Palace is classic early 1900 architecture and luxury feeling, historic art and beauty accompanied us to the breakfast hall, while room was contemporary and convenient, services recently renewed, the hotel is located in the historic centre of the elegant Port City, car valet service very useful, in 10/15 minutes walking you can reach museums and best cafe’ restaurants

Great location in the city center, checked in late, reception guy very friendly and efficient. Room spacious and super clean. Great hotel.

The employees were super nice and helpful getting anything I needed. I was there on karaoke night and it was lots of fun with a bunch of people singing their hearts out and just chatting. Everyone was super friendly and it was extremely enjoyable. Definitely would do again!

I have only positive things to say about the Victoria Letterario, even after the shock during the check in. Upon arrival for check in, the reception staff told me that my booking was cancelled! I showed them the communication of trip.com 3 days earlier confirming my booking, which their system has not registered. Jorge, the concierge, was very apologetic and offered me the only room available that day which I accepted, while he will get in touch with the intermediary to find out what went wrong. It appears that trip.com and similar platforms purchase the beds in great numbers from a company hotelbeds.com- I went to my room and I came down with my iPad and I and Jorge got in touch with Trip.com via my account. Trip.com replied immediately, confirming my booking and promising that they will get in touch with hotelbeds.com. As it was already 7pm, Trip.com did no manage to get through the staff at hotelbeds. Trip.com advice that if hotelbeds.com did no reply or confirm the booking then I'll have to pay and Trip.com will refund me right away. I was happy with that. I stayed the 2 nights in the hotel, and only the morning of the day I checked out the hotel Victoria Letterario received finally the confirmation of the booking from hotelbeds. Trip.com was every effective in dealing with the issue and I'll use them again and Jorge, at the Victoria Letteriario dealt with the issue very professionally all they way through, so did the manager of the hotel too. Trieste is a small city, and you can walk from the hotel to the major landmarks in 20 minutes. I loved the decoration of the rooms, the bathroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The TV channels were all in Italian but I don't care much about the telly when I travel. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast, it has everything that a good hotel breakfast should have and more, namely its attentive staff. A five stars stay!!!

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel, großes Zimmer. Liegt direkt am Hafen von Portopiccolo. Parkgarage kostet 20€/Tag, war früher kostenlos. Gibt leider keine andere Parkmöglichkeit.  Frühstück super, sehr freundliches Personal.

良い場所、駐車場に簡単、とても親切なスタッフ、とても清潔で素敵な朝食。ビジネスや家族での滞在に強くお勧めします。

ホテルはよく位置しており、ウディーン市に閉じています。無料の便利な駐車場があります。車がない場合は、それに達するのはあまり便利ではありません。出張中に一泊しました。スタンダードルームを予約しました。基本的なアメニティはありますが、きれいです。しかし、ローラーシャッターを上げることはできません。だから、部屋で何回か過ごしたいのであれば良くありません。プールとスパサービスがありますが、私はそれを使う時間がありません。朝食は追加9€ですが、甘くて塩味の両方のオプションで良いです。丁寧で素敵な受付。プールとスパを気にしないなら、出張中です。他のオプションがもっといいかもしれません。

房間整體不錯，是去參加馬拉松去的，前台人員服務挺好。 整體意大利早餐都很一般，衹有幾個麪包可選，整體還算不錯。

Отличное расположение! Просторные номера. Чистота и хорошая уборка в комнате. Завтраки замечательные. В летний сезон думаем вернуться в этот отель

C'était globalement bien, à part l'emplacement qui était un peu loin de chez mon amie, mais je ne connaissais pas la ville non plus c'est pour ça.
