I had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

お部屋の設備は新しく、ホテル全体がとても清潔に保たれていました。プールも毎日きれいに清掃されており、環境も素晴らしいです。ロケーションも良く、ホテルのすぐ外には賑やかな商業エリアやアロナビーチがあります。ホテルのロビー、フロント、レストランのスタッフは皆とても親切でした。 それから、ある看護師さんがとても親切でした。体温を測ってくれたり、薬をくれたりして、私の体調回復を助けてくれました！その看護師さんの名前は分かりませんが（背は高くなく、少しふっくらしていて、とても可愛らしい方で、少し中国語を話せました）、ホテルにはぜひ私から改めて感謝を伝えていただきたいです。もし次回またパングラオ島に行く機会があれば、必ずこのホテルに宿泊します。 3月末に416号室に宿泊したゲストより

今回の滞在は本当に期待以上で、3連泊中一度もホテルから出たくないほどでした！ ホテルのスタッフは皆さんとてもフレンドリーで親切で、サービス態度も素晴らしく、とても快適に過ごせました。ルームサービスも迅速に対応してくれ、どんなリクエストにも素早く応えてくれます。 レストランサービスはさらにきめ細やかで、朝食でも夕食でも、スタッフが積極的に「コーヒーや他の飲み物はいかがですか」と尋ねてくれます。コーヒーは無料で提供されることも多く、その細やかな心遣いに感動しました。 朝食のマンゴスチンとマンゴーは食べ放題で、フルーツを心ゆくまで楽しめるのは最高です！土日祭日の朝食は種類も豊富で味も良く、月曜日は少し劣りますが、全体的には非常に満足度が高いです。 全体的に非常に満足度が高く、このホテルを強くお勧めします！

素晴らしいホテル。たった1件のレビューで見つけて、行って探してすぐに予約しました。ホテルは真新しく、とても清潔で、美しく、居心地が良く、部屋とバスルームは広く、写真と完全に一致しています。部屋にはシャンプー、コンディショナー、シャワージェル、歯ブラシ、ヘアドライヤー、紅茶とコーヒー、価格が記載された冷蔵庫、金庫、エアコン、天井ファンが備わっています。プールは清潔で、プールタオルが用意されています。朝食メニュー : ヨーロッパ料理とフィリピン料理、とても美味しく、量は多くありません。ホテルでは現在、朝食のみを提供しています。ビールや果物はフロントで購入でき、その他の食べ物は徒歩でアクセスできるほか、配達も注文できます。 ホテルは生活から少し離れた場所にありますが、車や自転車があれば問題ありません。ホテルには駐車場もあります。 唯一不思議だったのは、お湯が出なかったことです。太陽熱ヒーターがあると書いてありますが、水はいつも同じように冷たかったです（完全に冷たくはなく、問題なく洗えましたが、お湯はありませんでした）。はい、シャワーの水は脱塩されていない新鮮な水です。

スタッフの対応・客室・朝食も美味しくて良かったです。ティッシュペーパーが滞在中ずっと部屋に無かったのがなにかと不便でした。ショッピングモールに歩いて行けてとても便利な立地です。どこも同じなのかもしれませんが、車・バイクの音が夜もうるさいのが気になりました。

ホテルのお部屋も、フロントもトイレも全ての施設がとても綺麗でした！どのスタッフさんも明るく声をかけてくださり、とても楽しかったです！タオル素材のナイトガウンも付いていてとても助かりました。朝食も美味しかったです！ ホテルの位置もマクタン島の北側にあったので、ジンベエザメツアーやセブ市内、空港に行き帰りするときとても便利でした！ホテルの周りも整備されていてとても安心して過ごせました。 また、プライベートビーチやプール、ジムなどがあり好きな時間に行き来できるのでとてもリラックスできる時間を過ごせました！プライベートビーチでは海だけではなく、プールで飲み物を飲めるバーや、ハンモックや寝転ぶところもあり、海の近くなのにトイレも綺麗でバスタオル貸し出しもあり、長時間いても飽きずとても満足できました！ またセブに来ることがあればぜひ泊まりたいです！

5スターホテルとして規模の大きさは素晴らしいと思いました。立地はイルコルソが近くにあるので出掛けることが出来るので良いかと思います 朝食も規模が大きく素晴らしいです 部屋はとても良いですが備え付けのシャンプー等の質は良くないかなと思いました 髪がギシギシしました フィリピン人しかいなかった感じでした また隣にロビンソンモール建設中ですが地震の影響で少し損傷を受けている様子が伺えました

best hotelを獲得しただけあり、ホスピタリティや清潔度、ホテルの充実度は価格に対して素晴らしいです。が、トラブル解決やスムーズな導線が物足りないです。期待を込めての評価ですが、総合的におすすめできます。

シュノーケリングに最適な島で、モルディブのようです。残念ながら3日間滞在しましたが、何日も雨でした。しかし幸運なことに、私たちはシキホール島からCocoホテルまで大型船をチャーターし（5000人民元）、直接スミロン島へ正午には到着できました。その日は晴天だったので、すぐに水着に着替えてシュノーケリングを楽しみました。サンゴ礁の世界は本当に美しかったです。翌日の午前中にはジンベエザメを見に行きました。一人2000ペソで、9時出発。他の観光スポットは島で過ごす時間を無駄にするほどではないので、一日ツアーに参加する必要はありません。その後、午後から大雨が3日間降り続き、私たちが島を離れる日まで続きました。幸いなことに！島に到着して1、2日目の同胞たちも「何も楽しめなかった」と言っていました。 しかし残念なことに、二つのビーチのうち一つしか行けませんでした。もう一つは天候のせいで波が高く、全く行くことができませんでした！ 部屋はCtrip（シートリップ）の写真通りでした。全ての部屋が海に面したヴィラで、海の崖沿いに一列に並んでいます。スタンダードルームはロビーに近く、プライバシーは少し劣りますが、シュノーケリングから上がってくるには非常に便利です。バスルームは十分な広さがありましたが、設備はあまり良くありませんでした。最後のシュノーケリングの後シャワーを浴びようとしたら、お湯が出ませんでした。後で知ったのですが、設備が故障しており、冷水シャワーを浴びることになり、そのせいで風邪をひいてしまいました！ レストランでの食事はまあまあでした。少なくともコロンパラダイス島よりはずっと良かったです！

フィリピンのゴールデンダイヤモンドホテルにはあまり期待しない方がいいでしょう。三亜の豪華ホテルに泊まったことがある人なら、ここのホテルの設備には全く感動しないかもしれません。もちろん、セブの海は本当に美しく、これは恵まれた地理的環境です。それ以外の点では、あまり多くを期待しない方がいいでしょう。ホテルの外観は素晴らしく、豪華で景色も抜群です。しかし、部屋はひどいの一言です。3つ星ホテルにも満たないレベルです。設備は非常に老朽化しており、部屋は極めて狭く、ソファすらありません。ベッドは0.8メートルのものが2台あり、柔らかすぎて腰が痛くならないはずがありません。もし選ぶなら、ボホール島でホテルライフを楽しむ方がいいでしょう。ここはボホール島のサウスパームには及びません。ホテルでの消費はまずまずで、中国の一流ホテルと同じくらいの価格帯です。ホテルに2泊し、外に出ずにスパや食事を楽しみました。
