このホテルは本当に気に入りました。広々とした清潔な部屋は、部分的なオーシャンビュー（2列目）で、ウェブサイトの写真と全く同じでした。毎日の清掃、水、紅茶、コーヒーが用意されており、快適な滞在に必要なものがすべて揃っていました。 朝食はビュッフェスタイルではありませんが、とても美味しかったです。ホテルの立地はまさに完璧！ウナワトゥナビーチの端に位置し、メインの観光通りから徒歩わずか15分です。唯一の酒屋までは徒歩2分、タートルビーチまでは徒歩20分です。 そして何より素晴らしいのは、通りの向かいにビーチがあることです！ここは静かで心地よい入り江で、波は岩に打ち寄せてから岸に流れ込みます。強い潮流にさらわれてしまうメインビーチとは異なり、ここでは安全に泳ぎ、穏やかな波の余韻を楽しむことができます。 特にスタッフの皆さんは笑顔でフレンドリー、そしてとても気持ちの良い対応をしてくれました。温かいおもてなしをありがとうございました！

Останавливались в этом отеле на 2 ночи, нас быстро заселили и встретили приветственным напитком. Сотрудники ресепшена были очень приветливы, а вот остальные сотрудники отеля очень странно себя вели(шумели, кричали, ругались между с собой). Наш номер был чистый и опрятный, в номере был большой балкон, а также большой холодильник. Очень хороший был напор воды в душе. Локация отеля тоже отличная(через дорогу пляж, 5 минут пешком до продуктового магазина) Опасайтесь мафию тук тукеров We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, we were quickly checked in and greeted with a welcome drink. The reception staff were very friendly, but the rest of the hotel staff were very strange (noisy, shouting, arguing with each other). Our room was clean and tidy, the room had a large balcony, and a large refrigerator. The water pressure in the shower was very good. The location of the hotel is also great (across the street from the beach, 5 minutes walk to the grocery store) Stay away from Tuk Tuk Mafia

Прекрасный гостевой дом, с очень удобным расположением. Рядом и пляж, и туристическая улица, на которой расположены рестики, сувенирные и фруктовые лавки. Очень приветливая хозяйка, которая к себе сразу располагает. В номере невероятная чистота, у меня под кровать закатилась крышка от фотоаппарата, как полагается в самый далий угол, дак под кроватью ни пылиночки!!! Да, кстати, к хорошему расположению нужно добавить, что рядом находится Wine House наверное единственный на Унаватуну, поскольку видел там соотечественников, не приходивших, а приезжавших на тук-туках. В общем нам всё очень понравилось, десять из десяти, всем рекомендую

このホテルは旅行中ずっと最高でした。ゴールから車で約1時間です。少し古いですが、とても手入れが行き届いています。ホテルは清潔で快適で、海に面していて大きなプールがあります。朝食はボリュームたっぷりで、ホテルのスタッフは温かく親切でした。素晴らしい滞在になりました。出発の際には、フレンドリーな送別会もしていただきました。強くお勧めします！

I stayed at this guesthouse from February 25 through March 11, 22026. The guesthouse is located away from the main road, up on a hill, which means it is still within walking distance from the main Mirissa's attractions, but away from the noise of the main road, bars and crowds. The view from my balcony on the ocean and the lighthouse was the highlight of every morning, and you can see the fishers' harbor from the breakfast patio. The guesthouse is owned and managed by a married couple - family-oriented, welcoming, warm and very supportive. Jan has many contacts and recommendations for activities in Mirissa and can arrange tours at or below the market price. Smily is truly a wonderful keeper of the place - in terms of cleanliness and the spirit. They have said in one of the conversations that they want the place to feel like a family home, and this is truly so, they are doing a great job at it. As a solo traveller, I appreciated the sense of safety and security at their place. The guesthouse has been recently renovated - in a very good condition, definitely no mold (which is a big problem for the island), very clean and neat rooms and general area. Hot water is solar-heated, but there is a reserve electric heater also. There is a full-size fridge on the second floor for the guests to use, and Jan is bringing ample water bottle supply from the city for the guests to use. Laundry services, taxi, dinner reservations, etc. - all are available through them as well, if required. I used the opportunity to order my transfer back to the airport in Colombo through Jan, which was more affordable than the official booking price through airport-affiliated services. Due to the flight issues in March (my connection was through Dubai), I could not leave the island in time as planned, and Jan and Smily managed to extend my accomodation for a few extra days, as well as helped resolve all issues as I was working on plan B for my return home. I really appreciated their support in my time of distress. In short - comfortable place, wonderful family, good location, excellent service. Highly recommend.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pandanus Beach Resort & Spa, so much so that I ended up extending by two extra nights. I also invited a friend along so they could experience it as a romantic getaway weekend break, and it truly was—wonderful to experience everything through a “rose-coloured lens.” While the resort is undeniably romantic, the real highlight for us was the ocean and beach itself. We were up early to frolic in the sea at sunrise, then we spent unhurried time strolling the shoreline, walking the beach and soaking up the calming atmosphere. We also loved popping over to a nearby beach lunch restaurant, then returning for more time in the sand. And it wasn’t just the scenery—there were also local puppies that made the whole experience feel even more special. We ended up playing with them, laughing, and getting thoroughly covered in sand, which made the days feel playful, personal, and unforgettable. Overall, Pandanus Beach Resort & Spa feels like a genuine romantic couples paradise—especially if you’re the kind of couple (or couple-at-heart) who wants your weekend to be all about ocean magic, slow beach days, and shared moments. 💗🌊🐾

ロケーションは最高でした。ゴール灯台まで徒歩圏内です。でも一番気に入ったのは、アールデコ調の建物のモダンな内装です。部屋はデザインが良く清潔で、バスタブと美しい大理石の仕上げが施されていました。個人的には、スリランカ滞在中に泊まったベッドの中で一番快適だったと感じました。屋上バーからの夕日の眺めも素晴らしかったですし、プールは少し小さめでしたが、旧市街を散策した後に涼むのに最適でした。唯一の難点は、シャワーのアメニティの位置が少し悪く、シャワー中に滑りやすいことでした。 朝食は、地元料理（要予約）と西洋料理から選べ、どちらも美味しかったです。間違いなく、スリランカ滞在のハイライトの一つでした。

Отель расположен в 7 минутах от ЖД станции и 3-4 от авто, в тихом переулке. У станции имеется пекарня, где есть лепешки с соусом, пиццы, булочки, там покупали еду. В номере балкон со столиком, боковой вид на море и дорогу. Огромный номер с двумя двойными кроватями, вентилятор, кондиционер, шкаф для одежды, два удобных кресла. Есть чайник, чай, кофе, два бутылки воды, в ванной шампунь, коль, мыло. Есть холодильник. По 4 подушки на кровати. При отеле есть кафе и спортзал (для постояльцев бесплатно). Учитывайте, что это верхний этаж и там нет лифта. Отличный инет. Уборка была один раз при заезде. Все 4 дня ходили на пляж, пляж рядом с отелем мало тени, поэтому ходили чуть дальше, к мысу, где есть пальмы и рыбацкие лодки, и там же знаменитые черепахи.

My wife and I stayed here during our vacation in Sri Lanka, choosing it because of the high Google ratings. The location really impressed us. The hotel is literally a step away from the beach and less than five minutes’ walk to town, which made it very convenient. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach and listening to the waves was easily the best part of the stay. The lobby was simple but acceptable, and there is a seafood restaurant right next to the hotel. At check-in, there was a small hiccup. I booked through Trip.com, but they couldn’t find my booking at first. After about ten minutes, they managed to sort it out and confirmed that the booking came via Agoda. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, even offering us a drink on arrival. Our room on the second floor had a great view of the sea. The shower had good water pressure, although the bathroom could use better ventilation. The toiletries seemed diluted, so we ended up using our own. Unfortunately, the air conditioning became a real problem. It leaked so badly that the room flooded twice, soaking my shoes. Despite my request for a pail to manage the water, they initially only gave floor mats, which was very frustrating. By the time they finally sent a pail, it was too late. We barely slept that night because of the constant dripping sound. Overall, the location and friendliness of the staff were strong points, but the poor handling of the air conditioning issue really spoiled our experience.
