A great hotel for relaxation and work! We stayed at this hotel with the whole family and were very satisfied. Everything is really decent here: from the friendly staff to the cleanliness and comfort in the room. Convenient location, there is a Playground nearby. The staff is always ready to help and does everything to make the guests feel at home. We will be happy to come back here again and recommend it to our friends!

このホテルは歩行者天国に面した絶好のロケーションにあります。初日は空港特急列車を利用し、ナビゲーションに従ってホテルまで行きました。ショッピングや食事にも大変便利で、両替所、24時間営業のスーパーマーケット、ロシアンFC、ロシアンスター、センテニアル・キャンティーン、スープラなどが徒歩数分圏内にあります。 ファミリールームは広く、ベッド2台で大人2名と子供2名でも十分です。部屋は清潔で暖房も効いており、電気ヒーターが2台設置されていましたが、初日に一度だけ使用しました。 バスルームは快適で、お湯もたっぷり出るのでシャワーもとても気持ちよく浴びられます。 朝食は宿泊料金に含まれており、1階のレストランで提供されます。朝食は午前8時から午前11時までで、フルーツやドリンクなど種類も豊富です。 フロントデスクのサービスは申し分なく、英語でのコミュニケーションも問題ありません。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえ、ホテルの入り口にはタクシー乗り場もすぐ近くにあります。このホテルはおすすめです。

The room was clean, well-lit and comfortable to stay in! The bathroom was clean, the showers are separately enclosed so it prevents a lot of ponding. Staff was also nice and helpful and assisted with the drying of clothes after we washed our laundry in the shared washing machine. They also wrote a new year card as we stayed with them over the new years! There's also access to the coffee machine and snacks throughout the day and a cozy breakfast area to relax in when needed which is appreciated. Location is very central in vladivostok and it's very convenient to walk to the main sights and restaurants in the city centre.

Beyond 5-Star Service – They Saved My Trip! I cannot thank the staff at this hotel enough. I lost my wallet (with my ID and credit cards) and had to leave for the airport, thinking it was gone forever. However, the hotel team didn't give up—they incredibly managed to deliver it to me at the airport just in time for my flight!!Their willingness to go above and beyond for their guests is truly world-class. If you are staying in Vladivostok, this is the most reliable and caring hotel you could choose. Thank you for your amazing integrity and professionalism! 10/10 recommendation!

Номер чистый, белье свежее , хорошо пахнет, есть вся мелочь халаты,тапочки, гладильная доска, утюг, шампунь, мыло, кондиционер, расческа и зуб щетка , вода бутылка 0,5, чайник чай икофе, рядом столовая и конечно все удовольствия на набережной , все рядом.

Good hotel close to city center. There is no reception counter, check in/out goes online, which takes some time while you have to wait outside. Room is clean, and warm, good noise isolation. I gave 4 stars because of absence of the parking slot (parking is promised but in reality it is just tiny and not very well maintained area surrounding the hotel), worn shower and window curtains, and absence of the dining plates.

Классные апартаменты, из окна открывается красивый вид на золотую бухту и золотой мост. Перед отелем есть небольшая смотровая площадка. Добрая и отзывчивая администратор. В номере есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Если ещё прилетим во Владивосток то обязательно вернёмся сюда)
