O hotel continua excelente na totalidade, já é a segunda estadia minha neste hotel. O que foi inaceitável e causou um grande constrangimento foi a TRIP.COM não enviar os dados corretos da minha reserva e o pagamento antecipado exigido no Site de reservas da TRIP.COM ao Hotel, durante o atendimento a atendente me cobrou o valor referente a estadia e mesmo eu mostrando todos os comprovantes a mim enviados pelo site, não encontrou minha reserva feita pela TRIP.COM e sim uma reserva no BOOK.COM e que a mesma não estava paga, esclarecendo que o pagamento era feito no ato, ao final do check-in. As atendentes, diante do exposto e vendo minha insatisfação, se prontificarão a solucionar o problema, nos tranquilizando e com muita urbanidade nos permitiram o acesso ao quarto que constava na minha reserva normalmente.

Hotel bem localizado, perto do aeroporto. Bom cafe. Bom tamanho. Restaurante atende no quarto.. So precisa dedetizar para formiga e melhorar a força da descarga.

O hotel fica em uma ótima localização. O atendimento é muito bom, sempre respondem com prontidão. A garagem é bem apertada, e às vezes quase falta vaga para colocar o carro, sendo que eu não chegava tarde do shopping. Foi reservado 1 quarto com 2 camas (1 de casal e 1 de solteiro), só que colocaram uma cama forrada e outra não, uma com travesseiro e outra não. O quarto é bem apertadinho, porém para o valor pago em Vitória, está bom.

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Vitória, ES for a romantic getaway. As a couple with a bit of an age difference (I’m 21 and my boyfriend is 45), we’re always looking for a mix of fun, comfort, and sophistication—and this hotel mostly delivered! Positives: The location is fantastic! Right by the beach with beautiful ocean views from our room. My boyfriend especially appreciated the calm, elegant vibe of the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of variety, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. I loved the pool area! Great spot to relax and get some sun. Room: The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. However, we did notice that some areas looked a bit outdated for a Sheraton standard. My boyfriend travels a lot for work and expected a little more in terms of maintenance. Service: Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups. Check-in was slower than expected, and we had an issue with our room key not working one night. However, they resolved it quickly. We also appreciated the concierge’s local recommendations for restaurants and activities. Overall Experience: We enjoyed our stay, but there’s room for improvement. It’s a great choice for couples looking for a mix of relaxation and city vibes. My boyfriend found it a bit pricey for what was offered, but for me, it was worth it for the view and the pool! Would we come back? Probably, but we’d love to see a few upgrades to make it feel more luxurious. Recommendation: Ideal for couples looking for a peaceful stay in Vitória, but if you’re after a super high-end experience, there’s a bit of room to grow.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. As instalações são novas e o chuveiro é maravilhoso! Melhor que o chuveiro, só o café da manhã, ficamos impressionadas com o cuidado. Ainda é possível tomar café na área externa, vendo o braço do mar e pegando um solzinho. Ainda tinha opção de bolo fit! No café fomos bem atendidas pelo Thiago!

O hotel é bom, a limpeza também estava ok, e o atendimento foi excelente. A comida é agradável e, no geral, tive uma boa experiência. No entanto, o que não me agradou foi o elevador — ele é bem antigo, faz muito barulho e não possui as especificações técnicas expostas, como a data da última inspeção, o que me deixou insegura, principalmente por estar hospedada no 12º andar. Tirando isso, gostei bastante do atendimento e dos demais serviços do hotel.

Only 1 night stay . Hotel staff very helpful at checkin . Location is fine as was breakfast . The only pity was asking for checkout at 1500 . This was not possible due hotel very full . Happy with stay overall
