントが貯まらないと言われ、ポイント登録を拒否されました。客室にはボトル入りのミネラルウォーターはありません。フロントデスクに電話すると、1本3元（カナダドル）だと言われました。部屋まで届けてもらうのもサービス料がかかるので少し高いかなと思います。しかし、場所は良いです。次回オタワに行くことがあれば、このホテルには二度と泊まりません。

ゲゲストI've never stayed in a school residence before, but with my frequent travels, I eventually got tired of staying in hotels and motels and decided to give it a try.
Unfortunately, my arrival was not smooth. My Lyft driver dropped me off at the wrong building, and I had a lot of luggage with me. There weren't many students around since it was summer, and no one I asked could give me clear directions to the correct building. When I finally arrived, the front desk told me this apparently happens quite often with Uber/Lyft drivers. My first impression of the residence was that it was quiet and clean. Unfortunately, the elevators had broken down about 20 minutes before my arrival, something I likely would have avoided had I not been dropped off at the wrong building.
Front desk staff member Jessica kindly helped carry my luggage up to my room on the 4th floor. I assume this was not part of her job, and I really appreciated her help. In fact, nearly every front desk staff member I encountered during my stay was exceptionally kind and helpful, more so than staff at some upscale hotels I've stayed at.
The unit looked smaller than it appeared in the photos, but that's almost always the case, and I still had more than enough space for my needs. The bedroom had very high ceilings, which helped the room feel open and not cramped. Only two hangers were provided, but I travel with folding travel hangers so it wasn't an issue. The large desk was especially useful since I work remotely. The bed was simple but clean, and once I figured out which pillows worked best for me, I slept well.
The kitchenette was dated but clean and included a microwave and a full-sized refrigerator with a freezer. The empty refrigerator was somewhat unstable and would shift forward slightly when opened, but otherwise I had no complaints.
The bathroom was small, especially the shower stall. Water pressure was good and drainage worked well. My main complaint was the shower curtain, which was so long that it frequently blocked the drain. The sink also drained slowly. The towel rack was loose, and the towels were thin and smelled strongly of vinegar, but they were clean and absorbent.
The residence was generally quiet. The walls seemed fairly thin, although no worse than many hotels. There was nearby construction early in the morning, one instance of drilling at 7 AM, and a child crying each morning for a couple of days. None of it significantly affected my stay.
I usually keep my home between 19-20C, yet I often found myself cold in the unit and ended up turning off the AC most of the time.
The gym on the 4th floor was clean and quiet, although I think cleaning wipes and hand sanitizer should be available. Access also required a staff member to unlock the door, which seemed unnecessary since room-key access would make more sense.
There is also a communal kitchen with a stove, oven, and full-sized refrigerator. A movie theatre, games room with a pool table, and meeting room are also available. The only downside is that most amenities require staff assistance for access.
Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The building was clean and generally quiet, the room provided everything I needed for a working stay, and the staff delivered excellent service. While there were a few minor maintenance issues and some inconveniences regarding amenity access, none were significant enough to negatively impact my stay. Most importantly, I enjoyed my stay enough that I've already decided to return.

ゲゲストMy husband and I stayed here from September 9 to 10 last for our 20th wedding anniversary. We had a medical appointment down the road so it was a convenient location. Here are some of our observations where they could do better.
1. l use a cane with my disability, and there was no luggage trolly in the lobby when we arrived. I had to haul two heavy bags on one arm while using my cane with the other hand.
2. I checked to see that there was body wash for our evening and morning showers and the bottle was completely empty. The housekeeping staff hadn't refilled and we had to find someone to put a new bottle into the shower. It's a good thing I checked and didn't get a rude awakening in the morning.
3. The picture in the room looked as though something was thrown at it and went down the glass. There were two streaks and it was very disgusting.
Obviously, the cleaning had not been done properly in the room.
4. Nowhere on the website was there mention of a continental breakfast so we were quite surprised that there wouldn't be your typical eggs, bacon, sausage. Etc. It was very disappointing. We only found out because we got on the elevator, and there was an ad taped to the inside of the elevator. At the time of booking, all it said was free breakfast included.
5. The shower-head sprayed all over the ceiling when it was turned on, so we had to put a face cloth over it to contain the spray
6. The microwave glass tray did not rotate so when you put something in there, it didn't heat it up evenly. It actually burned the item.
7. Bathroom light fixtures were covered with caked on dust. I wrote my name in one of them.
It's Obvious that the housekeeping staff does not pay attention to cleaning - only does minimum.

GGuiqu-yewufengyuyewuqingバスタオルが無料だったのは驚きでした。宿泊した4人部屋にはエアコンとプライバシーカーテンがあり、とても快適でした。夜も静かで、途中で2人来ましたが、全体的に非常に静かでした（いびきの大きい人に出会わなかったからかもしれません）。とても良い体験でしたし、シャワーやトイレも便利で、衛生的にも比較的きれいでした。チェックアウト後に気づいたのですが、トロント大学にとても近く、チャイナタウンに位置しているので中国語の看板がたくさんありました。

ゲゲストThis was our first time staying at Americana and we are very pleased with the experience. We drove 3 hours from northern Ontario and it was worth it! We went with another family for New Year's Eve and our children had such a wonderful time. We ordered room service, went to the waterpark several times, played in the arcade and our kids had so much fun. We are planning to come back next year!

ゲゲストI’ll start with the positives. This is a fantastic location. You are steps from major downtown Toronto attractions. Restaurants and shops are everywhere. The CN Tower rises right in front of the building, which is pretty hard to beat. The apartment was clean. There were lots of towels. The bathroom was bigger than expected. If you split this with another couple, the price becomes very reasonable for downtown. That said, the second bedroom is tight. There’s basically no space for suitcases or personal items. Now the not so good. Arrival and check-in were chaotic. It was pouring rain during rush hour and there was nowhere to park as instructed. My husband had to keep circling while I ran inside getting soaked. Despite completing online check-in and receiving an “online check-in complete” email, my security deposit hadn’t gone through. I had checked the many emails they sent and didn’t see anything flagging this. Even though everything else was fully paid in advance, they wouldn’t let me go to the room to dry off or grab my glasses to fix the issue. I had to authorize a manual credit card charge over the phone because I couldn’t read their links without my glasses. Not a great feeling. The building entrance is nice. Big, clean, and airy. The hallway to the unit is the opposite. Worn carpet, scuffed walls, chipped paint. Not the best first impression. Inside the unit was better. It looked freshly painted and was clean. I paid extra for a balcony thinking “Metropolitan Lofts – CN Tower” meant we’d be sitting out admiring the tower. That part is on me for not checking. The listing didn’t promise a view. Our balcony faced an office building and a parking lot. Below was a sad patch of grass filled with old boots, a broken broom, crushed beer cans, and what felt like 10,000 cigarette butts. The neighbour used their balcony as a full-time phone booth at max volume. If you’re not on the Front St side, don’t bother paying extra for a balcony. The unit had enough space for two, but it was too warm. The thermostat didn’t do anything. It stayed around 24–25°C the whole time, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The bedding didn’t help. The bottom sheet was just a tucked flat sheet. It came loose both nights. The duvet setup was also odd, with layers of flat sheets above and below the duvet that slid around. I kept waking up on the mattress pad or directly on the duvet. A fitted sheet and proper duvet cover would fix this. The worst part was the elevators. They are very slow. Plan an extra 10–15 minutes just waiting. The middle elevator felt unsafe. It opened and closed repeatedly for no reason. It stopped at every floor with no one there. It randomly changed direction mid-trip. One time it didn’t line up with the floor and we had to step down. That was enough for me. I took the stairs after that. Overall: 5/5 for location, 4/5 for cleanliness. If you’re a group of four, the two-bedroom can be a decent value, just expect tight space. If you care about smooth check-in, reliable elevators, temperature control, and decent bedding, this might not be your place.

ゲゲストホテルの高層階から見える滝の景色は最高でした。周辺の観光スポットへも徒歩圏内でとても便利です。部屋の天井は少し低めでしたが、窓の外側のガラスが少し汚れていたものの、景色を楽しむ上ではそれほど気になりませんでした。ホテルの朝食は美味しくないので、購入しないことをお勧めします。ホテルの1階にスターバックスがありますよ。
