部屋のエアコンが効いていません。翌日のみ部屋の変更を確約しましたが、夕方のみで、当直マネージャーのイヴァンは非常に寒がっていました。無料の2日間の朝食が提供されましたが、満足のいくものではありませんでした。コーヒーマシンから出るアメリカーノはむしろ水っぽかったので、スタッフに伝えましたが、何の対応もありませんでした。また、このホテルは毎晩7時以降、エアコンを自動的に高温に制御し、部屋を暖かくしていることに気付きました。2晩ともひどいものでした。エアコンの通気口はほこりっぽく、私の喘息を悪化させました。コネクティングルームはキングルームとダブルルームのみであるのに、彼らは私たちにキングルームへのアップグレードを請求しました。これはTrip.comに詳細が記載されているはずで、私たちはこのホテルを予約しませんでした。きちんとした検査も睡眠も受けられず、だまされたと感じています。滞在に対する補償が何も行われない場合は、ソーシャルメディアに投稿します。

Positive Feedback 1. Location was superb, easy access to the mall. 2. Room is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, dining plates, utensils, mugs, iron and iron board . 3. Room is spacious, bedroom, living room and dining room. Negative Feedback: 1. Staff at the counter should be trained with customer service. No greetings nor smile during check-in. 2. Toilet has very bad smell. The edge of the shower room is slimy, probably not cleaned properly. 3 Deodorants were supplied in both the toilet as well as the bedroom but unfortunately all of them were empty (see pictures) 5. Toilet ventilation vent is dusty and drop of dusts occasionally fell onto us or the wash basin. 6. The iron provided isn’t safe for use as wires are exposed which is a SAFETY HAZARD (see picture). Someone might get electrocuted. 7. TV was provided but no ‘Live TV’ available as it always showed ‘No Signal’ (see picture). 8. ‘House Rules’ indicate ‘No eating and drinking in the room’ but the room is fully equipped with the dining cutleries/utensils and cooking equipment (see picture). So, is eating and drinking allowed? 9. In the bedroom, there is this thing hanging directly above the bed. Not sure what it is but, to me, it’s of no use. We will definitely stay here again because of the location and the spacious room. If the negative feedback can be addressed, it would be a bonus.

Our family had a really pleasant stay here! 🥰 The kids absolutely loved the apartment, especially the slide and play area. In fact, they enjoyed it so much that even the living room became their sleeping area for the night! 😂 The location is great if you’re planning a trip to Legoland, as it’s just a short drive away. The unit was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a washing machine, cooking pan, utensils, plates, bowls, and cups, making it very convenient for families with young children. One small point for parents to note: the slide corner has some sharp edges, so extra supervision may be needed for younger kids. As for the surroundings, there aren’t many attractions or eateries within walking distance, so you’ll likely need to drive to places like KSL City Mall or Paradigm Mall for shopping and dining options. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness, family-friendly setup, and proximity to Legoland made it a wonderful choice for our family, and the kids are already asking when we can come back! ❤️

街から離れた、リラックスできる場所。スーパーマーケットが近くにあり、周辺には飲食店がいくつかあるが、夜は賑わっているようだ。市街地に行くにはグラブに乗る必要がある。清潔さは改善の余地があり、リビングエリアの床にはシミが見られ、タイルの剥がれが目に見える。リビングエリアにはアリがいる。ビュッフェ式朝食はまずまず。賑やかな市街地から離れた場所に滞在したいなら、全体的に良い場所だ。

最近、誕生日のサプライズでセント ジャイルズ サウスキー ジョホール バルに宿泊しましたが、期待以上の体験ができました。1 か月前に特別なリクエストをしたのですが、ホテル側はパートナーのために誕生日の飾りとしてバルーンとケーキを無料で用意してくれました。とても思いやりのある心遣いです! 部屋は清潔で整頓されていて、必要なアメニティがすべて揃っていました。廊下から補充できる水筒が部屋にあってありがたかったです。環境に優しい素晴らしい心遣いです。28 階にあるホテルのインフィニティ プールもハイライトの 1 つで、素晴らしい景色が楽しめ、リラックスするのに最適です。 ビュッフェ式朝食は品ぞろえも良く、ナシレマは特に絶品で、*を注文に応じて調理してくれるエッグ ステーションもあります。ミッド バレー サウスキー モールに直結しているので、ショッピングや食事にとても便利でした。 全体的に素晴らしい滞在でした。今後特別な機会があれば、セント ジャイルズ サウスキーを必ずまた予約します。強くお勧めします!

Had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with very clear instructions provided before arrival. The customer service team was friendly, responsive, which made the entire experience even more pleasant. The unit itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and the space felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we stepped in. The bed was comfortable, and the overall environment was good, perfect for a short getaway. One of the biggest advantages of this location is its convenience. There are plenty of food and beverage options within walking distance, making it easy to find local food, cafes, and late-night supper spots. KSL Shopping Mall is also nearby, which is great for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Overall, this homestay offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and strategically located place to stay.

このホテルはジョホールバルからかなり離れており、レゴランドの近くにあります（レゴランドもいまいちでしたが）。ウィンダムというブランド名以外、このホテルの魅力は本当に分かりませんでした。 ホテルに入るとすぐにひどいカビ臭がしました。フロントに電話してエアコンの調子が悪いと伝えると、スタッフが見に来たところ、フィルターがホコリだらけでした。部屋の消臭をお願いするため再度フロントに電話しましたが、清掃スタッフはすでに帰宅したとのことでした。 部屋の設備は非常に簡素で、まるで中国国内の一般的なビジネスホテルのようでした。唯一良かった点は、おそらく朝食のパンくらいでした。 最後にフロントでウィンダムの会員であると伝え、ポイント加算をお願いしましたが、今のところポイント加算の連絡はまだ来ていません。😮💨

全体的に、あまり良く無い。 最初、洗濯機の中に髪の毛があり、トイレが非常に臭くて耐え難かった。再度清掃をお願いして、少しはマシになったが、その後もトイレが臭いのはずっと変わらなかった。また、YouTubeの不具合があったが、それも直してもらった。 しかし、すぐにホストに言っても、これらを直すのに30分以上待たなければならなかった。 部屋自体は、家具は安めで造花が沢山飾ってあるが、水やティッシュやアメニティはない。 また、このユニットはワンルームで、窓がほとんど開かず、部屋の換気も十分出来ない。 更に、ベッドマットの質も良くない上、枕がペタンコで、枕の中に綿が十分入っておらず、逆に肩が凝ったし非常に寝にくかった。 R＆Fには、ホストを変えて色々なユニットに泊まっているが、このホストは、基本的に15時ちょうどしかチェックイン出来ないし、ゴミ捨てなど色々要求するし、面倒。

お年寄りと子供連れでの旅行だったので、いくつかのホテルと比較検討した結果、最終的にシェラトンを選びました。夕食ビュッフェはマレーシア料理が中心で、味も美味しかったです。朝食ビュッフェも種類が豊富で、子供も楽しそうに食べていました。 部屋に入ると良い香りがしました。バスルームにはバスタブはありませんでしたが、とても清潔でした。エアコンも非常に強力で、寒いくらいによく効いていました。 部屋は合計2部屋予約したのですが、フロントで自動的にコネクティングルームを用意してくださり、とても便利でした。スタッフの方々のサービスはどれも素晴らしく、子供のビュッフェ料金も宿泊料金に含まれていて助かりました。 総じて、期待以上の満足度でした。

YIQIYIHUI（一期一会）での1泊は本当に素晴らしかったです！ アパートメントは完璧に清潔で、美しいデザインで、快適でリラックスした滞在に必要なものがすべて揃っていました。 インテリアは居心地の良い温かい雰囲気を醸し出し、まるで我が家のようにくつろげました。ホストはとてもフレンドリーで対応が良く、チェックインから滞在全体を通してスムーズでスムーズな滞在となりました。 立地も完璧で、静かな環境にありながら、行きたい観光スポットすべてに近いという好立地でした。 特に、無料のミネラルウォーター、高速Wi-Fi、そしてとても快適なベッドなど、細やかな心遣いに感謝しています！ ジョホールバルを訪れる方には、YIQIYIHUIを強くお勧めします。また長期滞在を楽しみにしています！
