ゲゲストWe had a great stay in this hotel. A lovely welcome from Tiago and Miguel. The room was very comfortable. The roof top swimming pool is wonderful with views over Beja and surrounding areas. We didn't eat at the hotel. There are several local restaurants and cafés within easy walking distance. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
The one disappointment was the charge for the parking which was not made clear when I booked.

匿匿名ユーザーWe enjoyed beautiful views and a spacious, very clean room. The hotel has shared facilities with its sister hotel in the complex, for a kid playground/ club and a spa. Although we didn’t make use of it.
Staff, although not always easily communicating in English, were very nice and happy to help!
Some improvement can be done in making the room a bit more cozy. For example adding coffee machine or some welcome sweets, as we have experienced in previous stays elsewhere in the area . Breakfast can be also a bit more varied and better presented, especially when staying for few nights. Pl

ゲゲストGood location, very near the beach, and only 15 minute walk to the inter-city bus stop/station.
The check-in was understandably slow, as it was late evening, with only 1 receptionist and it took a while for her colleague to come and help.
The room was clean with reasonable size, but the pool view was not what I had expected. When one opened the window curtain, one could see the pool and sunbathing bed so close that a person could stand and stare into the room.
The room charge was rather high, compared to other nearby hotels.
The check-out was efficient within 5 seconds.

A simpatia e a disponibilidade do ”staff” esteve sempre presente.

ゲゲストUm hotel que aproveita um edifício histórico de forma fantástica. Os espaços são bonitos e confortáveis e a zona circundante é muito agradável, principalmente o jardim mesmo à frente da entrada principal. O nosso quarto era bastante grande, muito espaçoso e confortável, com um ar condicionado que funciona muito bem e que foi essencial tendo em conta o calor de Moura. O pequeno-almoço é bom , com bastante variedade e bom serviço. A piscina também é bastante boa: não é muito grande, mas fica afastada do hotel e por isso torna-se muito tranquila.

BBokkie TruongA very sweet and welcoming receptionist at this lovely accomodation. Its outside the town, with beautiful lawns, swimming pools and adequate rooms. There is no evening meals so you'd need transport to go into town. A delicious, full breakfast is served outside you chalet.
An enjoyable night during our hike.

A sauna não estava a funcionar e a máquina de jogos estava desligada , uma das grandes atrações que também nos fez escolher este alojamento.

ゲゲストJá conhecia esta unidade hoteleira e desta vez fiquei dececionada com o quarto e o serviço disponível. Ao preço pago para três noites no valor de 462€ seria adequado um quarto com melhor comodidade. Era muito pequeno, sem arrumação suficiente para duas pessoas, não se justifica ter de pagar para a limpeza do quarto ou troca de toalhas. O único aspeto positivo foi a simpatia do pessoal de apoio.
Será uma experiência a não repetir.
