Instructions for the key and access to the unit was clear and easy. They provided enough information including where to park which was very convenient. The unit is acceptable, however the carpet and sofa was used and you can see stains over it. Towels and basic toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste is provided. There's also a water dispenser, kitchen utensils, for basic kitchen needs. Overall, the location is good and comes with an incredible sunset view.

このホテルには本当に満足しています。ショッピングモールが近くにあるので、私のような偏食家にはとても助かります。さらに、スタッフの方々もとても親切で、親身になって対応してくれました。ただ、エレベーターの使い方が少し分かりにくかったのですが、なんとかプールまで行くことができたので問題ありませんでした。クランタンを訪れる際は、ぜひこのホテルを検討してみてください。

部屋は十分にきれいではなく、やかんは壊れていますが、幸いなことにホストは交換するために新しいものを購入します。マスターベッドルームのシャワーの水が小さすぎます。一般的なトイレはちょうどいいです

I had a pleasant stay at Renai Hotel. The location is excellent, making it convenient to access nearby attractions and amenities. The hotel facilities are good and well maintained, and my room was clean, comfortable, and tidy. The service was also friendly and attentive, which made the overall stay enjoyable. The breakfast was good. There was a good variety of food, and everything I tried was delicious and well prepared. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend Renai Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Great apartment and very clean. Easy check in experience, great communication and lots to do in the city. Good central location. The pool was also brilliant. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore the city of KB or as a stop on the way to or from the islands.

I also enjoyed the hotel’s lively common areas and relaxed vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the check-in process was smooth. The location is also convenient for exploring Putrajaya and the surrounding area. Overall, its a great choice if you’re looking for a modern, comfortable hotel with a youthful and vibrant atmosphere. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable stay! Will definitely book again if we are travelling to Kota Bharu.
